My Milky and Creamy Crab Recipe
Craving seafood? Will, these crab recipes, will satisfy your craving.
When you think about crab, what comes to mind?
A succulent feast with friends and family enjoying a delicious meal together. On every occasion, seafood is one of the targets locked by guests.
One of the seafood that almost all of the guests want to eat is the crab.
But, before I will share with you my crab recipe, let me share with you first some information about the crab. I research some information so that we can deeply know what we can get on eating crab.

These nutrients play vital roles in improving general health while helping prevent a variety of chronic conditions. It also helps protect from heart disease and aids brain development.
**Is crab safe to eat?**
As long as crab is thoroughly cooked, it is safe to **eat 2 to 3 times per week maximum**, with a weekly limit of 12 ounces total, says Dr. Valent.
**Can you eat crab everyday?**
According to healthline.com regularly eating shellfish — especially oysters, clams, mussels, lobster, and crab — may improve your zinc status and overall immune function. Shellfish are loaded with protein and healthy fats that may aid weight loss.
**Does eating crab cause high blood pressure?**
According to medicalnewstoday.com crab contains less cholesterol than shrimp, plus a range of vitamins. Crab contains more sodium than shrimp, however. This **may make it unsuitable for people with high blood pressure**.
**Eating crab safe for pregnant?**
According to medicalnewstoday.com, it is safe when cooked, both crab and imitation crab are safe to eat during pregnancy. Practicing careful food preparation and always cooking seafood thoroughly are other ways people can protect themselves and the growing fetus from food poisoning dangers.
**How many crabs can a pregnant person eat?**
According to momjunction.com, pregnant women can typically eat **up to six ounces of crab twice a week** (3). King crab contains the lowest mercury levels and it is the best option. Other crabs like blue crab, snow crab, and Dungeness crab contain higher levels of mercury, and therefore you should consume less than six ounces of these crabs per month.
**Crab Nutrition Facts**
So, are you now convinced to eat crab meat?
Let me share with you now my crab recipe. This recipe is intended for 1 1/2 to 2 kilos of crabs.
All we need are;
2 kilos of crab
2 tbsp onion (minced)
3 tbsp cloves of garlic (minced)
2 tbsp julienned ginger
1 tsp of ground pepper
1 cup of grated cheese (
8 g of seasoning granules or 1 pack magic sarap
1 tsp of salt
2 tbsp cooking oil
410 ml of evaporated milk
1 stalk of lemongrass
Prep:
Wash the crabs, make sure all the crabs are clean.
Put the crabs in a strainer so that the excess water will be strained before putting it on the pan.
Put the crab into a big pan, add 1 liter of water and 1 tsp of salt.
Let it boil until it is thoroughly cooked. 10-15 mins.
While waiting for the crab to be cooked, prepare all other ingredients. Make sure all the ingredients are there.
If it is cooked already, strain the water.
Open crab shells so that when you put the milk later it will go through the crab meat
Set the cooked crab aside.
Cooking time!
Heat a cooking pot and pour the cooking oil,
Suite the onion first, followed by the garlic and ginger,
Add the cooked crab and mix it,
Put in the 410 ml evaporated milk,
Add the lemongrass and the magic sarap
Cook it for 2-3 mins,
Pour the grated cheese and cook it for 1 min. or until the cheese dissolve and mix.
And it is now ready to eat.

That's why some of this generation higher their standard of living even their parents can't afford to buy things that they want. The reason for it is just to fit and level themselves to others. The thing they didn't know was that rich people only buy things they need and invest the money they have to gain more profit.
Rich Mindset
Buy the things they need (spend less + invest more = more profit to gain)
This is also the reason why less fortunate parents stay to be less fortunate because of this mentality.
Poor Mindset
Buy expensive things, no proper income, no stable job = Make your parents poorer.

So, what is the best thing to do?
First
If you are born in a less fortunate family, think about how can you get your family into that situation, what are the steps you need to take, and be the agent of change, not the agent that will drown your family in debt and stay less fortunate.
You can't change what you did before, but you can change what you do next.
There are many job opportunities out there the only thing you need to do is to be patient in finding it.
If you are rejected many times, don't give up the best has not yet to come so keep trying. Don't mind it negatively because a negative mind will never attract positive life.
Once the opportunity of work come or shall we say you are hired to the work where you applied for, give your best but don't overstep other people. Respect is the best connection between you and other people.
When you are already earning, share your blessings with your parents or discuss your plans with your family.
Save a portion of your income for your future plans.
Trust the step-by-step process, it is not easy as counting money but it's worth it.
Learn also how to invest your money. Having an extra income can help you to boost your savings.
When the day will come and you are blessed with many blessings, share your blessings with others. Do everything with a good heart and don't expect anything in return. Don't change who you are and overstep people because you are now successful. Stay what you are and always remember God is always watching us.
Wait for your perfect time, don't compare yourself to others because everyone has their own right time to shine.

