It's the first wedding anniversary of my housemates and they're treating us samgyupsal 😀. I offered to take a pic but they declined. Maybe they're just shy? hahaha. Anyways, we still need to finish these off so ciao👋

@Puneg

Break time! Just finished my last quiz for the day. I've taken three quizzes since this morning and now I don't think I have any more brain cells left. I had a hard time analyzing the questions cause we did not have a discussion on the topic. Since the start of the semester, it was mostly self-studying and answering activities. I hope it will be better next week with the face-to-face classes. I really want to learn more but it's just so difficult in this online setting. It feels like I'm getting more and more stupid day by day. Haaays:( Anyways, I'm going to rest first before I start on my remaining activities for this week.

The bag I ordered on shoppee just arrived. Yey!🤸 I got this for school since the one I used during senior high was my sister's. I converted some of my BCH which came from noise.cash to peso. This bag costs Php195, around $4. It's a good buy for me. It can hold all the necessary things for my face to face classes. Also, my 13.3" laptop fits and that's a good thing cause I don't need to buy another bag for it. I wish it was available in pastel colors though. Well, black is okay since it looks good with any color.

PPE👩‍🔬 Yesterday I went to claim the first set of our PPE for the face to face (ftf) classes. It was supposed to be 2 sets (beige & maroon), but the beige was delayed since many of the tailors got infected with Covid. There was a long queue when I got there. It wasn't moving so I went to check and the PPEs were yet to arrived and so we stood there for like 30 mins. For the first time in more than 2 years, I saw some of my classmates in junior and senior high school. We couldn't talk much though since our main purpose arrived. When I got my order, they told us to check the size first and go back if there are any concerns. During the pre-order period, I was hesitant if I'd go for a small or medium size. I went with medium so that there would be some allowance. As soon as I came home, I tried it on and fortunately, it fit me well! Anyways, our block was divided into two batches for the ftf classes. We would be attending every other week since one week is alloted for quarantine. I belong to batch 2 so my first day will be on February 14 and I'm kinda not ready yet. Though I'm excited😁

@Puneg

Sorry Father🙏 I always have problems and worry about my scores whenever the task is to draw something. For our missionary response in our religion subject, we were tasked to draw Fr. Theophile Verbist. As you can see, my drawing(left) looks nothing like the original😆. I'm submitting it anyways. Can't do anything about it since I really don't have a talent for drawing.

@Puneg

Ugh. I should install a net or something over our strawberry plants. Pests and birds beat me to it again😑. Whenever I'm waiting for a strawberry to fully ripen so I could eat it the next day, some insects and birds always get to taste them first. I don't usually buy strawberries from the market since they're too expensive for me.

@Puneg

Oh no!😟 I came up the rooftop and saw one of the koi fishes floating on its side.. My uncle came yesterday and moved them inside since workers will be installing the railings and the aquarium is on the way. Oxygen must have been insufficient on their new spot causing one to die. 🎏

@Puneg

Phew! 12 activities done🤸 Been productive the whole day and just turned in my response for the last activity due today. There's still 4 activities left to be passed on Saturday and I have a quiz tomorrow. For now, I'll be taking a bath, which I should have done early this morning. I thought it would take til tonight to finish these reqs thats why😆 After my bath, I'll attend our google meeting at 5:30 neat and fresh. 💮

I won a BCH Treasure Hunt✨ On January 19,2022 I came across an announcement from @Giddyboy. It was a chance to win $20 and a Cattos NFT (no idea about NFTs😅). I became interested in the contest and so for 12 days I've been anticipating his daily posts that would contain the clues for the seed phrase for the bch wallet. Today is the 12th day and I've been reloading my browser countless times starting 4:48 pm 'til the last clue was dropped😆. We were told yesterday that the clue to the last word would be revealed at 9:00 am UTC or 5:00 pm in Philippine time. The last clue was in the form of a morse code which fortunately, I was able to decode and won. Yey!😁 I would like to thank the generous people who organized and sponsored this treasure hunt, particularly @Giddyboy and @Carisdaneym. May you be blessed more! I attended my class after finishing the treasure hunt so I'm sharing this late. Anyways, this moment is perfect for my first post in this channel, "RAGSAK". It means happiness in ilocano, though I'm an Igorot haha. This channel is made for everyone, wherein you can share happy and memorable moments of your lives. You're welcome to join me☺️. https://noise.cash/c/ragsak-3q3jmzbq3qg

Aww. I got 16 activities to turn in this week. Tomorrow is Lunar New Year's Day and it's a special non-working holiday here in the Philippines. We will not have synchronous classes but looking at the assigned activities for this week, I will surely be busy accomplishing them.

