INGREDIENTS
1) Big prawn with shell 300g
2) Tomato (sliced) 100g
3) Water 1/3 cup
4) Salt 1/4 tsp
5) Sugar 1/4 tsp
6) Ginger (shredded) 10g
7) Wine (optional) 1 tsp
(METHOD)
1) Trim prawn whiskers and skewer prawn from tail to head with cocktail stick.
2) Arrange sliced tomato and prawn in a circle on a dinner plate. Combine ingredients and pour over prawns.
3) Cover with plastic wrap and cook on power high for 4 minutes
4) After 4 minutes off the power and take it off .

It sounds like an easy recipe. I never ate prawn. I wonder about the plastic wrap part... How do you cook something wrapped in plastic?
