Making a list of what you want to aim for or to achieve in life is not a bad thing or idea. It can be your guide on what path or your decision-making plan.
Every New Year, everyone around the world especially in the Western and Eastern worlds has their New Year resolutions. It is a tradition and a good practice.
Every year when the month of January comes, I always consider it a new path or journey to walk and work to. It is a new chapter of my life where I set goals and new goals to achieve and improve.
Before that checkout and read my sponsor's works they are so talented and informative writers/authors.
So here are my life missions to work with God's will;
***To pass the Licensure Examination for Teacher.***
This is my number one goal in 2022, January I will be taking the Licensure Examination for Teacher or LET. Last 2020, I failed to pass the LET because I am not in the focus and I don't have so much time to review it because I was teaching that time in a private school. But this 2022, I wish and I know I will pass it with God and his will.
**To attract more sponsors and earn more BCH.**
Read. cash is one of my sources of income especially this 2022, my last earning is not so big. I just earned more than 300 pesos for my 1st month here in read. cash even though it is not big same as others I am so very thankful because I cash it out and I donated it to my D-Drive Relief Good Operation small amount matters a lot.
Having sponsors is a big help for me especially in my read. cash journey. I hope that this 2022, new sponsorship will come and trust my ability in writing to. So for my 2022 goal, I will work hard to earn and attract more sponsors in 2022.
**To build our dream house.**
I didn't dream to have a huge house in my entire life even before because I learned my lesson already that having a huge house needed so much time, effort, and money. My parent's house is huge that's why I know the feeling.
That's why since high school I really what to have a not-so-small, simple but elegant house that I can call it home. I just want to have a big lot of space for my family to plant fruit trees, flowers, and vegetables as our family bond. Since I love cooking I love to have a simple but organized kitchen.
This is the picture of my dream house, which I hope we can build in 2022. I plan to have 4 bedrooms in it, 1 master bedroom, 1 bedroom for my son, 1 bedroom for my daughter, and 1 extra bedroom for the guest.
**To expand our small business.**
Expanding our small business is very challenging to us small business owners. We need to put up a large amount for it to be expanded but due to the pandemic all of the materials to be used are so expensive that's why we need to work hard to achieve this by this year 2022.
The expansion we plan is we want to put a sari-sari store or mini market of goods together with our Agrivet supplies.
**Regaining my self-confidence back.**
My pregnancy cravings and breastfeeding journey hit my body so hard that results in my gaining weight. From 110 pounds before I weigh 150 pounds now. I also got body acnes because of the hormonal imbalance that I experienced because of too much weight gain. Gaining too much that my lower self-confidence led me not to wear my T-shirts and pants before and avoid taking a picture of myself. Since I need to wean my beautiful baby, it is my time to regain my self-confidence and get back in shape.
**To find a stable job.**
Job is one of the most important things that help us to survive. I hope and wish that this year I can get a stable job so that I can continuously help my siblings in their studies and help my husband in earning.
T**o give a simple 50th birthday celebration to my biological mother.**
This June 12, 2022, is my biological mother's birthday. Even though I didn't live with them, even I feel less loved by her, and even I hear some backstabbing against me from her I want to give her a birthday celebration as a thank you for giving birth to me and loving my kids.
My earning her in reading. cash is what I plan to use on her birthday even in a simple celebration and buy her dream gift which is a brand new refrigerator. I love her no matter what she has been done to me.

"Justice is Served"

Children are the real treasure of the parents have.

**This article is just my opinion about the murder of the two siblings from the Province of North Cotabato, Philippines last December 10, 2021.**
The police officers arrived at the crime scene. While doing the initial investigation, Mr. Maguad was asked about the weapons that are used by the suspects.
Baseball bat
Hammer
Cable tie
Butcherknife
All of these things are belong to the Maguad Family which Gwyn, BoyBoy, Mr. &Mrs. Maguad, and Janice knows where it be.
The police officers interviewed the only survivor of the incident which is Janice. According to her, they were ransacked by 3 men, she luckily escaped and lock herself in the room, and have the chance to ask for help via Facebook. But, her statement is not so convincing because according to Mr. Maguad Janice went out of the room with wet hair it means she takes a bath.
Janice was appointed as the primary suspect under investigation and the other hand a witness. She was under custody and cared for by the office of the MSWD or Social Welfare of North Cotabato while the investigation is still going.
According to the witnesses, they were a man with a Mio model vehicle asking for the location of Maguad's residence. But before that, Janice was seen by a neighbor that she is on a phone call at that time, and once the man located the house address there is a girl who open the gate and let the man get inside.
The Maguad siblings were brutally killed using a baseball bat, butcher knife, cable tie, and a hammer. The act is not a humanistic behavior.
A few days later, Janice admitted to the crime, that she is the one who killed the Maguad siblings. The authority is still investigating who are those men help Janice to do the crime because as of the moment she didn't tell the names of those men.
According to the report, the main reason why Janice did that crime was because of insecurity and jealousy towards the siblings. It was so hurtful to the parents and relatives of the Maguad siblings because according to the parents, they treated them equally, and when Mrs. Maguad shops for her children she also bought things for Janice. Despite all the love, care, respect, and trust that is given by the Maguad family to Janice she does that crime without any hesitation.
Mr. and Mrs. Maguad is still waiting for the authority and asking for help from the people who had the idea about the crime. They also contacted the relatives of Janice, Mr. and Mrs. Maguad talked first to the step-sister of Janice, and asked for some help to contact the biological mother of Janice.
In the 40 days of the Maguad siblings, the mother of Janice came and kneel in front of the siblings and ask for forgiveness from the parents.

Let support Mr. and Mrs. Maguad even in prayers, they needed it. Losing someone you love and you treasure the most is very hurtful and depressing. I wish that 100% justice will serve and those men that help Janice to do the crime will surrender.

"Too much insecurity and jealousy turns into Evilness"

Every one of us has our insecurities, jealousy, flaws, and imperfections. It is the nature of every living thing.

