Are Shiba Inu Millionaires Just Around the Corner? When it comes to the Shiba Inu meme token one thing is abundantly clear. There is quite a lot of widespread excitement about it, and that momentum of excitement only seems to be gaining steam. But what does that mean? Is the excitement worth anything in the end? Because certainly there has been excitement behind other 'projects' that have died on the vine just as quickly as they showed promise to bear any fruit.
You could say, "Well, this one just *feels* different." Even if, when you look at the meme token on its surface, it really has no utility. Like most coins you can't spend it anywhere. And just like the Doge it wants to kill, it is nothing more than something people have a deep interest in, and perhaps nothing more. And yet, despite Doge's uselessness overall as a viable currency, it made many new millionaires, and there are throngs of people who still believe deeply in the coin's long term value. Consider that the Shiba Inu meme token is all over the news. There are YouTube videos about it all over the place. And it is probably the most talked about crypto on social media as well. The talk is that soon Robinhood, who's users have petitioned it to include the coin in massive numbers, will soon make it available, and because of Robinhood's reach could send the price of Shiba Inu to the moon, and even to Mars. One guy on YouTube even said that if this happens, if Robinhood adds the token to their site, we could see Shiba Inu rocket to 20 cents. I have to tell you I think the guy is smoking something. But who knows what is possible when it comes to any of these things in the cryptoverse? I mean, Doge, which was just meant to be a joke shot up to nearly 80 cents from .002 cents in a very short period of time, creating more wealth than perhaps anything in history has ever done. Even as Doge fell back down and has hovered around 25 cents, many people still made millions of dollars owning it. The simple answer is that *no one knows* what value Shiba Inu will have in the near term. *Or* the long term for that matter. It could be simply today's fad or tomorrow's big money maker.
Because there is very little to fundamentally go on in deciding to put any money into this meme token, due diligence really can't apply here. It's a pure gamble. Nothing more than speculation. And so, if one is *going* to "invest" in Shiba Inu, one needs to do so expecting to lose every single penny they put in and being okay with that possibility 100%. Do I think it is worth it to put any money into it? Sure. *Why not?* I look at it this way. Right now I have $120 invested in the meme token. If I go to the casino, I will typically take $200 with me. And when I go I have absolutely no expectation I will walk away with any of my money. I am willing to lose the entire $200 and walk away with nothing more than the entertaining aspect of the possibility of hitting a jackpot. With no expectation of actually hitting the jackpot either, by the way. So, right now I am invested $80 shy of what I might normally take to the casino for a little bit of fun and entertainment. I look at Shiba Inu as a similar experience. Maybe I hit the jackpot and the thing goes to the moon and Mars and I walk away with millions of dollars potentially. Or I simply get the experience of the fun with no money to show for it. The only thing I *can* say is that it seems like Shiba Inu has enough interest to at least keep people's attention enough for a long enough time, that even if it never reaches the point of creating new millionaires, can still provide for some very interesting littler jackpots along the way. I am perfectly okay with continuing to spin the reels and see what happens. Either I win, or I lose, or I break even. While that seems like an entirely idiotic statement, at the end of the day I am not going to put anything into this meme token that I am not entirely comfortable with losing.
I'd love to be able to say one day very soon that Shiba Inu changed my life. But if it does not? Well, at least I can say I had some fun along the way dreaming about it, and dreaming about the possibility of it. Are Shiba Inu millionaires right around the corner? It is anyone's guess. Because again, looking at the meme token, it should not have any value at all. But *also* again, the same could be said of Doge even today. But look at where *it* is at. Like I often say about playing the lottery, it is almost *impossible* to win when you look at the odds. But the impossibility becomes *absolute* only if you don't have a ticket in your hands. The likelihood is that you still lose even if you play. But you cannot win at all if you don't. *Lead image courtesy of Pixabay, user GO223BANQ1MAL.* *Shiba Blockchain Cryptocurrency - Free photo on Pixabay* https://pixabay.com/photos/shiba-blockchain-cryptocurrency-6723441/

I doubled my money on Shiba, too bad I only put in $10...
