I think it is going to be scrambled eggs for dinner tonight. Got some ham? Check. Got some cilantro? Check. Got some onions? Check. Got some sour cream to fluff 'em up a bit? Check. Got some green peppers? Check. Got some shredded cheese? Check. I don't know about anyone else, but I always like to drizzle a little bit of ketchup over my scrambled eggs and I will likely do that tonight as well. Plus...hmmm. Maybe I will toss some French fries into the oven and have those on the side. Anything potato goes good with scrambled eggs methinks. What's going your dinner table tonight? Do tell.

With those ingredients i would make an omelete and if you got mushroom.. i will add it on... Its morning here .. i still dont know what will be my breakfast.. but i think i will make an omelete 😊
Never would have thought to have fries on the side of scrambled eggs! But could be good
I look at it this way. It is not uncommon for me to sometimes put fried potatoes in my eggs, or have hash browns with them. I figured, why not fries? lol

There might be some British in me, but I am mostly of German descent. 🤷♂️
I won't eat scrambled egg without catsup. I had some lettuce with olive oil last night.
These days I am the same way. I just like having a little drizzle of ketchup on my eggs. Very good stuff. 😁
Not just on scrambled egg, even on boiled egg I also put catsup. (◕ᴗ◕✿)
For whatever reason scrambled is the only time I put ketchup (catsup) on. Although sometimes I'll put some on when I make an egg bake. Not sure why actually. lol

They are super easy to make. One of these days I might have to post a recipe. Maybe that is something for read.cash. And they are super delicious to boot.

Last night I had instant ramen noodles to which I added a can of “green peas”. Good enough meal, but not as good as scrambled eggs, ham, and cilantro. But I’d skip the ketchup. By the way ...... did you know they make ketchup here in the Philippines out of bananas?
Ketchup is probably a throwback from when I was a kid. I use just a wee-bit. Not too much to overpower the eggs. As for Ramen noodles, I love them. I just can't eat them anymore due to my hypertension. Oh well. As for the banana ketchup, I actually have some in my cupboard. Good stuff.
Oh I've got hypertension too. But given the choice between ramen noodles, and stinky dried fish, (which is salty as hell, btw), I think it's a no brainer. My lisinopril, (blood pressure medicine), will just have to work harder!
I am right there with you. That stinky, dried fish has no appeal to me whatsoever.
