Punks are staked and provide power. Your power versus the total power of the network in your reward ratio. Each period of time of fixed reward is released and distributed to all staked punks. The passive income comes from law that's being minted. The passive income come from 80 percentage of the fees that are collected from people who upgrade their punks with law. There will always be money to be gained from staking punks 101. Well, I'm still a newbie but I take observation in things.
