Creams, serums, masks, lotions, milk ... Each of these products has a specific effect. Learn to take advantage of these effects and you won’t have to waste time and money discovering “better” creams. Before the brief instructions on the use of basic skin care products, the most important warning: cleanse your skin in the morning and in the evening, regardless of whether you wear make-up or not. Never go to bed with uncleaned skin.
1. How many skin care products can I apply at the same time?
Depending on the skin type. Oily skin can absorb a maximum of two liquid products at a time. Very dry skin can absorb three to four creams. You should definitely start with the product that your skin needs the most. After application, wait for the skin to absorb it, and only then apply the next product.
2. Can peeling and mask be applied on the same day?
Of course. This is an ideal way to use these products. On the skin that you have cleansed with milk, apply an exfoliator. This will remove all impurities and dead skin cells that prevent the skin from absorbing the active ingredients of the mask. Once you perform this procedure, the skin is ready to apply the mask.
3. When to apply skin care cream around the eyes?
Always apply it before applying face care cream, keeping in mind that face cream is not suitable for the skin around the eyes. If you do not take this into account, your eyelids may become swollen and red.
4. Is the regenerating cream applied in the evening or in the morning?
If you have problems with wrinkles or sagging skin, apply the cream in the morning, before applying the moisturizer, and in the evening, before applying the night cream. One daily application is sufficient to prevent wrinkles. In this case, use the product in the evening, as the skin regenerates at night and makes the best use of the active ingredients of the cream.
5. Do we apply body shaping creams before body milk?
Body shaping creams, especially those in gel form, contain a certain amount of alcohol that dries out the skin. If you apply such a cream after applying moisturizing milk, its effect will be significantly worse. So what is the correct order? First, apply a product that breaks down fat layers and promotes drainage - that is, a body shaping cream - and then apply a milk that moisturizes the skin and gives it a velvety shine.