I am $150 in so far and have just shy of 5 million Shib. Only time will tell to see where it actually goes.
There are many people who have expectations in Shiba, I agree that they will gain, but I cannot predict how much they will earn. The fact that it is 20 cents with the current ar is a bit of a dream, but the burning process can be done. I think everyone in the market has some Shiba.
Yeah. Agreed. 20 cents would be awesome, but I am not sure I am convinced it is likely to ever reach that amount. We shall see.
It may reach a cent or even a dollar in the way things are heading, but I won't put too much hope into it yet. I am doing a long-term hold, maybe five years, so that it can mature well.
My gosh. $1 would be awesome. I will be happy to just see it reach a penny.
I was not able to invest with Shiba. :(
Was it due to lack of funds or lack of access?
For me, lack of funds but I am trying hard to get something on this site and invest in it but nothing yet.
I wish you all the best and many profits ahead if you can make them happen.
Thanks for the wish. I only hope so tho
I won't put any of my meager earnings into it. My husband has. He's taken profit a few times. No commas in the amount of profit, even totaled up, but he says it's basically free money. But. He has to pay close attention to the market. He gets alerts. I, on the other hand, am unwilling to do day trading. I also hate going to casinos or even gambling at home. Oh, in the 90s when my income was a lot higher I would play online poker and do ok. But now? Nuh uh. I don't have the bandwidth to pay attention to all the things I'm doing to earn money AND day trade. So, I just buy the cryptos I think will do well in the long term. Cerritos that have more going for them than just store of value (like Doge, Shiba, and even Bitcoin). Those coins only offer value because they offer value. At least Beanie Babies and Matchbox Cars offer hours of enjoyment. But not if you are collecting them. Then, you better not take them out of the box and you need to store them away from little hands, dirt, dust, and smudges. So what's the point of collecting them? I feel the same about the trendy coins. I would rather put my money to use buying coins that will stand the test of time AND offer value as more than just a coin that will never BE more than just a coin. I'm let my husband play with his money. He's done fairly well. Not millionaire well. (Unless we're talking Mexican Pesos...).
It is a smart approach, and something I have said often about any crypto honestly. And that is, don't invest any money into it that you are not willing to lose. Some of the other more "stable" coins I have more confidence in to last, but ultimately I think crypto is too young to be decided tht it will actually have any long term value. I mean, crypto is 12 years old. It's still in that "fad" territory, and realistically when one looks at it in the macro it is not widely used, widely invested in, nor widely understood let alone widely recognized. People KNOW about it. But more people are unsure of it than committed to it as an idea let alone invested in it. That means one of two things for me. Either more people get into it and it all soars, or it loses all of its function and utility with little broad interest to fuel it and it dies on the vine as a once upon a time thing. It is because of these two things that a) I am willing to invest something but b) am not confident that my investments will ever be worth anything, and so at the end of the day the only money I am willing to put into crypto is money I don't particularly care if I ever see again.
Or, you could, you know, just send it to me. (joking) (mostly)
This is such a perfect description of the SHIBA scenario
Thank you. I am glad you enjoyed the read.
truth.. i joined the hype.. i invested on it..almost the same amount as you had..200$ and I am in the same page, we wouldn't know.. at least we had some and then we'll see
So long as it is money I am very willing to lose, I am also very willing to take my chances on it. We shall see if it bears any fruit.
> I am also very willing to take my chances on it. We shall see if it bears any fruit. yeah..do you monitor in a daily basis?
Minute by minute. 🤣
I like a gamble and first entered a casino at 14; for the free sandwiches and coffee and to drag my parents out 😂. I’ve invested $50 not expecting any great shakes and won’t be too disappointed if nothing comes of it.
"Died on the vine" haha, secret reference to the Vine platform that died? 🤣 I have a small amount in SHIBA and so far I'm very happy about that... As you said we will see how it goes in the future :)
Same here. I only invested a mere $160 for a little over 5 million shares. If it goes to a penny it's not life changing money, but it would be enough to make me smile. lol
