Train any time any where with this lightweight resistance band!
Though I have kettle bell at my place, it's not so convenient to carry a bulky thing with me when I want to do my workout outside.
I now start started working outside so I chose to just bring the resistance band instead. It's a good tool if you want yo do add an extra resistance to your muscle training and it's more gentle with your joints than lifting weights.