Filipinos are known for the traits of being helpful and generous to everyone in need even if they don't have enough to share or to give without asking for any returns.
Filipino families are also welcoming to everyone especially visitors from other countries or relatives from other places.
Maguad Family is an example of a good family and their children are an illustration of how these parents properly raised and guide their children.
Gwyn is the daughter of Mr&Mrs. Maguad she is an achiever, school apple of the eye, and a lovely daughter same as her brother Boyboy. They are jolly, loving, respectful, and intelligent kids, indeed true that children are the real treasure of parents.
Gwyn is a friendly and welcoming girl that's why when she met Janice they become close friends. Janice is the nanny of Gwyn and Boyboy's aunt that lives not so a faraway city that why Janice and Gwyn got one another company.
According to Mrs. Maguad that her daughter and Janice contacted each other because they have been close and bonded with each other especially when they visited her sister's house. One day, this Janice texted Gwyn that she wants to resign as a nanny of her aunt's children and asked if she can live with them even without salary, food, and shelter being enough for her. Mrs. Maguad is not convinced by Gwyn because of her hectic schedule and she doesn't want any trouble and she doesn't want her sister to get upset about the decision of Janice.
The Maguad family goes to the city to have shopping but when they stop into a mini-mart they saw Janice with a sack bag full of clothes. Gwyn asked and convince her parents again to allow Janice to live with them for a while. Mrs. Maguad has no choice but to let Janice be with them than let her go somewhere else. A teacher and a mother's attitude win with her heart.
Gwyn, Boyboy, and Janice become closer to each other when months passed. But, one day when Mr. Maguad sold his pig, he earn 1o thousand pesos, and Janice the money that was handed to Mr. Cruz because she is in the living room doing the folding of the laundry. Mr. Cruz put the money on the small basket on the table in their master bedroom, after that Janice went to the room bringing the laundry.
Mr. Cruz saw her go out to their room but he didn't mind it. But, he has a weird feeling that's why he headed back to their room and he saw the money was stolen. He checks the windows but all of them are close, so he concluded that is it an inside job. He went down to the living room and ask Janice if she saw the money on the basket but Janice answer No.
Mr. Cruz explains to his children that the money that he earns from selling the pig is being stolen. He asked Boyboy his son to go to the market and bring Janice so they can check Janice's things. Boyboy and Janice go into the market while Gwyn searches for the money in Janice's things but she didn't see any many.
By the morning, Janice was asked by Mr. Cruz to feed the chicken in the chicken coop in their backyard and so that they can continue to search for the money. They were in the room when Gwyn get the bag that Janice had always been using she notices that there is something folded inside the bag's cloth and being sewed that's why she opens it and she surprisingly saw the money.
She gives the money to Mr. Maguad but the money is now only 9 thousand pesos. They went to Janice and asked Janice about the money that she stole. Janice told to Mr. Maguad that she needs the money to buy the latest cellphone and she will use the other money as capital for her online business. Mr. Maguad calmly answered that they want Janice to focus on her studies so she can have a better future and set aside her wants. The couple is convinced to let go of Janice but their daughter Gwyn asked her parents to give Janice a second chance. They indeed give Janice a second chance.
One day, Mrs. Maguad brings her family and Janice on their educational trip. When they are about to take a family picture, Janice wants to join that why Mrs. Maguad asked her to let them capture their family picture without her in the frame because according to Mrs. Maguad all of their trips and all of their pictures Janice is always in the frame. She wants to have their family picture at that moment. After that, the attitude Janice changes, she acts like she is the real daughter of the couple, she didn't even help with the household chores and always locked herself in the room while using the personal laptop of Mrs. Maguad.
December 10, 2021, Mr.Maguad and his chaperone went to the school where he works as a teacher to fix something while Mrs. Maguad in on duty that day as an Elementary School Principal in another place not so far away. That day, Janice acted weird according to Mr. Maguad when they arrived home at noon that they had to have lunch. His chaperone, Janice, and Boyboy are eating lunch with Mr. Maguad while Gwyn is in her room doing some school-related stuff. A few minutes later Gwyn went outside her room asking her father Mr. Maguad if he has extra money for the upcoming delivery of the parcel. An hour later, Mr. Maguad and his chaperone go back to school to finish their work.
While working, Mr.Maguad received a call from the delivery raider to inform him about the item that he ordered, he informed the delivery man that he will just call him once he got home so he can deliver the item. A minute ago, Mr. Maguad's co-teacher called him, to check the children in their house because their house is being ransacked and stay calm. They rushed to the house to check on the children but the house is so peaceful like nothing happens, they entered the main door then they saw blood, a knife, and a blanket. The blanket he saw belonged to his son Boyboy. He continues calling the names of his children but no one answers.
They decided to go to the kitchen and they saw the door open when they enter the house they saw a lot of blood and they Gwyn with no life and being covered with a blanket, it means she was killed brutally. In the other area, he saw Boyboy with no life and covered with lots of blood. They called Janice, Janice appeared with wet hair as she had just freshly showered with. Mr. Maguad asked Janice what happen then she starts screaming. Mr. Maguad has no idea who has done this brutal killing.

"A Great year-end and A blissful start of New Year"

Every one of us are wishing to have a great start once we welcome New Year. It is a worldwide tradition to welcome New Year with a simple or lavish family feast.

The highlight of my December 2021 and a gift that bang my world here in read. cash is when this green baby finally notices me. "My Miracle Baby is turning 1 "
***Being a mom is the most precious experience that no one can even pay for. My kids are my real treasure.***
I can still remember the month that I took a pregnancy test and it was June 2020.
I am hands-on with our food business when I started to feel something unusual and it's started the last week of April 2020. Every morning when I woke up I always feel dizzy, I always want to drink hot water when I woke up, I always feel sleepy every after I ate my lunch and I am so sensitive to the smile of the onions and garlic. The funny thing is I want to see my husband's face always.
When the month of June started, my sensitivity is going worse than before, and even my husband wonder why I feel like that. I told him that I have a feeling that I'm pregnant, mommy instinct is always right. A week after, it was our market day for our food business, and I also go to the near pharmacy to buy two pregnancy kits.
When I arrived home and it was afternoon, my husband is busy preparing all the orders. I go to our toilet and prepare the preg. kits that I am going to use. I take the first preg. test and it comes positive after that, I take the second preg. test and the results are the same. I am 100% pregnant.
I cried because I am so happy knowing that I am expecting a new baby at that time. Without any agenda, I told to my husband that I'm pregnant and he is so happy to know that we are again blessed with a new baby.
We didn't expect that I am going to be pregnant because I was diagnosed with PCOS, but before my pregnancy happens my OB-GYN told me to stop the medication so that my body can relax. After that, we went to my OB-GYN by July 10, 2020, but unfortunately, we need to find another clinic and OB-GYN due to an unpassable bridge in my first OB-GYN location.
That day, we went to the other city near to my area, and luckily my friend's sister informed us that her OB-GYN clinic is open that day. We went to the clinic and wait for our turn. After almost an hour of waiting, finally, my name was called by the nurse.
I undergo transvaginal ultrasound because we didn't know when my pregnancy started because of the reason that I have a history of PCOS and my menstruation is not normal. We found out that I am in my 3rd month of pregnancy already.
We consider this baby a miracle baby. I am so happy with the baby's heartbeat for the first time and we are so thankful that the baby is healthy.
I and my husband also decided to stop our food business for a while because of my smell sensitivity and I want also to focus on my expecting baby and my firstborn.
My firstborn is also excited when we told him that he is now a big brother. He kissed my tummy, rubbed, and said "I'll be the best Kuya you ever had to be, I love you baby". I am beyond blessed knowing everything is fine.
I went to my prenatal check-up with my OB-GYN monthly and by November 11, 2020, we found out the gender of our expecting baby and it is a baby girl.
We are happy, especially the grandparents and her big brother. After knowing the gender, my parents bought things for the baby, they are all excited.
By January 11, 2021, I have to go weekly for the check-up because I will again undergo a cesarean section because of my medical state. The OB-GYN set it on February 14, 2021, but unfortunately, I labored from January 25 and the contraction is getting closer to we decided to go to the hospital by January 27, 2021.
I give birth via cesarean section at 8:33 pm with a beautiful and bouncing baby girl and we named her Vehn Aurea.
I feel like I saw an angel when I first saw her. She is so beautiful that even the nurses are taking a photo of her. She also loves to sleep and latch.
After 3 days, we are discharged from the hospital, and I just continue my recovery at home.
When we arrived, someone is missing me badly and it was kuya. My recovery went well with the help also of my family and my husband.

