Many Kids Don’t Respect Black People in Society

Most parents that are honest civilians teach their children from an early age that they are supposed to respect their ,senior and those in authority.

However, that is not always the case. As a matter of realty, racist white people teach their children that it is okay to disrespect black people.

Let’s take a look at an example of this.

The Black teacher plans to resign because racist white kids do not respect her authority and insult her.

Elysse Versher, assistant principal at the West Campus High School in Sacramento, California, told she thinking resign from the school.

because? White racist kids at the school have insult for her authority, and school staff does not stand with her for this problem.

Last November, it was brought to Versher’s attention that many racist white kids were on social media making insulting posts..... calling her racial slurs and scrutinizing her implementation of school clothing standards.

The guardians of those kids even went similar to genuinely compromising her.

Versher does not feel secured

Versher told Sacramento Bee that not only does she not feel secured, however she also said those racist students don't deal with her like a person.

“"They don't regard me as an individual," Versher said.

Versher also had more to say.

“Unfortunately, the district has not taken this not rightly and still does not take event of racism and hate crimes rightly, so I have to seek accountability through the legal set of laws,”Versher continued.

A district inspector interviewed 44 witnesses proofs and examine the social media messages.

However, the investigator could not find the groups responsible for the racist messages incident.

Well, why is this a surprise? Everyone just needs to forget and ignore about it and move on with their happy lives, huh?

Final thoughts

It is downhearted that educated, articulate, and very successful Black peoples is resigning because black people does not feel safe, and racist white kids do not respect her authority.

It's just going to show that as a black man and woman, it doesn't matter what position you hold - there is a certain group of powerful people that will look at you as minor than others. Will see as an ordinary and inferior human being.

This is not a mindset with which they are born, they are taught this from childhood.
