I have a strange way of paying for things. In other words, I find ways to NOT pay for things. Tonight we are going to order Chinese food and have it delivered. But I do not want the cost to come out of pocket. What to do? I bought 10 shares of Sabine Realty Trust (SBR) in the stock market which pays a monthly dividend of 73 cents per share. The dinner will cost about $60 when all is said and done. The dividends on the 10 shares is worth $87.60 on an annualized basis. Dinner is free. 😁

hahaha. i need donors too hahahah
I imagine that if these speculative "investments" work out for me that you'll be interested in them too.
Only that SBR is not considered a speculative play. It is a royalty trust company.