The things we teach to our kids especially to my firstborn is to have a wise and kind heart for everyone, always believe and praise God, be thankful and contented with what to have, practice standing with your own feet for your future because we the parents are not always right and we are not perfect, be yourself always, sharing is caring but saving is more important, don't be afraid to say No and no matter what happens don't forget your sibling.

"Thank You 2021, I am ready 2022"
Life is full of challenges, surprises, dramas, and the most highlight of all is the lesson.
I'm not a perfect person who lived in a perfect world and is surrounded by perfect people. I faced many challenges especially in the year 2021 that give me some lessons that help and enlighten me to the reality of what is life.
I faced many challenges but I was also beyond blessed by our beloved creator Jesus Christ. Here are my bad days and good days in the year 2021.
**He blessed me with our miracle beautiful baby girl.**
I was diagnosed with PCOS or also known as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and I was under medication until my doctor advised me to rest and stop taking the medicine for a while so that my body will alleviate. But God is Good, he blessed me with a baby and we found out the gender of my baby by November and it is a baby girl. By January 27, 2021, I give birth to a beautiful baby girl and I and her father named her Vehn Aurea.
The first name "Vehn" is a combination of my name Venus and the name of her father John. The Aurea is the combination of all the names of her grandparents.

I also searched the meaning of the name Aurea and the result is -
Aurea is a Latin female name meaning **"golden"**. Aurea may refer to Auria, queen of Pamplona in the 10th century.
**I encountered the worst Obstetrician.**
During my last weekly check-up with my OB-GYN, I was scheduled to have my cesarean section by the first week of February 2021. By January 25, 2021, I can already feel the contractions and I thought it was just a normal contraction that every pregnant woman who is in their last trimester feels but not knowing I started with my labor. The next day, I feel relaxed but I have the feeling that anytime soon I will give birth due to the contractions I felt, and make myself more relaxed I ready all the things that we will bring to the hospital once the contractions become closer and stronger than usual.
January 27, 2021, 5:30 I feel a strong contraction, and I frequently go to the toilet to pee. I'm tracking the contraction but the gap between the next contraction is not close enough to go to the hospital. That day, when we are about to eat our lunch my don't have any appetite to eat so I decided to eat fruits instead. I bring my food to our store and I eat there while waiting for customers. The contraction continues and now the contraction is within 5 mins gap between another contraction. So, I called my husband and we decided to go to the hospital.
At the hospital, there is no attending OB-GYN because the attending OB-GYN attended an important meeting. I called up my OB-GYN but she is under quarantine due to covid positive result. There is no OB-GYN available at the moment and I was 3cm by 3:30 pm and I was not allowed to give birth via normal due to medical reasons. By 4:10 pm, we are about to go to another hospital in the nearby city when an OB-GYN called up the attending nurse that she will perform the cesarean section. She told the nurses to assist me and I undergo a swab test and antigen test before being ready for the operation.
After I got my antigen-negative result my parents went home and forget to leave us cash. But I got my atm card with us. 7:30 when the doctor arrived and this time I was in the waiting area. I wonder that why nurses didn't even insert some dextrose on me, I asked the nurse and there is a nurse who approaches me and asked if why they didn't insert the dextrose for ready for operation so that at any moment I will be ready for the major operation. After that, they do what the doctors tell them to do.
8:00 pm when the operation started, it was a nerve-breaking and a near-death experience for me, while the doctor doing her job, my body is already shaken up and I can feel the shortness of breath and dizziness. The anesthesiologist told me that it is because of the anesthesia. But, after the baby got out from my tummy, I wonder why the doctor didn't perform the first skin-to-skin and the first latch of the baby. They bring the baby to the other room to dress up and get the weight. While the doctor is closing my tummy I can feel the pain already.
5 mins after the operation. The nurse is about to put me in the room where I recover when this OB-GYN entered the operation room and shouted at me saying this;
" Where is the money? The 20 thousand pesos? You motherf•ck•r! You asshole, you are the b•tch scammer! I told you to ready the 20 thousand pesos because you will pay me cash to cash after the operation you b•tch. I just wish you to die at this very moment.
I was shocked and my body is still shaking because of the anesthesia and it was just 5 mins after the operation. I explained and my husband called for help so that someone can withdraw some money from the ATM and luckily my mother-in-law to the rescue, she withdraws and give the money to my husband in the hospital.
The doctor continued to curse me until she heard that we have the money. After that, I was trauma and got postpartum depression because of that doctor.
**The Christening of our Baby Girl.**
After that traumatic experience, we are so blessed to overcome that kind of situation. By June 2021, we welcome our beautiful baby girl Vehn Aurea to the Christian faith.
**We got married.**
August 18, 2021, when we got finally married after 6 years of being together.
**The Super Typhoon Odette**
This is the major downfall of the year 2021. We can't forget how super typhoon Odette destroy everything and give trauma to everyone. But, we are still thankful that we are safe and alive.
**D-Drive Operation for the Super Typhoon Odette.**
After days, when super typhoon Odette hits our land and the part of Southern Leyte. I initiated relief good giving operations for the victims of super typhoon Odette with the help of my family, friends, and colleagues.

