Peek-a-boo 🙈🙊🐵 I'm working on my ppt and kio is being playful haha. I can't keep up with her energy. I play with her a lot but she doesn't seem to get tired. It's a good thing though. It shows that she regained her energy and is healthier than the first time I saw her.

I went to the laundry shop earlier but it was closed. The owner of the nearby grocery store said it would reopen on Monday. They were kind enough to take my bag of blankets and said they'll take it to the laundry shop once it opens. I just needed to write my name down. I would have taken it back home but it was too heavy to carry considering the uphill road and the burning heat from the sun. The washing machine broke down and it's difficult for me to wash the heavy blankets. I might break my backbones if I do 😆

Last time, I shared about picking up 2 kittens to which only one survived. Instead of letting my dad take it back to our hometown, I decided to let the kitten stay with me here in baguio. My housemates also want a cat because rats have invaded the house. Meet Kio. I named her after the place where she was found - a kiosk. She's the second kitten that I'll raise after Hwasa. I'm still not that knowledgeable about cats but I'll make sure to raise her well give her lots of love and care.

Yesterday, I traveled back from my hometown to Baguio with my dad, brothers and cousins. Since there we're still a lot of leftover food from our family gathering, we decided to pack our lunch instead of eating on rest stops. And so we decided to stop over at a bahay kubo-like kiosk. I was the last to get out of the car and so I was wondering what my cousins were swarming at. Turns out there were 2 abandoned kittens shivering from the cold and in a weakened state. I immediately grabbed a shirt from my bag to wrap them in in it. It seemed like they were only a month old. Our packed lunch was fried fish by the way so I cut them into little pieces and fed them. I also gave them water to drink. My cousins were all boys and their dorm do not allow cats. My dad said they would take them back home this afternoon so we first brought them to where I'm staying here in Baguio. Unfortunately, I just woke up to find that one of the kittens did not make it. Rest in peace little one🕯️🕯️

This is how we do it in Sagada. During wedding celebrations, we often prepare food for guests either in cellophanes, paper plates, or banana stems. When weddings happen in our place, it is expected that residents from nearby barangays and relatives from other municipalities would come. There would be hundreds of guests to cater to and so the family of the bride or groom would have to prepare many pigs, carabaos or cows to butcher. Two days ago, I came back to my hometown after finishing my midterm exams. Yesterday, there were 2 wedding celebrations and I went to help on one. At 10pm we started to prepare the food for the visitors. During that time, I thought that we would be feeding less people since there were two wedding venues and the locals would be divided. When 12noon came, we started giving out food. It felt like the queue had no end. We have given out all that we put in the cellophane bags but still, it seemed like people on queue weren't decreasing. The servers were hungry but we made sure everyone was fed. The lunch service was finally concluded at 2pm and I went home to rest after that.

I was too tired earlier that I went to sleep as soon as I got home. After the Sunday mass, I decided to stroll along session road. They closed the road for the Sunday market. April is Filipino food month that's why there were a lot of food booths. As I was walking up, there were people making art pieces out of colorful chalks. The art work below is a famous celebrity in the Philippines, Liza Soberano. Unfortunately, it started pouring while I was on my way to the jeepney terminal so I think the chalk arts were already ruined minutes after they were finished.

@Puneg

Just got home from school. It's our midterm exams today. Last night, I was kind of imagining our dean greeting me happy april fool's at our front and that our exams will be postponed. Sadly, that did not happen haha. Anyways, there was a notice of a power interruption in Baguio tomorrow. Hope my laptop will last throughout the day cause I need to review and study a lot of our lessons.

@Puneg

Thank goodness the rain stopped cause I can't focus on my studies due to the sound of it falling on the roof. It started raining this afternoon while I was taking a nap so my clothes which I hung out to dry got wet again. Anyways, it seems like our facilitator forgot that we have a scheduled quiz earlier at 7pm. It's already 7:28pm and he is yet to post the google form link. Just in case it will still push through later, I'm browsing our modules for a last-minute review.

@Puneg

We decided to go for the night market but it's still early. We heard a loud music coming from melvin jones so we came to check it out. Turns out they're having some sort of zumba activity. I heard there will be winners so I think it's a contest. Maybe there are also noise users here?

@Puneg

I had a lot of fun yesterday. I haven't gone to swim in the water since last year. The outing was my way of destressing. I met a lot of people, members of other churches. We also played volleyball in the water. The thing is, we were supposed to leave at 4pm but the caretaker of the resort was hurrying us up when it was still 2:30 so we left at 3. Nevertheless, I had a great time and that's what matters.

