Sit Rep I have not had much time to write an article or visit read.cash for a little while. Have only been able to post once a day on noise.cash but thought I would just give a short sit rep to let you all know I have been busy and I haven’t abandoned posting here. Have had to go to hospital with my boyfriend to sort out his hernia surgery which is due on the 14th December so Christmas will be spent looking after him. He won’t be able to do much other than bed rest for about a month. I’m girding my loins for a busy time when that happens. Hopefully it won’t be so bad and he won’t be too demanding. I might develop a condition called selective hearing when he gets too much, which he can be prone to. I did get to take some good sunset photos the other day, took loads as the nice weather won’t last long. Good job I did as there were thick grey clouds tonight but, no rain as yet but it won’t be long I’m sure. @Tarakins

Happiness Is A State Of Mind What you think, you become.  Think happy thoughts to be happy.   Happiness is a state of mind.  Keep your thoughts positive and be grateful for what you already have.  Don’t sweat the small stuff, focus on what makes you feel good about yourself and count all the blessings you already have. Don’t change who you are to please others, this won’t make you happy and you’re not making others happy by doing this.   Be yourself, be comfortable with who you are and commit to your own well-being, joy, peace, happiness and magic.  Only you can do this, no- one is responsible for your happiness within. Lighten your day with kindness; be kind to others and don’t be afraid to share your joy even if others don’t appreciate it.  How others think is not your responsibility, you are only responsible for your own thought.  Keep your thoughts positive and always be kind to yourself.   You can’t please everybody no matter how much you try, everyone is different and want different things; we are not all vibrating at the same frequency, choose to be around happy, positive people who can support and inspire you.   Be the Light for others through positive experiences, this will inspire others and helps them to find their own light and peace within.   Life is a journey.  There are times when challenges appear in your life; challenges come and go; these are your life’s lessons.  When it rain on your chips, learn how to dance in the rain.  Trust it is for the best, there is a reason for everything.  Believe In yourself, you are perfect just the way you are; you are worth it. @Tarakins

Haunted Houses - Halloween Contest 2021 I have always been very sensitive to spirits and from an early age I would feel their presence and get an uncomfortable feeling.  I rarely venture into graveyards after dark but one night after a night out with friends, we decided to take a short cut through a grave yard to get home.  I had a bit to drink and was tipsy and since I had friends with me, I wasn’t afraid.  Halfway through the graveyard I scream as a black headless figure appeared in front of me.  It was only for a second but nobody else noticed it and they thought I was being silly.  I couldn’t wait to get out of there and was relieved when I finally got home.  I have lived in several houses that had the presence of spirits.  One was quite a modern house. I believe it may have been built on top of an old burial ground.  It was also opposite a church so that was a possibility.  I didn’t actually mind spirits being there as they didn’t interfere with my life and that was ok.   My sister came to visit me for a few days and while she was there she kicked them out of the house, she only told me about it later after she returned home.  I thought nothing of it and thought it was a good thing.  But they returned and I felt they were angry about being kicked out.  I didn’t know anything about protecting the house from entities, had I realised I may have been able to prevent them from returning.  Shortly after they returned my boyfriend was about to lie down on the sofa and as he did he banged his head on the metal armrest and injured the nerves under his right ear.  A few days later he developed Bell’s palsy and still has it to this day. Another house I lived in was an old farmhouse that had a church cemetery bordering one section of the garden.  I didn’t much like going into that part of the garden at nighttime.  We’d heard from a neighbour the previous owner had built several ponds around the property which were later removed. He had built one at the front of the house with a fountain and his young daughter drowned and died there.   It was a very accident prone house.  My boyfriend fell down the stairs head first but luckily wasn’t injured.  He told me it felt like he had been pushed.  I fell off a ladder while picking apples in the section of the garden that bordered the cemetery and had to go to hospital with a deep cut in my leg.  I stood on a chair in the front yard to put up a hanging basket, slipped and landed on my bum and my boyfriend and I suffered other minor mishaps.  It was beginning to feel as if it was a very accident prone house and as we were renting, we decided to move shortly after.   Another house was an old Victorian house overlooking a river estuary.  I lived there with my boyfriend and a friend (male).  They both felt the house had a benevolent feel but I didn’t share their feelings.  I soon realised the spirit that still occupied the house didn’t like women but was ok with men.  One morning I had just woken up and was going down the stairs.  I hadn’t woken up properly and when I was nearly at the bottom, I decided to turn around and go back up the stairs for something.  As I was turning it felt like I was pushed and I fell down 3 steps and sprained both my ankles. Thankfully that was the only accident that happened there.   I think he must have felt a bit sorry about it and didn’t harm me again.   Many night I was wary about going downstairs at nights.  It felt as if that was his space at nighttime and didn’t want to be disturbed.  If I had to go downstairs, I would turn on all the lights and let him know I was coming down.  We lived in that house for 5 years and every night I would talk to him, never got a reply but I felt he listened to everything I said.  In the end I felt sad to leave him on his own.  I also felt he was sad to see us go and had got used to us living there and we were company for him.  I tried to help him go to a better place and said someone who loved him; grandparent maybe; was waiting to take him home and told him to ask for and follow the light.  I don’t know if he listened but I do feel he is now in a better place.   I never saw him but both my boyfriend and our friend did.  My boyfriend would deny there was a spirit there but later admitted that he had seen him.  We all felt that he didn’t like women and he didn’t want to alarm me but I already knew. #Halloweencontest2021 #OriginalContent Many thanks to @Yelenab @Bloghound and @Theblackdoll for sponsoring me ❤️