The third relief operation.
No matter how small or big that help, you can see how thankful they are that they received help from other people when the time that they needed us.
No matter how hard the situation is, how many problems in life will come, and how many blessings that God will shower you. Always remember that God will not give you a problem without any solution and God give you a blessing as a reward for your good doings. God is always with us, protecting and guiding us.
Be strong, be bold, be mature, be brave, and be who you are.
Forgive and move forward for the better and embrace the new year with a blast!

Helping people that are in need, is a simple way of showing love, respect, and care towards that person even you didn't know her/him. You show them love, respect, and care without any judgment.
They all said that "There's a rainbow always after the rain" means even how tough the situation is, there is hope in everything.
This Super Typhoon Odette teaches us to be firm and strengthen our faith in God. We all know that we can't do anything to prevent a natural disaster to happen but we can be ready for it.
"Ma'am, Sir give us some food to eat"
"Ma'am, Sir, can I have some drinking water? I'm so thirsty"
"Help us, we are freezing, we don't have any blanket or roof to save us from getting wet because of the rain"
That's is what you will hear when you stopped by at any point of Southern Leyte, they are begging for help, they are begging for food, water, shelter, and even clothes.
All of their houses are destroyed by the storm surge. All of their things are wet, not functioning, or being destroyed by the waves.
The second wave of the relief packs we prepared is being distributed already, December 27, 2021. We are happy that even though they are in need, they manage to show the true spirit of a Filipino. They even fall in line so that there will be no accident to happen and the distribution will be smooth and organized. They show manners to everyone.
You can see throughout their eyes the happiness they felt knowing they are people out there who are interested in helping them.
Seeing this smile melt our heart and push us to help more. This smile is not just an ordinary smile for us. It is a smile of HOPE.
By December 27, 2021, my team the D-Drive distributed 140 packs overall total relief packs.
Today, December 28, 2021, my family with Team AL distributed the 3rd wave of relief packs.
Before leaving our home, the weather is not so good. It's raining cats and dogs. We have the feeling of going or don't, because of the weather but we have to give these packs as soon as possible.
We decided to go because food is essential and they need food to eat every day, clean water to drink, and milk for the children.
Their situation is so hard and devastating. You can feel the trauma, sadness, loneliness, and mixed emotions.
We do the distribution even the rain is pouring so badly.
We can see how hard the life of those who have no roof, especially in this weather.
We continue giving small help in this barangay.

"Helping people in need - Typhoon Odette Aftermath"
It was near Christmas Day when Bagyong Odette or also known it her international name "Rai" hits our beloved land.
But before she came, we are all excited to start our count down and celebrate Christmas Eve with our loved ones.
The rain starts pouring badly and the wind is getting colder and colder. But the rain poured heavier from December 13, 2021, until December 15, 2021. It was just announced in the news that Typhoon Odette become a Super Typhoon because of the strong wind and rain and it will landfall in Mindanao and Visayas Area.
Exactly December 16, 2021, when Super Typhoon Odette landed first on Siargao Island. But we can already feel the strong wind and heavy rain at that time.
By 11:am the big trees nearby in our house are starting to collapse and some of the galvanized aluminum roofs are starting to flow by the wind. The resident's nearby rivers and mountains are forced to evacuate because at any time there will be a landslide or flood.
By 2 pm, many trees are falling at no one can go outside because the wind is strong, some of the motorcycles that are parked outside are down by the wind, and the water in the river is getting bigger and bigger.
All the rescue units are busy evacuating the residents near this area.
When Super Typhoon Odette is in Southern Leyte Area, we can also feel it here in our area.
By 8 pm, many houses are collapsed, galvanized aluminum roofs are being blown away, trees are falling, and the water of the river is already at the National Road of our place, and some of the evacuation centers are destroyed.
The wind and rain calmed at exactly 9:30 until morning. When the morning comes we can now actually see the aftermath of Super Typhoon Odette and this is what happened in my place.
No electricity, no cellular signal, and No information about what happened in the nearby barangays and provinces. It took 3 days after the cellular signal went back but the connection is poor.
My friends posted on Facebook how devastated by Super Typhoon Odette in the province of Southern Leyte. Almost all the houses nearby the coastal area have been washed out by the storm surge and almost all the trees are knocked down and all of their source of income is destroyed.
It is very sad to see and feel. The scenario is like a Deja vu of Super Typhoon Yolanda way back in 2013 but this is tripled than Super Typhoon Yolanda.
December 18, 2021, when the cellular signal is working but not fast enough to browse but my heart broke when I read posts on Facebook from one of my classmates that asked for assistance from food to shelter.
By December 21, 2021, I initiated the "Oplan Tabang sa Southern Leyte" which I posted on Facebook asking for any free empty bottles that we can use in refilling some water, donations for rice, hygiene kits, noodles, can goods, and even clothes. Luckily my family and friends supported me in my mission, some of my mommy's friends and also my godmother in my wedding donate grocery items and I also donate all my converted back to this relief operation.
In our first wave, we packed 25 reliefs goods, refilled 14 bottles of 7-10 liters of water bottles, and 18 packs with noodles and coffee packs.
We distributed the first wave of relief goods last December 23, 2021.
By December 24 and 25 a lot of donations came from different donors, especially to @Zhyne06 and friends and my co-major.
Tomorrow we can distribute the second wave of relief packs to the nearby barangay that we distributed last December 23. They need food, water, and materials to build a shelter.
I'm blessed to have a genuine-hearted family, friends, co-majors, Godparents, and donors that helped me in this mission.

Let me share with you my story, this is a true-to-life story of mine.

