Ingredients and method:-Chicken boneless (cut into small pieces) ___ 500 grams • Yogurt _ half a cup • Salt _ to taste • Ghee _ 3 tablespoons • Onion _ 1 small • Proven cumin _ 1 tablespoon • Ginger chopped _ two tablespoons • Chopped green pepper _ 1 tbsp • Cumin powder _ 1 teaspoon • Hot spice powder ___ 1 teaspoon * Lemon juice _____ 1 tablespoon Take cooking oil in a pan and add onion, cumin seeds and ginger and fry for 3 minutes. Do not brown. Now add a quarter cup of yogurt, salt and lemon juice and cook for three to four minutes. Now add chicken and cook for two to three minutes. Now add a quarter cup of yogurt and cook for two to three minutes. Use ginger, green coriander as a garnish. Your favorite daring chicken is ready
