A company is any business that manufactures or sells products or provides services as a commercial venture. A person's motive in owning a company is to make profit and gain customers to himself or herself. A company didn't just start in one day. It takes critical thinking and the skills needed to manage such company.
The first thing you need to own a company is capital. You have to get it ready before planning to start a company.
The second is to be patience because you can't expect profit on your first day as an employer. You have to nurture this company and keep investing into it and bring goods into it. Then, the next thing is to hire some people to help you manage it. A company without management will collapse at the early stage and your capital is gone.
Don't expect to start spending when you start earning because you may lose your profits alongside. You keep taking care of it till it grows up. At this stage, you relax and you start controlling money. A company takes wisdom to build into an empire for you.
Just as a company, so it is with children. Children are an heritage of God and taking care of them takes proper monitoring to nurture them to become great.
According to the stages of human development, there are five of them which are;
Prenatal stage
Infancy stage
Adolescence stage
Adulthood stage
Old age
A child goes from one stage to another and each stage has its own functions and the needs required to grow. Parents really has a lot to do in a child's life.
God have given every parents children to cater for them and make sure they are somebody in life. They must nurture the children and avoid going astray. Children are like company and it takes time for them to grow to a stage where you would start benefitting from them.
From the beginning they came into the world, they are part of the family and expect to be nurtured and taken care of till they are grown-ups. Giving them the best education, inculcating into them good morals, to be disciplined both at home and in the community. Providing everything they needed so they don't lack. Monitoring their movements and the kinds of friends they keep and teaching them how to behave with people around them especially to the elders.
Then as they grow up, they learn new things, their eyes are opened to understand what responsibility is. They start thinking about how to take care of their parents. Most of them dream of becoming great in life. They focus more on their studies and are strictly monitored by their parents.
Then they grow up to be what they have dreamt of, with supports and encouragement, their dreams came to reality. They start working to feed their parents. Pay them back for all they have done and during this process, the parents never stopped praying for their children to excel.
Some children at that moment are influenced negatively by peers, environment and they engage in illegal acts, smoking, stealing, engaging in dubious acts to cheat others. Most of these children are because of a lack of proper training from parents. Some actually were trained but never accept.
What am I bringing from here? Parents are the sole determinants of what a child will become. They need to spend extra time focusing on these children. Makeup time with them, do not let your business be your priority over your children. Teach, train, monitor, and most especially pray for them.
Some parents are really trying on their children but some of them have just decided to go their own ways and leave the morals they have been taught at home. As Parents, it is your duty to see to your children's welfare. They shouldn't lack anything as not providing them with things they need, they are easily influenced.
Children are Investment to Parents and proper taking care of them and bringing the best in them will save them from troubles in the future.