My high school days are the most memorable memories of my life. This is where my life story started and experience extraordinary circumstances that students can get thru.
And this is where I and my cousin meet our best friends. We are in the 2nd year of high school where I and my cousin meet our two best friends. They are both transferred students from the city.
We thought that they are brat kind students and love be into troubles but our impressions are all wrong. They are friendly and helpful. We got each other back.
We are so close to each other as sisters.
Spend our 2nd-year high school together and same as in our 3rd-year high school. Our 2nd-year adviser helped us to be in the same section because she admires our friendship.
In our 3rd-year high school journey, we helped each other to become the best students that we can, we share everything that can help our academic standards and extracurricular activities that can also help in our studies.
We are unbreakable until the end of March tragedy happened. One of my best friends died because of a vehicular accident. But despite the tragedy that happens, we keep our friendship alive.
In our 4th year in high school, everything changes except our friendship. We all know that the relationship between the two people starts in high school life, we four get into relationships.
I'm in a relationship with my classmate. He is also a transferee from another school. He is tall maybe 5'7, handsome, Moreno tone of skin color, black hair, and "Chinito".
He saves me from a toxic relationship with my ex-boyfriend that is also a student in our school. He becomes my bodyguard, in the reason of my ex-boyfriend is obsessed with me, and he didn't want to give up. I'm so lucky that time.
We graduated together with my best friends Cris, She, and Lene. We are so happy that time. I and my best friends decided to study at the same University except She, she has no interest in studying education and she is also a scholar and she is to be trained as an IT student.
Same with my boyfriend that time, he decided to take a seaman course and it is so very fine with me because I cannot hold a person to achieving his dream instead I become his support system.
We are all busy preparing for our next journey which is going and enrolling in a University. Luckily, I, Cris, and Lene passed and qualified to enroll in the University we choose. Same as my boyfriend Rob and my best friend She.
We started our college journey but we didn't stop our communication with each other. Rob and She studied in the same place but different school.
Days, weeks, and months passed and it went well. But the moment that I was scared of suddenly comes out of nowhere. Rob changed from the way he texted me, he speaks on the call, as everything changed and the worst thing is I don't know the reason.
From the daily text, become a weekend text and become a monthly text. I confronted him but the only answer he give is " he is busy" and he ask for space and give it to him. I respect his request so I granted it.
A week after that, my best friend She called me and told me something weird.
"V, I saw your boyfriend dating another girl," she said
"Ahh! Okay and then?" I replied
"The best thing you do is to break up with him, you are just torturing yourself and you don't deserve to be treated like that" she replied
"Okay, thank you for your concern v, let him enjoy the moment and we will just talk about it later after he enjoyed dating with that girl" I replied and dropped the call.
I don't know why I acted like that, my instinct didn't let me listen to what she said instead doubt her and think that she is the girl that my boyfriend dating.
I trust my instincts and I give them the space they want. I texted Rob for the last time and it was stated there that I know who is the girl he dated with and I already know about their relationship and after that, I change my cell number.
I didn't hear anything about She and Rob even on social media. I feel hurt by what they did because I trusted them both. But little by little I move on with the help from people around me.
It was December when someone unfamiliar number called me, and out of my curiosity, I answered. It was Rob, he asked my number from one of our common friends. He is asking for forgiveness and he wants to win me again. He tells everything between him and She and my instinct was right. They become lovers and something happened to them but he is drunk at that time according to him. He was told by She that she feels like she is pregnant that's why he can't live She alone but later on, they found out the resulting negative.
After we talked, I confronted Her, but she denied everything that Rob tells me. But she asked for forgiveness for what she have done and she dropped the call.
I give Rob a second chance but is not working as before. We broke up and we stayed friends.
I also forgive She for what she has done. I choose our friendship over hatred.
***Moral Lesson:***
***No matter what happened, always choose to forgive.***

Almost all foreign visitors are looking for some adventure, especially in food. They expect that every place they visited there is one or more exotic foods that are offered to them to taste.
**Here is the list of exotic foods that your Filipino friend or your tour guide offers you to try. So, read up and get ready.**
Balut
Balut is popular street food in the Philippines. It is usually sold by roaming vendors at night using baskets or small size bucket foam to maintain the heat of the balut.
Balut is a boiled fertile duck egg, which means there is a 16 to 18 days duck embryo inside the egg. It was eaten with spicy vinegar and salt.
**How to eat balut?**
To eat balut, you need to crack a little bit in the tip of the egg, once cracks open so you can slurp the soup inside the egg after that you put vinegar and salt and sip it again, peel the shell to reveal the whole egg and put vinegar and salt into it and direct it the whole egg. You can also peel the whole egg and dip it into the bowl with vinegar and salt then bite little by little so you can feel the taste and enjoy the experience.
I can assure you that balut is a very delicious exotic food. I am a balut lover and I 100% recommend this to you to try.
Betute Tugak (Deep Fried stuffed Frog)
Betute originated in Pampanga and is a specialty involving deep-fried rice field frogs filled with minced pork. And this tastes like chicken meat.
I can assure you that frog meat is so delicious in any kind of recipe. You can also try it on adobo, curry, and halang-halang.
Kinilaw na Tamilok in Palawan and Aklan (Shipworm or Woodworm dipped in Salt and Vinegar)
Tamilok is a bivalve mollusk that is attached to mangroves. They look like worms inside, but they taste like the typical oyster. So imagine your typical oyster served in kinilaw style and you would get an idea of how this would taste like.
Kinilaw is a popular way of preparing seafood especially shelled mollusks. Kinilaw is quite similar to ceviche, where you would need some acidic solution to “cook” the ingredients. They soak it in either vinegar or calamansi juice with bits of ginger, and minced garlic and they leave it for a bit. This is then served as is.

Now we will not just talk about Leyte, we will also discover the native delicacies of Leyte and Southern Leyte.
The province of Leyte is known or famous for being a historical province and its delicious delicacies that foreigners love to eat when they visited Leyte. The delicious delicacies of Leyte are the ***Muron***, ***Binagul***, ***Roscas***, ***Suman Latik,*** and ***Bukayo.***
**Muron**
Muron or Moron is soft, a little bit oily, and sticky. It is made up of glutinous rice or " giniling na malagkit na bigas", added with cocoa and coconut milk. After that, it was wrapped with banana leaf. It has a chocolaty delicious flavor that makes you crave more. Muron is a popular "pasalubong" when someone visits Leyte.
**Binagol**
Binagol is originally and natively from Dagami Leyte. It is also a well-known delicacy that becomes also one of the "pasalubong" when someone comes or visits Leyte same as Muron. Binagol is made up of Taro or "Gabi" in Tagalog. It is mixed with flour, sugar, milk and filled in with sweet sugar syrup. It is packaged and steamed using banana leaves and polished coconut shells called “bagol”, hence the name became “binagol”. This is a sweet and delicious delicacy.
**Suman Latik**
Suman Latik is also a sweet delicacy from Leyte. Suman Latik is made from glutinous rice, coconut milk, brown sugar and flavored with a lye solution, which makes the taste distinct. Also wrapped in banana leaf, this dessert is served with the “latik” sauce on top and is best enjoyed with coffee or hot chocolate. Grated coconut meat can also be used as a topping. Its sweet taste makes it so appetizing.
**Roscas**
The roscas cookie is a butter cookie that originated from Barugo, Leyte. It was traditionally only baked for festive occasions. The cookie now is very popular and you can find it year-round. It is U-shaped cut in half that forms like a chicken leg.
**Bukayo**
Bukayo, a native delicacy of Burauen, Leyte, is a very sweet dessert made from coconuts. It is made by simmering strips of young, gelatinous coconut in water and then mixing it with white or brown sugar. They cooked this for about 11 hours.