@Puneg

Its 4:19am. I woke up early to finish an activity due 11:59pm today. A water baptism for some members of our church will be performed today at Pooten Resort. At the same time, it will also be some sort of outing and a breather for me. I want to go so since yesterday, I've been doing the activities due today. I wasn't able to finish the last activity so I'm up early. I could do this after getting home later but I know I'll be too tired to work on anything and might go to bed right away.

@Puneg

My dad had something to do here in Baguio and also came to visit me from the province. He brought me honey which was given by our relatives.He also brought vegetables from our place. Now we have beans, sweet peas, peas, sayote shoots, cabbage, and potatoes. These will last us for a week. We have to consume them fast or else they will rot. I will be sharing some to my cousins in La Trinidad.

@Puneg

Brown out😟 I woke up in a dark room. It's currently 7:35am 🇵🇭 right now. I wonder if there's an advisory regarding this power interruption in our place. It's making me worry cause I have an activity due 12 noon and my laptop is lowbat. If the power doesn't come back by 10, I think I would write my answers on a piece of paper and upload a pic of it in the submission bin. Update: The power came back at 9am.

These are my groupmates in all of my laboratory subjects. Two of them are my first blockmates in college - that is - during the first semester of my freshman year. Meanwhile, I only met the other two this semester. This is what we look like in our laboratory gowns by the way. Someone commented that we look like red blood cells. It's somewhat true though especially if all of us second years are in the hallway. It's like were the RBCs in a blood vessel (hallway). Haha. I don't know if I make sense 🤦

Raffle for a Cause 150 slots, $8 each slot The live draw to win the grand prize (male husky) for only $8 has just ended. The proceeds will be used for the hospital bills of @LeynLeyn. She was diagnosed with Nodular Sclerosis Hodgkin's Lymphoma last January. The winner of the grand prize is #50 which is highlighted in green color. The pink ones were participants who got eliminated. The orange-highlighted ones are mine and my family members which unfortunately were unlucky today hehe. It doesn't matter though. Our main purpose for joining is to provide aid to those who need it. I was the one who encoded the list of participants and the file was still saved on my laptop. So to prevent boredom while watching, I opened the file and did some coloring hahaha. Fun fact: I was just told the winner wasn't an Igorot but someone from the lowlands, whom we do not know personally. The winner said that he only saw a shared post about the raffle and decided to join. He bought #50 and 51 for 800 pesos ($16) and unexpectedly won. Awesome😯

The Pirates: The Last Royal Treasure I've been waiting for this movie to be available online. I saw the trailer a month ago and was waiting for it's release. I was disappointed upon knowing that it was only available in South Korea but then, Netflix released a trailer about a week ago and said it would start showing on the site on March 2. That was yesterday and now I'm finally able to watch it. 😃 Yey!😁 Kang Haneul looks funny in this scene though 🤣

@Puneg

It's 11:24pm in the 🇵🇭 and I just finished my last prelim exam. My internet speed is the fastest at night and I can avoid interruptions while taking the exam. Since I haven't eaten dinner earlier and I don't feel like eating rice, I'm having cookies, grapes, and maja blanca instead.

@Puneg

March 1 is world compliment day! It is important to make the people around us feel appreciated. Compliments can instill confidence in us. Others need only a little push to keep moving forward and genuine compliments might just be it. Give your loved ones the recognition and appreciation they deserve through simple words. It's absolutely free and will cost you nothing. Tell your mom the food she made earlier was delicious. Tell your dad his jokes are the best. Thank your siblings for doing the dishes and cleaning the house with you. Appreciate your friend for lending their ears to your problems. Tell your classmates they're doing a great job in their studies. Most importantly, compliment yourself.

Just got home from a haircut. I kinda regret it😑. I told the hairstylist to do a C-cut but he just cut it straight. Also, it's not even on both sides. I'm too shy to speak up so I just paid and left. I'm thinking of dying my hair for the first time ever. My dad would surely scold me though haha. I don't know. I want to experience something new and we only live once.