@Puneg

Found these while going through my senior high school stuff. During 12th grade, we studied Philosophy for the second semester. I didn't think I'd do well in this subject but I was able to get perfect scores in our quizzes. Our teacher was so well-versed and always spoke words of wisdom. He made the class interesting and caught our attention every lesson. When we were tasked to write essays, our papers were always returned with long, meaningful feedbacks. He was one of the teachers who made my senior high school days fun and noteworthy. Did you also have that kind of teacher before? You may share your experiences below!☺️

@Puneg

Just got home from the christening and 1st birthday party of my 2nd cousin. Because I'm always alone when I'm here in Baguio, it was nice to see my relatives. They are just a kilometer away from where I'm staying but it was my first time to go there. When I got there, they were cutting up the meat and cooking all sorts of dishes. I didn't go to the church since they needed a hand. Funny thing is, we only realized that we forgot to cook rice when it was almost time for lunch and the guests said they were coming. Instead, one of the guys went to a restaurant to get cooked rice for take out. After eating, I went to say goodbye since I still have a class to attend to. My uncle told me to take some of the food home with me but I declined since I have no one to eat it with and it may go to waste. Besides, I don't really like taking food with me whenever I go to events like this.

@Puneg

It was just an hour ago when the sun was up high. I thought it's a great day to do the laundry but now that I'm done, all I coud see was a sea of clouds in the sky. It will soon rain so I need to let the water seep down and atleast let the clothes dry a little bit so that I can take them inside.

@Puneg

Tadaaahh! I'm finally done customizing my desktop. Did I overdo it? I used Canva to edit the background. Through icoconvert.com, I converted pictures appropriate for my subjects which I downloaded online to icons. For the clock widget, I installed rainmeter (which I might delete later since it kinda drains my battery). I'll keep it until I find an alternative.

@Puneg

Having my lunch late today. I just finished my class orientation on clinical chemistry. This week, we're mostly being oriented and given some reminders as well as what to expect on our subjects. My next and last google meet for today will be on 2pm. After that, I will organize the files on my laptop.

@Puneg

Feeding Time😋 I woke up to the sound of the birds chirping. Slept late last night watching runningman and browsing on noise that's why I'm also up late. My morning routine now includes feeding the fishes and birds as well as changing the water in the birdcage. Good day!

@Puneg

Good morning Baguio City!✨ I just arrived here yesterday afternoon. Not having been travelling for a while caused me to be a little bit dizzy from my trip. Our limited face to face classes for the laboratory subjects will start on February so I had to pack my bags yesterday and come here. Meanwhile, our online classes will start on monday already, it was supposed to be this week but the enrollment period was extended since there was a lot of problem on the student portal. Anyways, have a great day ahead!

@Puneg

Whenever I go out my dog, Pogs, likes to tag along especially if it is a walk in the mountains. This morning though, Hwasa the cat followed us. He might have heard me calling for Pogs so he came to join us. I guess I have two bodyguards today then? These two make me feel safe.👣⛰️

@Puneg

I'm surprised that the lights are back already. They said it would be from 6pm until 9pm but right after I said 1 more hour to go until the electric current would be back, the living room suddenly lit up. So yey!🤸

@Puneg

Aww. There's a power outage til 9pm and I got nothing else to do so I'm tryna get a nice pic with my not so nice phone camera. While looking at the candle, I again remembered our aunt These past 2 days, we've been busy at our aunt's wake. We stayed up late tending to the people who came to say their goodbyes to her. They sang songs to wish her well in her journey. This morning was her funeral and her requiem at the same time. May her soul rest in peace.🕯️