**Dried Pusit in Limasawa, Southern Leyte**
People who visited Limasawa Island usually buy Dried Pusit as a pasalubong. There are a lot of squids on Limasawa Island. You can even buy fresh pusit and make dry put on your own. Dried pus is good for breakfast and even lunch or dinner if you want.
**Hopia Malitboganon**
Hopia Malitboganon is considered a unique delicacy in the hometown of Malitbog Southern Leyte. Its sweetness reflects the people's character. Hopia Malitboganon had been started in late 2012. - Jairus Bakery
**Tres Marias**
A rice delicacy or kakanin, it is called suman in some well-known Southern Leyte. Tres is a well-known delicacy originated from Ichon Southern Leyte
**Bocarillo**
A sweet delicacy made of grated young coconut milk and it is combined with white sugar, milk, and eggs giving it a white color. It is similar to bukayo, but in bukayo, they used brown sugar instead of white. Bocarillo was a well-known delicacy in Maasin City.

Mount Pangasugan Ecopark
Mount Pangasugan is a mountain in the province of Leyte in the Philippines. It is approximately 1,150 meters tall and located to the north of the city of Baybay. The mountain is densely vegetated, very steep, and home to a remarkable number of plant and animal species.

Every teenager gets a role in society they can be the agent of change, they can be the bright future of society, and they can role the society in the future.
Teenagers are risk-takers, they are out-of-the-world thinkers. They think about the situation in advance and one who influences that to teenagers is society.
Society can influence a teenager's mind and manipulate it to do something.
***Let me share with you a story of a girl who was brainwashed by the society***
Meet Abby, a smart, shy, lovely, chubby, and good-hearted girl.
She is a goal-centered girl, she always dreams to finish her study on time and help her parents so that her father will never go abroad to work just to sustain their needs.
She always does her best in her academics as a reward to her father even she is the center of bullying in her school.
But she never thinks of those bullies and continues to work hard and she thought that she will not be affected by them.
One day, Abby is going to buy snacks to eat, while walking one of her mother's friends called her.
Abby "the aunt shouted"
She thought that there is something important that's why she walk towards the girl.
"Yes, Aunt Marites?" She said
"How are you? I heard that you are the top 1 in your class huh! "
"Yes Aunt Marites, thank you" she replied,
"Where are you going?"
"I'm going to buy some snacks in Aling Liza's Store" she replied,
"Ohh! Abby, if I were you, I will limit my food intake. Look at you, you are so fat and it is not good for your age. Look at my daughter Maria, she is so sexy and many boys are getting attracted to her. Go home and exercise than eating so much food".
Abby got embarrassed, she almost cries in front of her mother's friend. She goes home immediately as she could.
When she arrived at their home, her mother noticed her;
" What happened, baby? "Her mother asked"
"I feel embarrassed in front of all people outside when Aunt Marites said that I must go on diet and make some exercise to lose weight. From school up here in our community, I got being bullied because of being fat. From now on I will make a change and I am so tried being humiliated" she replied while crying,
"It's okay baby, we love you and we are proud of you. If that makes you happy then I will heartily support you"
The next day, Abby wakes up early and got some exercise, she also limits her food intake.
She exercises two times a day, in the morning and at night before sleeping.
She is so determined to lose weight. She always goes early to school and went home immediately after her classes to do exercise.
While she is dedicated to losing weight, she didn't realize that she became less focused on her studies. From being top 1 in her class, she down onto the top 2 but 6 months after her rank in her class become lower than she expected. She is in the top 8 in her class rank.
But she didn't mind at all because she got the result of her exercise.
She loses weight and many of her neighbors are amazed by the result. She is now confident to go outside wearing fit attire. She becomes friends with Maria and Maria's squad.
Maria is sexy yet slow in class, she loves to go shopping and put some makeup on her face. And Abby got influenced, she wants a big change to her life.
She changes the way she dresses, she put heavy makeup on her face, she knows how to drink liquor, smoke, and get into a group of boys while using illegal drugs.
Her parents got shocked and sad about Abby's situation. Her father went home from abroad to fix Abby but Abby's vices got worse. She never listens to her parents.
Until one day, her parents got the bad news, Abby got raped by the boys that Maria and her friends invited. They left Abby drunk and influenced by drugs.
She was rushed to the hospital by the Motel workers who saw her inside the room after the boys left her.
Her parents got nervous about Abby's situation and reported it to the police station.
The boys got caught and also Maria and her friends. They were brought to the Department of Social Welfare and Development because they are all teenagers.
Abby is going to undergo psychological therapy because of the trauma she got from the incident.
Abby realized the mistakes she makes. And she asks for forgiveness from her parents.
Moral Lesson:
Don't let society fool you, be who you are, and be proud of yourself. Be contented and be thankful for what you have right now. There is no problem in dreaming, just trust the process.

