Tonight's dinner. I decided to roast a whole chicken in the oven with my special seasoning and a little bit of curry. For a side I will make yellow squash with onions sauteed in butter and we will have baked potatoes. Should be yummy. And if you all behave MAYBE I will show you a picture of my plate when all is said and done. 🤣

Oh yummy! The addition of a little bit of curry powder sounds like a brilliant idea. Roast chicken, (lechon manok), is one of the things they actually do a great job cooking here. There are several places we can drive to and get yummy roast chicken, and each place tastes a bit different, but still yummy.
I just really like the taste of curry. Not too much to overpower the dish. But just enough to render a little added flavor. That lechon manok sounds very good. I wonder how that compares to a rotisserie chicken?

That’s not to late to dream of something to be called a father. Remember, a lady who’s already at her 70’s and still gave birth of a healthy baby. Sometimes, miracle happen in life that no one can explain. Just dream, try and maybe successful in the future. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

So, don’t stop believing and do what’s your obligation as a husband. Twice a week are enough for the miracle to come true lol