Home-based Organic Gardening🌱 As a requirement for our subject in NSTP-CWTS (National Service Training Program)-Civic Welfare Training Service) , I made use of my knowledge in agriculture and chose to plant vegetables, specifically PECHAY and LETTUCE for my project. I chose these two mainly for two reasons. First, they are cost-effective and are easy to manage. Second, we had to consider the time given to us to complete the project and the plants mentioned are known to have a fast growth rate. The project implementation began on November 10, 2021. Since I had to integrate the "trash to treasure" concept, I made use of plastic bottles for my germination pot. While waiting for the seeds to germinate, I prepared a much larger space in our backyard. With the help of my parents, we pulled out the weeds, tilled the land, and made 6 plant beds (3 each for both plant varieties). As it is supposed to be organic, I took feces of our pigs, dried them then, mixed it with the soil of each plant bed. After a week of germination period, we transplanted the seedlings in the prepared backyard garden. For the water system, I used a can and put holes in it then watered the plants every morning and afternoon. The third pic shows the latest pic I took before submitting my write-up and documentation on December 23, 2021. As you can see, some of the pechay were ready for harvest while the lettuce needed to grow more.

- 7 months H I A T U S - My inactivity in noise.cash had been far too long that I missed out on the changes and updates in this platform. My health wasn't the best last year thus, I've been frequenting the hospital. Focusing too much on school made me fail to take care of my well-being. As I sat in front of the monitor meeting deadlines, I would often forget to eat and drink water. This unhealthy lifestyle took a toll on me and my studies. My hospital visits caused my requirements to pile up that I had to work on them while recovering. Due to these, I took a break from social media, including noise. Nonetheless, it's good to be back here again☺️

@Puneg

I slept at our terrace last night. We took out two long chairs and put a mattress on it. It was a little bit windy but I really had a good night's sleep. Now I woke and this view greeted me☺️. Happy Friday!

@Puneg

Finally! I'm going home after staying here for 5 days. I haven't had fevers since last night so I was discharged awhile ago. I said my goodbyes and thank yous to the doctors, nurses and everyone who took care of me for the past days. My wound still hurts a little when I walk and move but I'm sure it'll heal soon as I recover at home.

@Puneg

I wonder if my account is still okay cause I've been inactive for more than a week now. Been busy studying for the finals this week supposedly but I suddenly had a stomachache and was vomitting and so we went to see the doctor. Turns out it was appendicitis so I had to undergo surgery Wednesday night. The doctors said my appendix was close to rupturing when they did the surgery. I was scared cause it's my first time being hospitalized and going through this kind of experience. They said I'll be discharged tomorrow if I won't have fevers anymore. I really want to go home asap cause my exams are waiting for me 😵 Anyways, it's good to be back here in noise.☺️

@Puneg

Lined up the puppies on the monoblock to take a good shot of them but then their mother came diverting the pups' attention to her. Bet they're hungry as they hurriedly crawled over to get their milk from their mom. They might fall from the chair so I stopped taking pictures and took them back to their house. Usually, we give Pogs' puppies to our neighbors or anyone who wants to raise a dog but this time, the fam decided to keep all three of them. We named them after Team 10 Ino - Shika - Cho from the anime Naruto. Ehehe😄 From the left: Pogs, Choji, Shika, Inoue❣️

@Puneg

Dang it! Power outage in the middle of my quiz😑. Guess I'll have to continue it tomorrow when the power returns. Just glad we're using google forms so we can open it as much as we want to as long we don't click the submit button. I'll go to sleep earlier than usual tonight. Good night!

@Puneg

Jesus is the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for his sheep. On the other hand, we are the flock of sheep. What do you think is a good sheep? A good sheep is someone that follows the instructions of its shepherd. It is also someone who strictly follows its shepherd and not someone who keeps wondering around getting lost in the process. Moreover, good sheep are subservient to their shepherd and that they also call for their shepherd’s attention when there is something that endangers them. For Christians, we should be like a good sheep who is subservient towards its shepherd. We should also entrust to our shepherd the challenges that we face since there is nothing impossible with Him.

@Puneg

I put down my pen and picked up the broom and mop. These are my weapons for today, to fight off the dust and dirt around the house. It's Saturday and I don't have that many school requirements left to do so I'll clean and fix things in the house instead.👩‍🔧

@Puneg

At around 7:30pm earlier as I was taking my quiz on my mobile phone, an email came notifying me of a sign-in attempt from a suspicious app using my google account. I was confused cause that account was made solely for my bitcoin.com wallet app 2 months ago when I started here in noise.cash. Also, I never used that account in other devices aside from my cellphone. 🤔
