Hello my dear virtual friends. How are you? I am great.I hope we will have beautiful sunny day because I wish to go walking in nature.First,I will write article. So,lets start....
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic autoimmune disease that affects the central nervous system. The disease itself involves the deterioration of the nerve fiber sheath, and the cause of the disease is still unknown. The disease itself is usually incurable, and patients have access to medications to slow the disease and alleviate the problems that accompany multiple sclerosis. The condition may improve slightly after the onset of the disease, but it is never the same as it was before the onset of the disease. It often causes patients with a gradual disability or increasingly difficult movement, so patients often depend on the help of relatives to perform basic life tasks.
According to the American Multiple Sclerosis Society, more than 2 million people worldwide suffer from the disease. The symptoms of this disease may first appear as early as the age of twenty, disappear in the meantime, and recur.Women are 2 to 3 times more likely to get sick.
The most common signs:
1.Dizziness Due to high temperatures or great physical exertion, we all feel dizzy from time to time. The latter can also be an indicator of multiple sclerosis, especially if it occurs suddenly, with high intensity, and dizziness is accompanied by nausea and vomiting. Of course, dizziness can also be a symptom of other health problems, such as low blood sugar or low blood pressure, but if this happens to us more often, it makes sense to visit a doctor.
2.Chronic fatigue Fatigue, which lasts for weeks and hinders the performance of even the simplest tasks, is certainly a sign of concern and a reason to visit a doctor.
3.Deterioration of vision In case we notice unusual changes in vision, there is talk of blurred vision or even loss of vision during normal tasks, and in addition, this symptom appears in only one eye, it may be time to see a doctor.
4.Numbness of the limbs and ants Since multiple sclerosis attacks the central nervous system, it is logical that it will also affect the nerves, which can cause numbness or tingling in the limbs. The latter, like all other symptoms, can appear suddenly when lying still on the couch.
5.Cognitive and emotional problems Because the nervous system is the center of our cognitive and emotional functions, multiple sclerosis can cause problems in its functioning. About 60% of patients complain of problems with multitasking, concentration or attention, as well as problems with memory. Depression, nervousness, sudden mood swings or ‘emotional outbursts’, uncontrolled and unprovoked crying or, on the other hand, laughing can occur in the emotional realm.
6.Muscle pain Half of people suffering from multiple sclerosis live with daily pain, often accompanied by uncontrolled movements or weakness. The legs are most often the first part of the body affected by this disease, followed by the back.
Multiple sclerosis is very difficult to detect, as these symptoms can also be signs of other diseases. If you have any problems, it always makes sense to visit a doctor in any case!
