Bitcoin Miner Game! Earn Bitcoin While You Play!
Before we get started, I'd like to make sure there is no misunderstanding. No this app/game does not mine bitcoin from your phone. It's a game that simply simulates Bitcoin and Crypto Mining. Your phone will not overheat and no excessive data will be consumed. (links at end of article)
Now that this is out of the way, You can still earn Bitcoin (BTC) while you play. Two most important things we all want to know out of the way already! Watch the Youtube video if you feel like listening instead of reading!
You wont get rich, you can't retire and you still need a day job. However you can stack sats on the Lightning network with ease while you grind away on this neat little addictive game.
Lets talk about how it works. Below is a picture for easy reference.
It's honestly fairly simple. You'll note that on the screen is 5 miners. (There are more if you scroll down) You start out with 1, as you gain more coin you can do several things. You can hire new miners which mine different coins, you can upgrade the miners which makes them more efficient and you can go to upgrades and boost your overall earnings from various upgrades.
As the miners mine coins they slowly make there way to the bank. Once they reach the bank you collect coins. Sometimes the coins have little boosts about them. The boosts are as listed.
Boost (up arrow) This increases the bank deposit.
Explosion (bomb symbol) This explodes the coin and allows immediate collection.
Split (Split Icon) This splits the coin into two and allows you to collect more coin.
Node (Red Circle) This collects a special in game currency used for other upgrades and interactions.
Gifts (little box) These are large boosts of coin or nodes Usually accompanied by an Ad.
Sats (Little green lines with 2 dots) This rewards you with 1 satoshi.
This is essentially the basis of the game, as you upgrade you earn more and each upgrade becomes more expensive and you keep grinding like any other progressive game. The difference here is that Sat rewards frequent the coins and you can stack your sats over time. There are timed treasure chests and boosts accompanied by ads. There is a tap button if you want to press like a mad man/women/person to grind harder and faster.
You can go afk or turn the app off and earn the in game currency, however you need to be active and in game to earn sats. You have to manually collect sats byt touching the rewarded coin.
The best part about this game? Payouts to Zebedee which runs on the Lightning Network. It still amazes me even tho I've used and been familiar with the Lightning Network for a couple years. It's fast and cheap it is. You can claim your earnings of just 1 sat and the Zebedee notification goes off immediately. Under 1 second! There is no paywall and it essentially costs nothing. Just remember that payments on-chain and off-chain for the main Bitcoin Network still have fees associated with them but from Lightning network wallet to lightning network wallet is free or near enough.
There are a few intricacies that I wont go over but this is essentially how the game works. In about 10 minutes you can gain about 7 or 8 sats, There is daily rewards with sats in it too and my best guess is in a day you can earn hundreds of sats if not thousands. Not bad, but it is ad heavy so be prepared to watch plenty of these.
Like I said...don't quit your day job but not a bad way to stack some sats.