@Puneg

Get $25 in a month for signing up with a friend's code in ABRA wallet and $15 for holding atleast 15 dollars for a week. Though in my case I funded it on February 11 and received my bonuses today Feb. 25. Since CPRX is down right now, the value reflected in the pic has also decreased from the supposed 40 dollars. Download the ABRA app on your playstore if you'd like to try also. Remember that you need to sign up with a friend's code like the one below, otherwise you'll receive 15 dollars only. https://bit.ly/3vpRQHL

@Puneg

You may now kiss the bride.. Was browsing through my gallery and saw this. It made me laugh thinking about the time I took the pic. It seemed like there was a wedding going on🤭. Hayss, I miss these three. They're always playing with each other and I would be there capturing the moment. From the left: Hwasa, Shika, Inoue

Day 2 of preliminary exams done! I reviewed a lot last night but I don't know where they got the questions. A lot of terms weren't in our modules and it's the first time I encountered them. I was kinda sad cause I didn't answer my exams well but when I came home and connected to the WiFi, a notification came from bitcoin.com wallet so I checked it and $8 was sent to me😀. I tried to figure out where it came from and remembered that I joined a giveaway by bitcoin.com last time. I had forgotten about it thinking I wouldn't get chosen. Gosh, my luck with giveaways and contests this February is on top! I realized I won $128 in these kinds of activities in merely a month. I hope this goes on for a long time🙏

@Puneg

It's our preliminary exams tomorrow until next week. Our department decided to conduct it face to face also and it has been making me nervous. I have been reading my modules on Clinical Chemistry since earlier and I figured I need a study table and a comfortable chair. I have always used to just sit on my bed and lean on the wall with my laptop on my lap. This time though, I can feel my back and shoulders ache from being in this position for too long. Guess it's time to put some of my earnings here to use. It's unfortunate though that BCH is down right now.

@Puneg

Lateee.. I submitted my output at 11:59pm but google classroom still marked it late😑. I focused too much on reviewing for our quiz that I forgot there's still one activity left to do🤦. I had to rush in accomplishing it cause I didn't want to incur any deductions but I guess the flash didn't visit me tonight. Well, lesson learned. Always check your to do list.

@Puneg

Turon Saging When I was making my hot milk earlier, I found out that we ran out of sugar. So i grabbed my purse and went to the nearby grocery store. As I was at the counter, a man carrying a durabox was selling turon, lumpia, and tinudok. It's been awhile since I ate turon so I bought 5 at 12 pesos ($0.23) each. It was the most expensive turon I ever bought, I think. When I came home, I tasted one and goshh, it was so bland and the banana inside was hard to chew. Oh well, atleast I helped the vendor sell.

@Puneg

The last time I held a microscope was in 12th grade, during the year 2019. Attending our lab classes again this week made me reminisce my highschool memories with friends that are currently miles away from me and one who's now an angel continuously watching us from above.

@Puneg

The 14th of February wasn't just valentine's day for me but it was also the first day of our face-to-face classes. It was a fun and enjoyable experience since I finally felt like a student after 2 years of online classes. The first time I entered the university was during our entrance exam and I'm thankful that the second time wouldn't be during my graduation day😆 But... There's even more blessings to me than yesterday. So after seeing a post here last Sunday by rektflip regarding a valentine's day giveaway by bitcoin.com, I decided to try my luck. We were to find a restaurant nearby accepting BCH to spend the $100 prize money. I didn't expect anything cause the only restaurant listed in map.bitcoin.com is literally islands away from me and it's the fast food restaurant Jollibee. I was thinking, how I'll spend $100 in Jollibee since I've only paid about $6 there. When I woke up earlier, I had this thought to check and yeeeees, luck came my way and I won! Yey!!🤸 Bitcoin.com told me I could spend it any way I like btw😁 Edit: It was FelisCatus' post that I saw. Hehe

@Puneg

Crrr--aaa-ckk! That's the sound of my back popping😆 Didn't do the laundry for 2 weeks and now I just finished washing heaps of my clothes. The washing machine broke down so I had to do everything with my hands. I'm letting the water drip first before taking them out to dry tomorrow. It's foggy anyways so I'd better do it when the sun's out.

@Puneg

Just finished eating dinner. My housemates were talking about Axie Infinity and slp. They're new to the cryptoworld and so I invited them to join noise.cash and appics. Please give manang marlyn a warm welcome here☺️https://noise.cash/u/LeynLeyn

@Puneg

Been having quizzes for 3 consecutive days and so I've been busy studying to pass. Anyways, I signed up for Appics and introduced myself there. I'm still exploring the app and reading articles about it. I'm still confused but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it in a few days. Looking forward for your support😊