Why visit Puerto Princesa Palawan?
Way back in October 2019, when I'm still working at the private school. As a yearly incentive for teachers is to have an Educational Tour with all the faculty and staff. The school President decided to go to Puerto Princesa, Palawan because the place is known for there Educational history.
Let me your you to Puerto Princesa, Palawan. One of the 7 new wonders of nature according to the UNESCO World Heritage Site. And also Puerto Princesa is the capital of the island province of Palawan.
We have two-stop transportation, the first is from Cebu Port to Cebu Airport and Cebu Airport to Puerto Princesa Palawan Airport.
As we arrived at the airport, we were picked up by the accommodation van service as a part of the travel package.
That day we were scheduled to visit the well-known tourist spots in Puerto Princesa.
Our first stop is the Puerto Princesa Baywalk. Upon arrival from the airport to our first stop visit, we can see how clean organize the place is.
As you can see in the photo the place is so clean, and baywalk the view is similar to the baywalk you can see in any Turkish drama/movie.
The next tourist spot we visited is the famous historical plaza in Puerto Princesa the Plaza Cuartel.
Plaza Cuartel is once a base during the second world war II, according to the tour guide some 150 American prisoners of war were burned to death by the Japanese soldiers in December 1944. And few of the survivors swam into iwahig, Iwahig is an islet near Puerto.
The next tourist attraction we also visited is the famous Puerto Princesa, Palawan Cathedral, or Immaculate Conception Cathedral Parish.
According to Wikipedia, The first mass in Puerto Princesa, initially a barrio, was held at the site of the present cathedral on March 10, 1872, by the Augustinian Recollect Fray Ezequiél Moreno(now a saint), six days after the Spanish expedition arrived in the area. The next spot is the Palawan Butterfly Eco Garden and Tribal Village.
The Butterly Eco Garden is not just famous because of the butterflies but also for its conservation of different endangered Palawan native animals such as;
They also have a yellow python and an American gecko.
But the most highlight of the place is the native tribal villagers of Palaw'an, The Palaw'an. They offer free entertainment for the guests who visited them after the tour guide explained the way they live or the way of living they do.
The next spot is we also visited is Mitra's Ranch.
Mitra's Ranch has an overlooking and refreshing view. It is owned by the family of late Senator Ramon Mitra.
The second to last spot we visited for our Day 1 is also owned by Mitra's Family the Baker's Hill.
Baker's Hill is designed as a theme park but they are famous for the baked goodies that they offer at an affordable price. They also have a "pasalubong" center where you can buy many foods you want to bring when you go back to your hometown.
The last spot we visited for our Day 1 is the MCA pasalubong market, where you can buy any kind of "pasalubong" and Palawan delicacies.
After our Day 1 tour, we come back to the baywalk to have our dinner. We dine in at K'na BOYET sa Baywalk.
They have different dishes and one of their famous dishes is the Crocodile Sisig, this crocodile is cultured.
After our delicious dinner, we back to the Inn and we sleep early for our Day 2 tour.
We wake up at 4:30 to get ready and have our breakfast. The Inn we stayed at offered free breakfast.
For our Day 2 Tour, we schedule to go to one of the famous 7 wonders of nature the Puerto Princesa Underground River, before getting there we need to travel 2-3 hours van travel. If you are an adventurous person Underground River is perfect for you. You need to pass a zigzag road before getting to the port.
Upon your arrival, immediately go to the Underground River Booking, present a valid ID, pay the fee, and get your permit. After, you will then be assigned a boat that will take you to the PPUR entrance in 20 to 30 minutes.
Your 20 to 30 minutes travel to Sabang Port will not be boring because of the jaw-dropping rock formations you will see upon traveling.
This is the rock formation you will see upon arriving at the port.
And Welcome to Puerto Princesa Subterranean River Nation Park Underground River.
From the entrance, you fall in line to take a smaller boat that will take you inside the Underground River.
You will be given a sound recorder where you will hear the history of every cave's rock formations, stalagmites, and stalactites formation inside the cave and you are not allowed to make noise inside so that the bats will not be bothered.
You will travel 4.3 km inside the cave that is allowed for tourist exploration. After our Underground River tour, we went to a Filipino Cuisine Restaurant for our lunch near the port.
It is a whole day, approximately 9 hours of traveling. We went back to the Inn where we stayed and refresh ourselves by taking bath. For our evening event, we scheduled to have a holy mass at K'na Buchs Grill and Bar. We are all amazed because the manager of the grill and bar respect the ongoing holy mass in the area, some crew participated.
After the mass, we have our delicious dinner with the faculty and staff. After our dinner, we have a pageant for our entertainment (faculty vs. staff).
We enjoyed our tour and our stay in Puerto Princesa, Palawan even in the shortest time. And we are also honored to bring great memories and new knowledge went back home.

"Mom Golden's Milk"
"The first goal of a mother is to give what's the best for their babies from pregnancy until the day they were born".
Before a woman found out that she is pregnant, she already has this mama instinct that told her that there is something inside her and she needs to be extra careful not to harm or put it in danger.
When the day that woman confirmed that she is bearing half of her life, she has this feeling to give her best to fulfill the baby's needs and wants by cravings.
And tracks the baby's development and health from the first trimester to the third trimester by consulting monthly to your obstetrician-gynecologist.
She also takes all the laboratory tests to secure the safety of the baby from any danger and illness during pregnancy.
When she is in her third trimester, she needs to start when what kind of birth plan she has to do and with who, this is also the time to prepare all the baby's things and needs. And wait for the baby's arrival.
All of this process and sacrifice is for the baby's safety.

Did you think about what to feed to your newborn baby?

Not all of the mommies out there are blessed to produce milk for our newborn babies, some mothers have a problem with their nipples that they can do direct latch to the baby or cannot produce milk. So, they don't have a choice just to feed the baby with formula milk that is prescribed by the doctor and approved by a nutritionist.
And some of the mommies are blessed with milk, some of them are already producing milk while pregnant and this substance is called colostrum.
Colostrum is the first milk that the baby should drink because colostrum is **loaded with immune, growth, and tissue repair factors**. It is a complex biological fluid, which helps in the development of immunity in the newborn.
After the colostrum, it takes 2-y days before the mature milk will follow. It is not easy to breastfeed a baby days after they are born, but you need to maintain the latch process to produce milk.
It should be correct because a poor latch can give you sore nipples.
It may also mean your baby can't drain your breast effectively, leading to poor weight gain, reducing your milk supply, and putting you at increased risk of blocked milk ducts and mastitis.
Babies are like trees and breast milk is like water. They should be watered properly to avoid dehydration, and once it is watered properly, care properly, and with proper sunlight, it will grow healthy and strong.
Breast milk is the only strong weapon that is conquered and protected the baby from enemies which are bacteria and viruses. No matter in what way do you want to feed it.

