Women and Limitations

Being a woman is often faced with various choices that actually become limitations for them. Many women are forced to go the opposite direction of what they want just to normalize the situation and make sure all is well. Being a woman is not always easy. Sometimes, they are required to be graceful and tough at the same time. Not only that, in the career world too many female leaders are underestimated in terms of competence and decision making. Women are seen as overestimating sense over logic, so many of the decisions they make are illegitimate. Many parties are still biased towards gender equality in the world of work, where discrimination still favors women.

Many women who speak out, but are not heard, are excluded from various positions to differences in salary. Besides that, the culture of our society still thinks that women are not highly educated. Women are not smart because they say it doesn't fit.

Often women hear.

You don't have to go to high school, later there will be no boys who want it, after all, it will also be in the kitchen, right?

This is a stigma that is already deeply rooted, so it is very difficult to get rid of it. Life as a woman must be ready with all the consequences, be ready with all the limitations that could snatch pieces of the mission and dreams that have been planned. Then the question is, whose fault is this? It's nobody's fault.

Women will not speak right or wrong, women will speak change or give up. And surely great women will choose to change. Change to start believing in yourself, maximizing potential, and being independent with all visions. There is nothing wrong with women who are highly educated or can stand on their own feet. Not to compete with men, but to show the existence that women can also be independent, so they can collaborate with each other for better action. Women cannot give up just because of limitations and complicated choices. Because women are not physical figures who are only full of emotions but also dare to run. Women are synonymous with tenderness, but that does not mean weakness.

It all starts with a sense of trust in women themselves, because from that trust, women can act, breaking through the stigma and opinions that have been limiting them. To great women out there, you are entitled to yourself, thank you for wanting to fight and survive all this time.
