Off to Walmart and Aldi in a little bit. Wish me luck. Especially at Walmart it is usually a bit of a madhouse, and I always luck out and get the SLOWEST checker in the building... Which the odds of are pretty good considering there is no such thing as a FAST checker at Walmart. lol

I always go at 6am when it First opens up no crowds walk in and get your stuff walk right back out I can do quite a bit of shopping within 20 minutes.
I am usually up around 5am, but I have to...you know...get my coffee in and have a poop. lol

You're a far braver soul than I. We make it a point to avoid Walmart during the day on the weekends because it's so darn hectic. 😁
It was surprisingly devoid of people today. Probably the 3-5 inches of snow we were supposed to get that did not materialize. Or Covid. Who knows? lol
When we lived in Macon, GA, there was this one old lady cashier who set a new standard for slowness. About the only thing you could say in her credit was she was (mostly) accurate, but my God, she was so, so, soooooooooooooooooo damn slow! Haven't you figured out that the best way to get out of Walmart in a semi-timely manner is to use the self checkout lanes?
I tend to not use the self-checkout lanes because I still feel like jobs are necessary and important. Even if a worker is lousy, if they aren't lousy working for a paycheck my taxes will go up supporting their welfare checks. lol