Breastfeeding or giving your babies breast milk is not because you are poor and you cannot afford to buy formula milk, it is because you decided to give all of yourself and sacrifice your body.

To give birth is the most precious moment in every mom's life. But to give birth is also a risk for both the mother and the child. That's why Mothers are also heroes because they give all of their power, strength, and courage to deliver the child safely.
Pregnancy is the most miracle that has happened to a women's life because not all women are blessed to bear a child of their own.
Bearing a child for 9 months is not easy as 123 push. It is month-to-month progress that you need to check and to be extra careful about everything.
The first trimester, 1-3 months are the most exhausted and risky months for a pregnant woman. You need to endure all of the morning sicknesses for 3 months until birth (but not all pregnant women experience morning sickness), the weird cravings, the sleepy mood every minute and hours, and the mood swings.
Morning sicknesses:
Nausea
Vomiting
Weird cravings
Sleepy every second, minute, and hour
Mood swings
Almost all pregnant women experience those things. But when the labor begins to start this is the moment that you can realize how painful it was. At that moment you can realize all you have done wrong to your mother because at any moment you will become a mother too.
There are two types of how you deliver the baby, in normal delivery or via cesarean section.
Normal Delivery
Refers to childbirth through the vagina without any medical intervention. It is also known as a vaginal birth.

This process towards motherhood has a big impact on a women's body, from pregnancy to birth but it does not end there.
Because after birth the real battle begins. Sleepless nights, breastfeeding any time, caring for your newborn baby, and doing household chores and repeat.
You don't have enough time to take care of yourself especially when you are a hands-on mom to your baby. Also, postpartum is not easy to deal with, emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Some of the moms gain weight especially those who fully breastfeed their babies.
That many people around her, cannot understand the reason for her body changes. The postpartum body needs time to heal before you work it out to come back as it is before.
They easily judge and bully somebody if the person gained too much weight than before. They love to body shame people around them especially those moms that recently give birth.
Stop Mom Shaming
To gain weight is not a crime to judge on. Respect everyone around you, support those moms out there to back in shape not to brag them down.
Let's support each other and help each other to recover.

To tie the knot with a man you love is also a symbol that you accepted the whole of him, what he has, and what he is.
You and your husband to be will attend many seminars before the wedding day, the purpose of it is to enlighten both of you on the reality of the world of being married. One of those seminars tackles the topic of "body contact" between you and your husband-to-be in short the make love scenario. Making love and satisfying each other needs is a responsibility. But not just making love but the love between you and your partner.
There is also a question there for women, that is the size matter to satisfy your needs?
And for men, is the performance matter to satisfy your needs?

So the problems will start;
Cheating - The husband or the wife will cheat to fulfill their satisfaction or needs.

Comparing - The comparing thing topic will enter the scenario. You compare your husband, your wife, or your relationship to others.
So your relationship will be toxic that lead you both to decide whether you continue or to break apart from each other. Just because of satisfaction, but what about the love? Can you give up your relationship because you are not satisfied with each other?
Satisfaction is just a garnish in your relationship. The fundamental of that relationship is love that leads you to decide to marry each other.
Stop being selfish, try to talk with your husband or wife about that problem so both of you can find a better solution. The problem is cannot be fixed by another problem.

"The Horse and The Turtle"
Life is not a race, take it all slowly, trust the process than rushing things to happen, and in the end, you will regret everything.
Earlier, my son asks me to tell him a story about the horse and the turtle before he sleeps.
Him: Ma, can you make a story about a horse and a turtle?
Me: What do you want to hear about it?
Him: I want them to race together. I see it on the National Geographic channel that they compare who among the two is the fastest runner. Can you make a story about it, please?
As a mother, you don't want your son to be upset. He wants to hear a story that is made up impromptu than reading it from the book. And I am a kind of a mother that also loves making stories and relating them in reality so that he can also learn a lesson on it and use it in the future.
So the magic of the mind begins.
The Horse and The Turtle

In an open area near the forest and a swamp, there was a boastful horse named brown. Brown loves to tease every animal around him especially the turtle named igloo. Igloo is a shy type of turtle who loves being alone.
One day, brown saw igloo walking near the ranch.
Brown: Woooo, the slow and loser turtle is lost in my area.
Igloo: Hello! There Brown, have a nice day. Sorry, I don't have much time to talk to you because I'm in hurry.
Brown: What? Are you serious? In hurry? it looks like your sleepy hahaha. Don't be silly igloo, you're such a joker.
Igloo: No! I'm not joking, maybe for you a walk too slow but for me, this is the fastest walk I ever made.
Brown: You're such a loser Igloo. (He continued laughing?
That time Igloo was being insulted by Brown. So Igloo answered brown unintentionally.
Igloo: Being slow is not mean that we the turtles are losers. This is what we are and we accept it heartily. You are the true loser you always teasing animals that are small and are not able to fight back against you.
Brown is shocked at how Igloo defends himself. No animals have done that before because they are so afraid to brown. So, Brown decided to invite Igloo to race to prove who is the real loser.
And Igloo agreed to race.
Brown: Okay, so let's meet tomorrow morning in the middle of the forest, far from this place. I will tell other animals to be witnesses of the race.
Igloo and Brown went home and prepare their selves for the upcoming race.
The sunrises beautifully and everyone are all ready to witness the race of the century between Igloo and Brown. All of the animals are cheering for Igloo.
The mechanic of the race is the first who can reach the last tree on the right side of the race track area will be the winner.
The race started and as expected the lead runner in the race is Brown.
Igloo is trying his best to finish the race without cheating.
He runs with a smile on his face. Because he knows that he can do it. He takes it slowly but surely.
After how many kilometers that brown has achieved, he felt tired and decided to rest a bit.
After the tiring run, he realizes to cheat so that he can easily win and finish the race. Brown took a shortcut, but an unexpected scenario happens.
The shortcut he took by is a private territory where the owner of the land put their privately owned cheetahs. Cheetahs are fastest than a horse.
One of the cheetahs is looking for food and suddenly saw Brown trespassing into their area, so the cheetah chases Brown and wants to eat him up.
Brown ran very fast as he could just to save his life. While he is running away from the cheetah, brown went lost in the middle of the forest and away from the race track.
While Igloo is still trying to reach the finish line even he is already tired.
After how many hours of walking and running. Igloo saw the last tree on the right side of the race track area, which means the finish line.
As he gets near to the tree, he wonders why Brown is not yet arrived at the finish line? He thinks that maybe brown is making fun of him again so he stamps on the finish line and gets the ribbon as an indication that he won the race.
All the animals are started cheering Igloo's victory and Brown arrived in the area. Asking for forgiveness and accepting that he lose the race because he cheated to make it to the finish line as soon as possible but unfortunately he was chased by a cheetah and lost in the middle of the forest.
After that race, brown never tease any of the animals near him on the contrary he learn how to be polite and good to everyone.
The lesson of the story:
One day you will thank yourself for not giving up in the middle of the storm. Always believe that someday you will succeed despite hard because there is no victory without a struggle.
Don't give up even you're tired. Because God is there preparing the best for you. If there's no pain, you won't gain anything.
Be patient in everything and Trust God's process.

