“Management” as defined by the Oxford English Dictionary is given as “the use of limited resources combined with forecasting, planning, leadership and execution skills to achieve predetermined specific goals”.
Management is making use of available resources to achieve a particular target. However, it should also be noted that
“Management” comes in various facets. Amidst, many types of Management, we cannot but highlight Man Management, which is more of Human resources. Another is Financial Management which deals with proper financial balancing.
Others are Sales Management, Marketing Management, etc. Every organization is mostly required to have these basic management units to have maximum productivity.
less I forget the main motive and Target of management is to make profit once there's maximum profit it simply means there is progression.