Red Clover - Wildflowers are not weeds The red clover, wild or meadow clover (Trifolium pratense) is a fast growing and often invasive plant. Although perceived as a weed, it is a useful nitrogen fixer, breaking down providing nitrogen fertiliser that help grass grow.  The flowers contain many nutrients that includes calcium, chromium, magnesium, niacin, phosphorus, potassium, thiamine, and vitamin C. They are a rich source of isoflavones, compounds that act as phytoestrogens which are plant chemicals similar to the hormone estrogen. As a traditional medicine it can be used to treat osteoporosis, heart disease, arthritis, skin disorders, cancer, asthma, menstrual and menopausal issues.  In traditional folklore, the red clover flower is said to heal heartache by placing a sprig of the flower in a blue silk pouch and wear it near the heart.  Newly weds would place a sprig into their shoes to ensure a happy marriage and brides would secretly put it in their husband’s shoe to ensure that he is faithful, even when he is far from home.  The red clover flower is associated with money, success and prosperity, love and fidelity.  As a flower remedy it enhances intuition, clarity, calmness and understanding and is especially helpful for those who suffer from panic attacks It can be used as a spiritual cleanser by placing a couple of drops of the clover flower essence in a mister with rose water. This purified the vibrations and clear away negative energies from the home.  @Tarakins

White Yarrow as a Natural healer White Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) also known as soldier’s woundwort is a wildflower that grows prolifically on heathlands, kerbside and meadows. It is member of the sunflower family that is closely related to chamomile and chrysanthemum. It has been used since ancient times to treat skin wounds and reduce inflammation and relieves anxiety and insomnia. It can be consumed as tea or applied topically to the skin. I have made flower remedies from the early morning dew collected from the yarrow flowers. The natural essence of the remedy can relieve anxiety caused by emotional traumas, especially the deep seated traumas caused in childhood. It can provide psychic and auric protection and is an excellent remedy for people who are sensitive and empathic to negative energies. As an empath, I can testify that this is one of the most powerful and effective remedies to protect the aura, psychic protection and emotional healing. I highly recommend this for empaths and people who are psychic. **@Tarakins** https://noise.cash/u/Tarakins

Marigolds - not just a pretty face Marigolds are not just pretty as a flower in the garden. It is used in many industries: in the manufacturing industry, it is used in perfumes; in the food industry, it is used as flavouring and in animal feed industry, it is added to chicken feed to enhance the yellow colour in chickens and egg yolks. It is also an excellent insect repellent and used widely in gardens to protect vegetables. In this modern age of convenience, most of us resort to pharmaceutical remedies and disregard the age old natural remedies of plants and flowers. Marigolds has many medicinal benefits. Traditionally it reduces mucus in the lungs and treats colds and coughs. It is a diuretic and can ease stomach problems. The Aztecs used it to treat eye infection and the Brazilians and Mexicans, for joint pain and muscular spasms. It contains a component that reduces swelling and inflammation, it calms the nerves and spasms and also reduces blood pressure. In flower remedies it can help those who are overly materialistic and logical who only rely on the 5 senses making them unwilling or unable to understand the feelings of others. This remedy helps us to be more understanding and kind by assisting us to let go of fear in relationships, allowing us to freely accept and express love in a bright and playful way. **@Tarakins [sponsors]**