Syphilis is a bacterial infection usually transmitted through sexual contact with an infected person. It can also be transmitted through nonsexual contact, by using the same sex toy, blades, and razors.
Symptoms and Treatment
According to WHO the preferred treatment at all stages is **penicillin**, an antibiotic medication that can kill the organism that causes syphilis. If you're allergic to penicillin, your doctor may suggest another antibiotic or recommend penicillin desensitization.

HPV

"My battle against Depression"

Depression is not just a word, it is a battle between life and death.
During my high school days, I didn't know that I already suffered from anxiety at that time. The words depression and anxiety are not so popular in my high school days. So, I thought that it was just simple stress that affects my mental health.

Way back in high school and I am in my 2nd year when I start to experience this. I become popular in school when it's attacking me. I faint for no reason and it is so strange for me because I'm not the kind of person that suddenly fainted. And as expected, almost all of my schoolmates start talking about what happened and starting to make some fake news. I fainted almost twice a week or 5 times a month and it is hard for me, it's affecting me every day. Then the worst fake news has scattered on the campus that the reason behind the faint scenario of mind is pregnancy. And I know to myself that it is not true. It will never be true, and that my depression starts to kick me. I cried almost everyday and I lost my self-confidence to face people but I thank God, my family, and my friends they never leave me alone. My parents decided to take me to the Neurologist\Psychologist doctor, during my checkup the doctor said to my parents that I need to be admitted to undergo tests. I undergo many tests to find out the reason why I suddenly faint. The tests such as EEG where they will put metal with wires on your head to check and monitor your brain activity while you are sleeping or awake.

CT Scan
CT scan test is a diagnostic tool for detecting diseases and injuries. Few days after my CT scan test undergo an MRI test.
MRI Scan
MRI scan is a type of scan that uses strong magnetic fields and radio waves to produce detailed images of the inside of the body.
After all the tests that are related to brain movement, my doctor requested a heart test to determine if is there any factor that affects my brain activity. She refers me to a heart specialist.
The heart specialist requested I to take these tests; 2D echo and Ecg
2D Echo
2D Echocardiography or 2D Echo as it is commonly referred to is a test used to diagnose cardiac disorders.
Ecg test
An electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG)**records the electrical signal from your heart to check for different heart conditions**. Electrodes are placed on your chest to record your heart's electrical signals, which cause your heart to beat. The signals are shown as waves on an attached computer monitor or printer. (google.com)
After all the tests, and my neurologist and the heart specialist are done reading all the results. I was diagnosed by my neurologist \ psychologist with Grand Mal seizure that why I suddenly blank out due to lack of oxygen passed to the brain. And the result of my heart examinations is not so fine but can be handled. Undergo treatment for my grand mal seizure, this is a lifetime. My depression arises during my medication because my activities are changed and I have a lot of factors to consider before doing things I loved to do. I feel like a prisoner at that time.
Day by day I slowly accepted the fact that I have limits and I need to obey to live. My best friend's helped me to conquer the world of depression. I thought that I already won against it but when I one of my best friend died due to an accident my world back to its dark era. I never tell anyone about it and live with it for almost 2 years. I went to college with my best friends they helped me a lot to cope with it. I'm recovering little by little when this happens; I was comatose after taking my grand mal medicine I made the mistake that I take it with paracetamol to treat my headache. I was referred to one of the big hospitals in Cebu but before that, I was admitted 1 week after being transferred. I'm just a nightmare to my parents, after several days my consciousness went back little by little, and I hate seeing my parents cry, and what makes it worse is am the reason for that tears.
That time, I promised myself that I will never do things again that can hurt my parents. 6 years passed when I conquer depression all by myself.
fighting for depression and but depression is hitting me so much. When I found that I'm pregnant with my second child after 2 years of being diagnosed with PCOS. I thought I will be happy throughout my pregnancy but I experienced the so-called pre-postnatal depression.
But at that time, I already know how to handle myself, I ask my husband for help to conquer it. He helps me throughout the process. I went through a lot of challenges in life and realize that depression took a lot of me, it's time for me to be happy and regain myself.
There is a lot of causes of depression but there is also prevention. Don't let depression eat your soul, fight against it and pray.
Throughout my fight against depression journey, the best medicines for me are Prayers and Love. Think that you are strong than all your problems.
If you feel any of these, please seek help and pray to God. Prayer is the best weapon against evil. Fight it and Win it.

