Isaw

Isaw or Barbecue isaw is a grilled chicken intestine on a stick. One of the famous street food in the Philippines. Chicken intestine is grilled over charcoal and usually mixture of soy sauce, pepper, garlic, ketchup, cooking oil and salt.