Children nowadays have wide imaginations and bold characters that have been influenced by what they see.
Let me share with you my eldest child's dream.
My child is a miracle to us as I stated in the article that I published a while ago entitled"I am a Miracle and I was born today". But to those who didn't read it yet, I will give you a short background of the story. I suffered from a severe urinary tract infection while pregnant and it infected my amniotic sac and that's the reason why I almost give birth at 7 months. It is a miracle that he holds up inside my tummy until 9 months.
Every year, on his birthday, we do our best to make his birthday special even in a simple way. We don't spend much money on decorations because I and my husband love to do our birthday decorations.
On his first birthday, we decided to make a tarp, buy ribbons and balloons for the decorations.
His father is very hands-on on the decoration because I am busy at that time. He is very happy seeing all the balloons and cakes.
On his 2nd birthday, we have a little children's party, we bought ice cream, school supplies as souvenirs, and candies for the game.
(I can't drop photos because the photos are on my other phone and it is now broken).
This time my son is now watching television programs and one of his favorites is the Paw Patrol. These were his dream of having his favorite cartoon characters be part of his birthday. But,I don't want him to be spoiled we convince him to have a pajama party with my little kid's cousins like in Paw Patrol and he agreed.
Days, weeks, and months passed we become dinosaurs lover. He loves to identify and collect dinosaurs. One day I saw him watching Jurassic Park and he asked his papa; (My son is an English speaking kid)
" Papa do have money?"
"Why nak? Yes, I have but I already budgeted it for your upcoming birthday"
"If it is okay to you and mama, I want to have a dinosaur theme birthday papa"
While listening to their conversation, my son is now started to dream of what he wants for his birthday. And we all need that the thing that makes them happier is to have their dream birthday party. But, due to Covid-19, we are not allowed to invite guests so, we only celebrate it with family.
We buy all the things that are needed to achieve this dinosaur theme birthday online. We also buy a t-shirt with dinosaur print as a gift.
We DIY the decoration to save money and it is not needed to hire a decorator because it is pandemic and we only celebrate it with family.
He is so happy seeing all the dinosaur that is present on his birthday. And the best part is when he shouted "This is my best birthday ever. My heart melted with happiness, he appreciated our hard work.
Now I know what is the impact if a child/ren got his dream come true. Pure love and appreciation even how simple it is.
I'm blessed to have my eldest.

When this pandemic rises the range of infected areas. Many lives and their way of living change, many lives being affected, people who are being fired from works, businesses to be close, and children's way of studying is being adjusted from school to homeschooling.
From this adjustment, these children become prone to laziness and expose to gadgets.

Yes, to the children's mental health. They become lazy, especially in academics.
***Why? How does this changing process affect my child/ren's mental health?***
This change act triggers the child mentally aspect. Because when we say " ***going to school***" almost all of the children become excited to see old friends or make friends, do new activities, play with friends during breaks, and share stories.
This excitement turns to disappointment and sadness that lead them to become lazy and find things that make them happy.
To ease the boredom they felt, they will use gadgets and we parents know that using gadgets in the early stage will result bad for them.
And it makes them lazier and it makes their day unproductive. And the worst thing is it can lead to addiction.
When that use of gadgets becomes an addiction it ***affects the child's mental health and safety.*** They can also ***suffer from obesity and other health problems***.
**Why affects the child's mental health and safety?**
It is because the child/ren can see the inappropriate videos that are not advisable for them to see, challenges that are not intended for them to do so, and vices that can lead them to harm their own lives.
Overuse of gadgets can also lead the ***child to depression,***
***And the change of behavior.***
There are some reports that we can see on the television that there are children who comment suicide because they are challenged to do so or influence to copy it.
***How to avoid this to happen?***
Become a parent with a one-word, set rules and regulations if you allowed your child/ren to use gadgets and be a motivator.
***How can I be my child/ren motivator?***
In my case, I do sometimes reward basis activities. Talk to your child/ren, set a task charts about what are the things they need to finish or to do, and after, give them your reward. Reward basis activities can also help your child/ren to do things and exercise their mind and body. But, use Reward basis activities appropriately.
***So what kind of reward can I give to my child/ren?***
You can give healthy snacks or if it is your cheat day, you can give them chocolate or ice cream and you can use the gadgets as a reward if they do or finish their tasks.
Promise to bring them to the nearest park or playground in your area. (Follow Health Protocol)
You can bring them to their friends and let them play in the park. (Follow Health Protocol)
Give them the reward they want that you can also provide except money.

"Appreciating my Man"
Real love is for everyone but true love is for your only one.

Let me share with you know my love story.
Way back then, I am the type of girl that give every boy who courted me a chance to be in a relationship. Except if I'm in a relationship already, I don't personally know the person or we don't have common friends (as in strangers).

Because everyone deserves a chance to be appreciated. Giving them a chance to prove their love in the right way is a priceless moment for both of you. If in case your relationship will not last, at least you try if it will work. Just learn the lesson, absorb and move on.
One of the reasons why a couple separate is because the boy cheated or the girl cheated.
But in my case, most of all boyfriends before cheated on me. And that time my friend called me "Ms. Tanga" because I accepted them again after they cheated.
***And now I ask myself - I am that soft-hearted girl before?***
After I cried because of all of that betrayal and cheating. I promise to myself not to accept again those people.
But I guess I ate my word of promise, I was once again being cheated by a cheater when I was in my 2nd-year in college. But they said if someone left in your life there is someone intended to come into.
And that is my husband, we meet unexpectedly and unknowingly we are just classmates in some of my irregular subjects. (We just know it when the time that we knew each other already).
It was December when we meet, we meet outside in their boarding house. I was with my classmates (older than me I called him Kuya) we went to that boarding house to fetch one of our classmates because we will go to our mini Christmas Party. While waiting outside, he appeared at the boarding house door, and Kuya called and invite him to join us but the only reply he gave is;
*Thank you but I'm will just go if that girl in red will go too. Just kidding I have something important to do maybe next time. Then he laughs and went inside.*
And Kuya teasing me already, like what? I didn't even know that person.
A day after that scenario, someone sent me a friend request and I just accepted it after I see the profile picture. It was the guy (friend of Kuya) and he sent a message, he is asking my number. And I don't know why I give him my cellphone number.
***Fast forward***
We become close friends, he became my food buddy, and the worse is become my crying shoulder.
I cried in front of him ranting about my boyfriend that cheated on me. He is the only guy who witnessed that stupidity.
But months passed, we develop to each other and we become official on March 28, 2015.
Our relationship is not perfect nor both of us. But, he is the only guy who never gives up on me (except my father). We don't sugar-coat our attitudes towards each other. We show our real attitude, what kind of person we are and we also talked about what our likes and dislikes were to each other.
In our journey as a couple, God blessed us early a miracle our first son. He was there throughout my pregnancy even sometimes we got some small problems but he never leave me.
He visited me in the hospital, after the day I give birth to our handsome son even he is on the job training as a mathematics teacher and traveling for almost 3 hours.
He is a good father and a partner. When he graduated he is the one who take care of our son because I went back to school to finish my studies (I am also a graduating student at that time) until I work at a private school. That's why my son now is a Papa's boy.
He is a man of the house, he does all the chores and every time I went home from work before he just let me relax and enjoy the moment with our son.
After I finish my contract, we decided to go on a Food Business and he also helped me.
God is so good, I suffered from PCOS after I give birth to my son but years after he blessed us with another miracle. And throughout my check-up, cravings, emotional breakdowns, and depression he is there. Until I give birth to our beautiful girl.
He wakes up early, I observed how he manage his time, from cooking breakfast, feeding the brown laying chickens, waking me up to eat, helping me to bath our newborn baby, caring for our eldest son, and managing our store. That scenario has been his daily doings until now.
He let me take care of our little girl, and know that our eldest son is in his kindergarten through the module. Papa is always to the rescue.
I heartily appreciate my husband. I know-how tiring his daily doings. That's why I reward him by cooking a delicious lunch and dinner. And I always said thank you to him.
I thank God for giving me a responsible man.