To those mommies, daddies, uncles, aunties, grandma, and grandpa who are planning to do a food business, I hope this article can help you to decide.
Since I love being in the kitchen, I decided to explore how to make snacks and sell them. I started focusing on selling snacks when my working contract as a private school teacher was over.
But before I get into the food business industry I also tried selling clothes, beauty products, and many more online way back in my 4th year of college days up to my teaching days. But it did not last long because many people selling online too at that time.
I failed in my first online selling but it does not mean that I will give up. While teaching "siomai" is one of my snacks during my free time so I decided to research the ingredients and try to make some, but we are not 100 percent satisfied so I try to make my own version of pork siomai and we love it. I decided to sell it outside of our house and I also accepted orders from my co-workers. I'm so happy that they like it.
I continue selling siomai till my contract is over. My husband is my partner in making it. We also decided to make a name for our business and design a logo. So we come up to name it MaMo Homemade Siomai. MaMo stands for both our surnames.
Since our homemade siomai become popular in our area and we have also resellers, our sales went up and we decided to add more snacks to serve. But before we add products we consider these factors;
What product to add on to?
How much will be the budget of the product to be added to?
Where we can get the supplier of the product?
How much the product will be sold? It should be "pang masa price" so that all who want to eat can afford it.
After weeks of brainstorming with my husband and researching about the plan. We decided to add milk tea products, burgers, and fries.
Since the bakery is just near our area, we can make freshly made burgers with no preservatives, we can easily get also from french fries products because of the frozen good panel who deliver the products in the market.
We order all the products of our milk tea online.
We decided also to have a combo snack so that they can taste the snack they want.
In business, you always consider the consumer suggestions. You need to be open-minded about their comments about the food and suggestions for improvements. It will help your business I swear it. I also add homemade lumpia shanghai to our menu.
We are so thankful to God for the blessings he gave to us.
To tell you, not every day your business sales went up it has also a day that they called it in Tagalog "matumal and benta". Just be patient and real if you want to succeed.
July 2020, great news surprised me and my husband. I'm 3 months pregnant with my baby number 2, she is a blessing because I was diagnosed with PCOS 2 years ago. Unfortunately, we decided to stop a while in our business because of my smell sensitivity and emotional breakdown. But maybe next year after I breastfeed my 9-month-old baby now, we will be back on track. As of now, I'm focusing on my kids and my husband is focusing on our free-range brown egg-lay chickens.
Don't forget that family is our number priority and their health. Yes, you stop for a while but it doesn't mean that you need to give up your hard work and everything. Just trust the process of God.

Way back in 2006 while Lola of mine is on her way home, she saw a puppy walking and it looks like hungry and dehydrated.
The puppy is so thin and full of ticks. She decided to bring the puppy home. When Lola got home, she asked me to bring food and milk for the puppy. Before we give the puppy the food, we wash the puppy fur first and get the ticks so that after he eats he can take a rest.
When my mother discovered that Lola adopted a stray puppy she was very happy because my family is dog lovers. My mom named the puppy "Minggoy". He became the family's best friend.
Minggoy brings a smile to our faces every day. He became our stress reliever and everything, we treated him as a part of the family.
One month later, he recovered from malnutrition, and the first step we perform is my mom and dad register him to our municipality dog registration because in our municipality way back 2005-2006 dog registration is a must so that the municipality has a record of the owner's name and the dog's name for its vaccination track record.
The veterinarian advised my mom and dad to take Minggoy after 3 months for his first vaccine because we can't tell the exact age of Minggoy at this time.
3 Months passed by, the veterinarian ordered my parents a day before the vaccination to take Minggoy to the D.A office for his first vaccine. So my parents, take Minggoy a bath first before he receives his first Anti-rabies vaccine.
When they arrived at the D.A office, they wait for their turn. And a minute after, at last Minggoy is now vaccinated with his first Anti-rabies. We are so happy because we can now play with him without hiding from my parents. My parents didn't let us play with Minggoy without their presence.
Minggoy teaches us how important to adopt dogs than to buy expensive dogs from pet shops. I'm not against buying dogs in the pet shop, my point is there are so many dogs around us, walking down the street alone and they need our help.
I spend my childhood, teenage days, and adolescent days with him. He became my crying shoulder and my companion every time I feel happy, mad, or sad. He is the best.
In the middle of March 2016, I feel really happy but a little bit nervous when I found out that I'm pregnant. Minggoy is the one who knows it first.
I cried in front of him and he just lean on my shoulder like he is hugging me and comforting me that time. I'm blessed to have him.
Days and months passed by, I think he also feel what I feel. Still, my parents didn't know that I am pregnant.
I feel sick after I ate that mango. He also feels sick and he keeps on vomiting that's why my parents tied him a while and wait for the veterinarian to come.
5 months later, my parents know about my pregnancy, and the first question they ask is who is the first that know my situation and I answered them Minggoy. And my parents laugh with question mark expressions on their faces.
Minggoy is the second who knows the gender of my baby. My husband knows it first because he is with me during my prenatal check-up.
On November 24, 2017, I give birth to a healthy baby boy. A week passed I introduced him to his Lolo Minggoy.
My parents took good care of me, my baby, and our dogs especially in Minggoy because he is the very old dog we have. But there is a sudden change in his appetite and the veterinarian said that it is normal for an old dog to decrease his appetite. Minggoy is 12 years old at this moment.
On December 22nd of 2018, he left us with good memories. It was a very hard day for us. We lost a best friend, a brother, an enemy sometimes, and a family member. He finally said goodbye. We love you so much since the beginning of your existence and you are destined to be with us until your last breath.

