There is one question I always want to ask to many people or in a crowd. It's just a simple question and I know most of you my fellow Filipinos can answer in less than a minute. I'm sure you're wondering now what's the question would be. Are taking your guests now? Hehe Don't worry I will reveal the question right away.

Do you really know about your country?

It's just a single question but I also know that most of the Filipinos are not sure what to answer in this one. Especially the younger generations now which minds was diverted to mobile and online games and not in studying anymore. Our education here was greatly affected after all since the pandemic hits us.

I'm teaching my cousin with his modules as a guide and I can ovserve that this kind of method in teaching is not really effective because after the child answers all the questions, he or she will play outside and later on those knowledges he just learned will be forgotten.

So going back to the question I want to ask you my friends. I'm sure you know your country but I'm sure also that you already forgotten some knowledges especially the history. Learning histopry in school is a bit boring and it makes you sleepy yeepee. haha. I tried to sleep in my history class in highschool but I'm surprised that I got high on my test haha. That's because I reviewed those notes thouroughly.

First question I want to ask is, Who is our national hero in the Philippines?

That question maybe easy to some of us and some are not familiar anymore about the guy. Some people are lazy in remembering our heroes here in the Philippines and because of that some will say the surname and that's it. Not the complete name and it's enough for some to understand.

So do you still know our national hero's full name? I bet you opened Google to search it. haha. I also searched it a while ago and here it is. Jose Protacio Mercado Rizal y Alonso Realonda. That's his full name and who would not be lazy to remember that long name lol. So most of us use the name Jose Rizal. And he was the one engraved in the 1 peso coin.

Second question is What is our national animal?

A lot already forgotten this one especially those rich people. Well I'm not surprise if they forgot it because they didn't put much attention to it because there's no such animal in the city and you can only find this one in provinces or in far flung areas.

This big buddy name Carabao has been in the field for so long and it helped those farmers many times already when it comes to plowing their rice fields or gardens. This big guys is accompanied by wood cart when they will carry sack of rice and others.

The third question is What is the national leaf of Philippines?

If I remember it correctly this leaf was use by many especially those who leave in provinces particularly farmers when it rains and it serves as their raincoat that time.

This leaf is goes by the name Anahaw. It has a sharp edges and it's shape is composed of round partnered with triangular shape.

.......

Those are just the questions I want to ask to my fellow filipinos and there's many more but my time is already running out so let me see you next time.

Thank you for reading...
