There are some things that we have been doing wrong all our lives and these things are dangerous to our health. Below are 7 things we should start doing right.

Allow the person to lie down with face upward so that sufficient oxygen might get to the blood due to a good blood supply.
5: Sucking Venom out from someone suffering from a snake bite (wrong).
The right thing to do.
Ensure that the person lies down so that the bite will be below the heart. Finally, take the person to the nearest hospital.
6:Brushing of teeth after a meal (wrong).
The right thing to do.
Ensure to brush up your teeth before every meal, but if you can't stand your breathe after a meal then wait for at least 30 minutes then rinse your mouth with water.
7:Applying Ice Block directly To Bruises (wrong).
The right thing to do.
Place a clean towel or cloth on top of the bruise and thus apply the ice on top of the cloth for not more than 10 minutes.