Are you a siomai lover? Are you willing to learn how to cook or to make siomai? Let me teach and show you how.
Growing up, I was already surrounded by people who love and are good at cooking. My Lola is very good at cooking, my aunts and also my father. So, I may be inherent my ability to cook from them. I love exploring things in the kitchen and I love cooking food because I love eating. They said if you love to eat you need to know how to cook.
Before I ended my contract as a private school teacher, every break time I always ate siomai as my snack. Every I eat siomai I always have the thought of how this siomai is made, so I decided to research how it is made and what are the ingredients. Before I travel back home, I bought all the ingredients said in the video, so when I arrived home I told my husband that I want to make siomai as our snack and he helped me prepare the ingredients. After we mixed all the ingredients and cooked it in the steamer, we wait for 40 minutes so that we can sure that the meat is cooked. While waiting for the siomai, I make the chili garlic sauce. After 40 minutes of waiting, we can now judge the taste of the siomai we make. We ate and I ask my family and cousins if what are their comments about the siomai and they have the same comment "Masarap pero parang may kulang". From that comment, I decided to make my version recipe of the siomai. I have a secret recipe and I have to say sorry because I will make it to share with you guys but the recipe I'll share with you is my original recipe.
Ingredients:
1 kilo of ground pork\beef\chicken
1 pc onion (minced)
Onion chives (minced)
2 eggs
1 tsp of black pepper powder and 1 tsp of salt
2 pcs of carrots (minced)
1 pack of 40g. ginisa mix
1 pack of 90g. oyster sauce
3-4 packs of molo wrapper. I recommend using that kind of molo wrapper.
A small amount of oil to garnish the streamer so that the wrapper will not stick to the steamer pallet.
Procedures:
Mixed all the given ingredients.
If the ingredients are already mixed. Get a molo wrapper. If the molo wrapper has a lot of flour, scrap the flour with a spoon( slowly).
Ready to make the siomai. Just follow the picture provided.
After you make or form the siomai. You can now ready the steamer. You can use an electric steamer or the stainless steamer.
Don't forget to garnish the steamer floor with a small amount of oil to avoid the molo wrapped sticking. And set the time of 40 mins.
While waiting for the siomai. You can now make the chili garlic sauce.
Ingredients:
1\2 kilo of chili (minced) or as much as you want
9 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
2 packs of banana ketchup
1 tsp of salt and ground pepper powder
1 pack of Innis mix
1 pack of oyster sauce
2 cups of water and 2 cups of oil
Procedures:
Put the 2 cups of oil into the pan and wait until it will get hot and;
Saute the garlic until golden brown
Put the fresh minced chili
Add the 2 cups of water
Put the 2 packs of ketchup
Add the oyster sauce, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of ground pepper powder.
Add the sugar and mix it all.
Wait until it boils and taste it.
If you are satisfied with the taste, you can now set it aside.
If the siomai is already cooked, you can now taste and enjoy it with your family and friends. Don't forget to put some soy sauce and calamansi.
You can use this recipe if you want to make a siomai business. I can grantee that this is delicious siomai your customer will crave for.

"List of Turkish Movie I've watched"
Watching movies are one of our past time especially when vacations, free time from work, or holidays.
It's been a month since I started watching T-dramas or Turkish Drama. I am the kind of person that's not a fan of watching long episodes containing movies or dramas because I feel bored easily. Before I discover the beauty of T-dramas, I already watched K-dramas with 1-19 episodes only.
While scrolling videos to watch on YouTube, this T-drama caught up my attention.
Sol Yamin
Sol Yanim has 13 episodes with 2 hours allotted time every episode. According to the director of Sol Yanim, the drama was canceled due to the low rating in turkey. Sol Yanim is a very nice drama, it is all about the unconditional love of a man to a woman even if they have a different status in life. Love moves in mysterious ways.
Cast: Tolga Mendi, Ozge Yagiz, Emre Bey, Cemre Baysel, Defne Samyeli, and Cansel Elcin.
After I watched this t-drama, I was hooked up to watch more t-drama episodes. The second t-drama I've watched is;
Bay Yanlis
Bay Yanlis has 14 episodes but supposedly it will have 29 episodes. It is also canceled in turkey due to the low of viewers, but trust me this is a good drama. Bay Yanlis is about a man who didn't believe in love, he became a love for a woman who is crazy to have a successful love life but unexpectedly the man falls in love with the woman.
Main Cast: Can Yaman and Ozge Gurel
I fell in love with the chemistry of Can Yaman and Ozge Gurel so I browse for more information if they have another t-drama together, luckily they have the drama Dolunay.
Dolunay
Dolunay has 26 episodes. Dolunay is about a girl who needs to find a good to sustain her needs as a student, she also needs money for the expenses in the house she shares with her best friend and sister. Her instructor offers her a job as a private chef to a rich man. They are opposite to each other but love combines them as one. The man's nephew is their lucky charm.

Erkenci Kus has 51 episodes. This is the first long t-drama I've ever seen. Because I fell in love with the t-dramas, so I decided to join groups about Turkish movies and drama so that I can easily read their t-drama suggestions. There is a post asking what t-drama talks about love, family, and trust. Most of the comments are the t-drama titled Kiralik Ask.

Kiralik Ask has 69 episodes. ( This information is copied from Kiralik Ask Plot ). A waitress named Defne Topal (Elçin Sangu) finds herself in a love game when she needs money to pay off her brother's debt. Defne looks after her grandmother, her young sister, and her older brother, because her father abandon them and after her mother left them for another man. One day, a man named Ömer İplikçi (Barış Arduç) kisses her abruptly because he wants to save himself from a blind date which his aunt arranged for him. Unknown to Defne and Ömer, Ömer's aunt Neriman (Nergis Kumbasar) saw the kiss. After that, Neriman comes with an offer to Defne to marry and then leave the man she rented her for. Neriman is ready to give 400,000 liras, but Defne only takes the money she needed (200,000 liras) and accepts the offer to save her brother from the people he is indebted to. She starts as an assistant near Ömer İplikçi, unaware of the fact that he is the man who kissed her until she sees him on her first work. She has 6 months to marry and then leave him, but she wasn’t aware enough and accidentally fell in love with him!

