Tomorrow will prove to be a very busy day. We have company coming in tomorrow night. My wife's cousin, and a couple of friends are coming into town from Wisconsin. They are leaving for a short gambling trip Friday morning. So, to make sure they have breakfast on Friday morning, I will put together an egg bake casserole tomorrow morning before I leave for work. Putting in eggs and cheese and sausage and onions and tater tots. Then it is off to work, and when they arrive on Thursday night I will cook hamburgers on the grill and probably fry up some onions. If it any consolation I will have Friday night and Saturday night to myself. They come back on Sunday.
