We are living right now in a world where being connected becomes as imprtants as eating and drinking foods.

Almost all of the people have their phones in their hand all the time and regularly checking newsfeeds in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or just watching videos on Youtube and Tiktok.

According to a study, half of the young people are actively connected (checking phone for messages, surfing) at least 10 hours a day. And one out of 4 is actively connectedupon waking up.

Though connectivity is important for communication and being updated is only a touchscreen away, does it help to take away the stress in your life?

I know, because I've experienced it myself that being dependent on your phone is much more giving you anxiety and nerves.