Baht Oyunu has 17 episodes. It was canceled because Cemre Baysel the main character undergoes surgery. The story of baht Oyunu is about a girl who married a man she thinks loves her but found out that the man used her to get citizenship to permanently live in their country. But she fell in love with the owner of the company she worked for, she lived with a family belief that if they didn't marry their first love they will live forever alone and unhappy. Despite that belief, she broke out their belief and live with love and dream with the man she loves.
The latest t-drama I've watched is the Sen Cal Kapimi
Sel Cal Kapimi
It has 52 episodes. I love this t-drama because the ways of the main characters of acting are natural. I recommend this t-drama to you to watch it. And they are a real couple.
Cast: Hande Ercel and Kerem Bursin
Why I am hooked by the Turkish Drama Series? It is because even in episodes of the drama you can get a life lesson. It is also a teenager-friendly drama because you cannot see a lot of romance even it is a romantic movie.

"The Generation of Z and Generation Alpha vs. Technology "
Many are wondering, what generation do they belong to? So in this article, I want to discuss ***Gen Z*** and ***Gen Alpha***.
But first of all, I just to clarify that the content of this article is just my opinion and reaction. Enjoy reading!
So what is the meaning of Gen Z and Gen Alpha?
As you can see in the picture below, ***Gen Z*** is with the ages of 6 to 20 years old while ***Gen Alpha*** are those children under 6 years old.
These generations are technology literate. They know much about technologies than generation builders, baby boomers, generation x, and generation y. In short, they are advanced.
Being advanced in technology is not bad, it has also a great impact especially in school because teachers are using different types of gadgets as a way of teaching, technology is a part of the learning process. But we observed that Gen Z and Gen Alpha are the generations in which depression problems with students and even small kids bloom. And social media become their world. They spend more time on social media than studying.
I asked some of my cousins, what application they usually used for entertainment and educational purposes. And their answers are;

Are you a fan of using Facebook as your pastime? Me? Yes! Of course, Facebook is one of the large social media platforms which you can update about your loved ones that live in different places in the world, can find missing people, can post your online businesses, and many more. But not all people are happy with using Facebook, instead, they entertain themselves they make themselves depressed because they can't have what their friend shows on Facebook. Being envious of other people is not good it can poison your mental health. Gen Z and Gen Alpha are prone to this dilemma because they were young and cannot fully understand what they see on Facebook.

Gen Z and Gen Alpha are also fans of using this application. They are having fun copying the dance steps by the TikTok influencers. Tiktok is also helpful for me because some of the online doctors also have their content. But there are also threats to our Gen Z and Gen Alpha in using this application because of some malicious and threatening videos.

This app is considered very useful among other applications because it can help our day-to-day living skillfully. We can browse videos about cooking, fixing broken things, gardening, and many more. But there is also a threat to our Gen Z and Gen Alpha because they can easily browse videos or see videos about suicides and many threatening videos that can influence their minds to do so.
I'm not bragging down these applications. I'm just pointing out the danger if we let our children use these applications without us guiding them. Because at this age, their minds are not yet ready to receive such information like that especially the Gen Alpha, so they can easily get attached to what they see and might copy and harm themselves or others.
Some of Gen Z and Gen Alpha are also addicted not just to using social media but to online games too.
These online games killed some of Gen Z because of the lack of sleep. They make nights a day, they are playing all they. In short, they don't rest, so now they rest but in peace.
These games are familiar to Gen Y and Gen Z and some of Gen Alpha also play this game.
Technology is helpful. Gadgets are also helpful but as a parent, we must control our children especially the Gen Alpha about their screen time or about how long they just use the gadget. Prevention is better than cure. Once addiction is in the scenario it is a long process to undo. Yes, there is a rehabilitation program but it is also possible for you to find out more information about how to control it.
Love your children, guide them properly. Let's protect the mental, emotional, and physical health of our children to not let social media, online games, and technology ruin their lives and their future.

"The miraculous Simala Shrine of Cebu"
It's been 10 years now since I and my family visited the well-known miraculous church in Cebu the Simala Shrine.
Before we arrive in the area, we almost have a car accident but lucky we are all safe. We still manage to get to the location of the miraculous church. Upon our arrival, we have the thought that Mama Mary, Joseph, and their son Jesus save us from the incident to witness the beauty of the place. We fell in love with the view and the peaceful ambiance of the area.
We didn't waste our time, we prayed and we thank our almighty that they save us from the accident. We also ask for blessing, protection, and guidance as we leave the area. After we prayed, we explore the inside beauty of the church and all the happenings of that they are so worth it.
There is an area which you can see different faces of Mama Mary. On the left side of it, there is a prayer box in which you will drop the paper where you write all your wishes and prayers.
While watching the busy people in the dropping of wishes and prayers area, one stranger told me to try it too, and all my wishes and prayers will be granted in God's time. So I tried it, I wrote on a sheet of paper my 5 prayers;
To graduate high school.
I pray for the healing and protection of my family and friends. And healing for all people who suffer from the illness.
To graduate college.
To get a job after graduating college.
To marry a man who is a Math Major or a math wizard😂😂😂. Because I'm not good at math.
All that rewritten prayers of mine are granted by God;
∆ I finished high school, S.Y: 2013-2014.
∆God was always there to protect us and bless us abundantly.
∆ I finished my college degree even though there are many challenges I faced.
∆ After I graduated from college, I was hired as a junior high school teacher in one of the well-known private schools in Sogod, Southern Leyte.
∆ And I marry the man of my dream, the one that I've prayed for. He is a Mathematics Major. God is Good all the time.
Always believe in God, if he didn't grant your prayers and wishes now, don't worry he prepares better what you ask for and it will be granted in God's time. Miracles works if you believe and work hard for it.

"Our friendship continues even she's gone"
How did you and your best friend meet? I will share with you my story of how I and my best friends met.

