Reduce Your Complaints, Increase Your Gratitude When Many Problems Come Shackled
During life, humans will be tested with bad and good as a trial. As humans, we should live a life that is not infrequently given trials and unexpected things that are not wanted. When life is in an out of control phase, it's normal to complain once in a while. Just throw away the troubled thoughts in your head so that the heart is a little relieved. It's just that if you complain every time of the day, no one is comfortable hearing the same complaints over and over again. Take action for each problem, find a solution and reduce the complaining a lot which will only add to the burden of the mind.
Be patient, open your heart and calm your mind when facing problems
Make sincerity a medicine, remember the many good things we have. Take notes and be grateful for the various facilities that have been received. Look around, how many are given more serious problems and lives who are not as lucky as us. Are we not present in the world with all its blessings, so be grateful in any circumstances.
Some people who complain a lot, make complaints as self-justification. Feeling the burden faced is the heaviest burden that other humans do not experience. Blaming fate, and always asking why should I, why the problem is this big. Many complain without realizing it, making the existing problems feel even more severe.
Look back, how far you have walked and all the processes that have been passed. Look again, the time when you have tried to be enthusiastic, you stumbled and fell but still tried to get up. Try to remember again, the various problems you have conquered, the difficult trials you have successfully completed, and the many lessons you have learned. Reduce your complaints, believe in yourself, your problems will be resolved soon.
Approach the Creator. After all, God gives us trials and problems to know how strong our faith is. A lot of complaining is a sign that we are not sincere about the destiny that is given to us. Instead of complaining, it would be better if we as creatures surrender and ask for a way out of every thing that happens. God does not burden a person but according to his ability. We must have a good attitude towards all of his decisions. Just live it, give the best in your life and wait for what special gift God is preparing after we have passed the test. There will always be lessons to be learned from the worst things that happen to us, even though sometimes it is beyond human understanding.