I Failed but I'm not a Failure
To fail is a part of everyone's success. The only thing you need to do is to correct the mistake and keep on trying again. Because success is like love, it is sweeter and stronger the second time around.

Everybody dream to graduate from a University and becoming a professional.
I also once dreamed about it and before getting in that moment I passed many challenges in life, some of them told me that I'm not gonna achieve what I dreamed about because I am prone to have a health problem back then.
Let me share with you my journey.
After I graduated high school, my mom and I are talking about which University I will enroll in.
I took the entrance examination with my best friend and luckily we passed.

Many years passed and I am in my 3rd year in college, it was in March and the a.y is about to end when I know that I'm pregnant with my first child. I don't know what to do, I'm afraid that's why I keep my pregnancy to my parents. I know I'm a big disappointment in them. And I'm not surprised about my uncle and my aunt's reactions if they know.
I continue my studies and I enrolled in my 4th year in college, its first semester.
I keep my pregnancy for about 5 months, At that time I decided to tell my parents because I can no more hide my baby bump but my mom ask my roommate. And my roommate asked my permission if I allow her to tell my mom about my situation and I think that is the best way to do it.
After my roommate tell my mom via messenger, my mom texted me;
Mom: My daughter, why you didn't tell me about your situation. I'm your mom, you should tell me so that we can go to the doctor to have your prenatal check-up. Did you go to a doctor or not yet? Did you take many vitamins? Your food? Milk? Please take care of yourself. I will send to you some amount of money and go to the doctor right away okay?
I'm so speechless and shocked about my mom's reaction. I thought that she will get mad at me and tell me to stop my studies. But no, the opposite happens.
I reply her about what I felt and why I keep my pregnancy. Even I keep my pregnancy to my parents, I always attended my monthly prenatal check-up using my weekly allowance.
A week after they know the truth, they texted me that they want to know the father of my baby. So, I and my boyfriend go to our house.
Upon our arrival, I saw my dad's reaction, he hugged and told me " mao nani nak? Dayon dong, na hala tawga imong mommy kaw" I'm on cloud 9, I feel like I'm floating. I thought my dad will get angry and punch my boyfriend but what he does is warmly welcome my boyfriend.
Same as with my other family members they welcome my pregnancy and my boyfriend. Even they warmly welcomed us, I asked for their forgiveness for being a disappointment. And my dad told me;
"Pregnancy will never be a disappointment, it is a privileged and a task to handle with care. Yes, you fail us but it is not meant that you cannot correct the mistake, life must go on".
But in my 7 months, it was October, I was admitted to the hospital and the doctor advise that I need to go on bed rest because of the threat of early labor. I give up my studies but my boyfriend at that time continues his studies, he is also a graduating student at that time.
I give birth to my handsome baby boy via a caesarian section on November 24, 2017.
My parents took care of me and my baby because that tome my boyfriend is on his practice teaching or OJT.
4 months after I give birth, my parents want me to finish my studies because I'm I am a graduating student back then. So they sent me back to school, I took summer classes and by August I was deployed to start my OJT journey.
It was not easy for me because I always think about my son. At that time, my boyfriend who is the one take of care our baby. I work hard for it and God blessed us with another blessing, we got good news we are so blessed because my boyfriend passed the Licensure Examination for Teacher, he is now a licensed mathematics teacher.
By May 2019 I officially finish my degree in BS Mapeh.
And luckily after graduating I was hired as a private school teacher at the junior high school department and an adviser of grade 9 students. I'm so blessed that time after I fail to graduate on time now I am a junior high school.
My students valued me as their adviser that's why they prepare a surprise for my birthday at that time.
I'm so thankful to them for making my birthday that time extra special.
When there is a happy day, there is also a sad day. It was December when I failed again.
I failed to pass the Licensure Examination for Teacher. At that point, I feel that I failed as a mom, daughter, fiance, and teacher. I got depressed and got insecure about those you passed especially to some of my workmates.
But after battling against depression, I realized what mistake I've done that why I failed, and now I'm correcting that mistakes. And I'm sure I will pass this January 30, 2022 Licensure Examination for Teacher with God's grace. I will be an LPT by 2022.

Don't give up on your dreams even you failed many times because failing is just a warm-up to success.

And it is Menstruation or Period. Before I share my own story on how I suffered from painful menstruation. Let me discuss a little about the menstrual period so that all of the readers can understand especially the men readers/writers.

So, now let me tell you my story on how I battle with my painful monthly visitor.
I got my period when I was 10 years old, early than others. On my first day, it was already painful like someone stabbed to death. So, my parents decided to bring me to the doctor to have a check-up and ask if it is normal.
When the check-up is done and the doctor said it was normal for the first day and it will not last long. She gives me a pain reliever to ease the pain. And the pain reliever works that time my menstrual cycle lasts about a month.
Every month when my monthly visitor came out, I normalize taking pain relievers to ease the pain. One time, my monthly visitor visited me twice and I'm shocked because it is the first time and I'm out of pain reliever. And I feel so much pain, it is so painful than before. I didn't endure the pain and I fainted. The day after, my mom bought a pain reliever so that the pain will be controlled. But the pain gets worse and I never thought that medicine didn't work out.
So we end up with a check-up and the doctor told me that my body become immune to the pain relievers I took. So she advises me to exercise and eat healthy foods when my period comes.
Every month and the menstrual pain gets worse and worse. I did everything and I researched some alternative ways but it didn't work for me. I can't even get up to my bed because of the pain and I fainted many times because of it.
My menstrual pain lasts until the last day of my period. I am in pain for almost two weeks.
I'm dying in pain until now, but I need to endure the pain because I am a breastfeeding mom and a mom of two. I am so thankful also to my husband who helped me every time I'm in pain, he is the one who takes care of the two god's creatures.
Note to husbands/ boyfriends out there:
Your wife/girlfriend is already suffering monthly and it was repeatedly. Please, help and respect your beloved wife/girlfriend. Don't give them another ache to endure. Be their alternative medicine, your care is a must.
