SINIGANG

Sinigang is one of our favorite Filipino dishes. It can be cooked Pork Porridge, Shrimp Porridge, Bangus Porridge, Beef Porridge and other meats and fish that can be added to Sinigang. It is cooked with sour broth made with a variety of sauces depending on your taste. It is also mixed with various vegetables such as Spinach, Beans, Cigarettes, Okra, Gabi and Sliced ​​Eggplant. The word adobo comes from the Spanish word Adobar. Adobo is one of the best Filipino dishes that is easy to cook and delicious to eat with rice. It can be made into Adobong Manok or Adobong Baboy. NILAGA