I will first introduce to you my best friends; Shekena the girl in the black dress, Cristy the girl in the gold color dress, Elissa the girl in the violet dress, and of course me the girl in the green dress. Our friendship started when we are in 2nd-year of high school. Our friendship become stronger as days, months, years passed by.
When we entered 3rd-year high school we met Ailene, she's one of our classmates and she become our friend, our circle of friends grows. Our friendship is not perfect, we fight a lot, we argue about small things, and many more but we choose to keep our friendship than to give up. We face many ridges throughout the journey of our friendship.
March 2012, we are all excited because finally, it's clearance day. We are so excited to move up to the next level of our education. Fourth-year high school is weaving, we even make some decisions on what course to take in college. Elissa, Cristy, Ailene and I want to take education and Shekena wants to take computer science. Even it is vacation time, we communicate with each other every day.
March 31, 2012, around 8 am Elissa, texted me that she is going to visit me after their youth meeting (she was elected as their barangay representative for the upcoming pageantry for the youth ministry). She travels without her parent's approval, I was shocked because she didn't do that thing she always asks for the approval of her parents before she travels.
At 10 am I texted her to update her and ask where is she or if the meeting is over so that I can prepare the things that she borrows for the pageant. I keep texting her but there is no reply. 10:20 am my parents arrived at the house and ask me;
" nak is there another student who has the same surname as Elissa" and I replied yes her brother. She asks again" I mean a girl student". That time I cannot explain what I feel, my heart starts to beat fast and my body is trembling I know and I feel something bad happened. I cannot forget what my mom told me that moment "there is a girl, same as Elissa's surname hits by a 10 wheeler truck and unlucky she didn't survive due to a head injury, I convince myself nak that girl I've seen is not your best friend but as you have said Elissa is the only girl in your school has that surname" I cried and almost passed out. And I received a call from my boy best friend confirming that the girl who has been hit by a 10 wheeler truck is our best friend. It is hard for us to believe that we lost her, she is the strong base of our friendship. She is everything to us.
9 years passed but her memories are fresh as a new bloom flower. When she is still alive, she wants us to become successful and to have a college degree. Even she is not with us, we continue to achieve her dream. And this is us now;
We become what she wants us to be. We love you vv Elissa. Till we meet again😊

Does doubtful love exist?
Is there a time that you feel doubtful about what you feel towards your girlfriend\boyfriend? Or do you doubt if the person who is with you loves you?
Does doubtful love exist? Did you feel it sometimes?
Many relationships ended because of this feeling, the feeling of doubt. Doubt is equivalent to the word coward. You are a coward to face the reality of what is the pros and cons of being in love. You are a coward to handle the pain of love.
Where does this doubtful love come from?
To tell you frankly, this feeling was the result of your choice, choice of not to give the full trust that needed to make your relationship stronger. Because you are afraid of the pain or afraid that person might ruin your life when he\she leaves you.
That pain of love will make you stronger and mature to face challenges in the future. Don't be afraid to be hurt, because it will help you to become who you are.
Don't doubt just love and feel the moment and the feeling of being in love. Trust and respect are the keys to the better and undoubtedly love.

Being friendly is okay. Being friendly is normal and being with your friends is the best.
Each one of us has a circle of friends, friends that we treated as a family. But remember, that circle of friends of yours has different characteristics and attitudes. As days, months, or years will pass through you can now observe who are the real ones and the users.
It is not hard to understand the importance of the word "friend" or the word "best friend". But when you get older these words are easy to use, easy to read but the person behind that words is hard to find. It is hard to accept the reality that they abandoned you or they just leave because they already get what they want. That's why it is better to learn to say NO.
It's okay to unfriend or go away from them because it helps you to grow or to become more mature and to have peace of mind. Being with toxic people is not healthy for you as a person.
Losing a friend is normal because there is no permanent in this world. But remember there are seasonal friends, childhood friends, and your best friend.
Just stay who you are and let the real ones stay.

"My Bugetarian Wedding Tips and Journey"
Wedding is a very important part of the life of being a couple. Waiting for the right time to be united as one with the blessing of both families and friends. Seeing yourself walking down the aisle and seeing your love waiting for you is the best feeling that money can't buy.
But is it necessary to outlay a big amount of money for your wedding day especially during this pandemic? For me, it is not necessary because there are many ways to save a big amount of money or to lessen the expenses and achieve your dream wedding.
If you are a bride to be these tips are perfect for you (No particular order);
∆ If you are looking for a gown with a premium and beautiful design. Try to browse Pre-loved gowns on Facebook pages. This is not for the nit-picky bride-to-be.
∆ Try to DIY the invitations, souvenir stickers using the Canva app or canvas online.
∆ Try to ask for help if you have a photographer friend if he/she can be your photographer so that he/she can give you a discount. Be practical. (In our prenup shoot we use our own DSLR camera and my cousin as our photographer).
∆ Purchase the infinity dresses that you will use for your entourage online because you can save money than renting the dresses. Just rent the boy's suits or tuxedos because it is hard to find them online.
∆ This pandemic, minimalist design for weddings is the best. Simple but elegant.
∆ Look for an affordable and beautiful place for your reception. And hire a trusted catering service that allows you and your partner to make your list of foods to serve. (We used our barangay gymnasium as our reception location).
∆ Make a list of all your guests so that you can manage the budget. Remember, you only have limited guests due to the pandemic protocols.
∆ Hire a quality emcee. So that it is not going to be boring.
∆ Hire a trusted makeup artist. If you have a friend that can do your makeup much better. (We hire my husband's best friend to do my makeup and it's worth it).
∆ If you want to hire a wedding singer, it's up to you but if you want to save money; music on Spotify can do the job of the wedding singer. (We hire the church choir and we played songs from Spotify at the reception area).
But before you and your partner do all the tips, make sure you settle first all the requirements of marriage. And consider the allotted budget for your wedding day. Don't forget that the most important part of the wedding is the blessing. Not the money or the gifts.
