"The thief comes just to take, and murder, and demolish; I came that they may have life, and might have it plentifully."

John 10:10

What might you do if a man went to your entryway one Saturday evening with the sole aim of taking all your stuff? He needs your extra large television, your PC, your telephone, your furnishings, and any extra money you have around. Remember that he has no weapon and no position—despite the fact that he sounds exceptionally definitive. Besides, while he looks mean and threatening, he is actually no harder than Don Knotts (otherwise known as Barney Fife from days of old). In reality, he was unable to whip your ten year old in a clench hand battle.

How might you react to this cheat? OK let him have his direction and burglarize you dazzle? OK cringe in dread at his telling persona? Okay surrender and state there isn't anything that should be possible? Or on the other hand would you face this Barney Fife of a cheat, apply your power as ace of the house, and forcibly remove him?

HOW WE DEAL WITH THE DEVIL

With regards to the fiend, he may look and sound brutal—like a slinking lion—yet in fact he is simply a vanquished adversary, a beaten Barney Fife. Jesus crushed his spirit when He passed on the cross and became alive once again. The Bible obviously lets us know, "More noteworthy is He (Jesus) who is in you than he (Satan) who is on the planet" (1 John 4:4).

The reality of the situation is the hoodlum and adversary of our spirits has no force, authority, or triumph over a Christian. Very regularly, in any case, we let him run roughshod over our lives. We let him have his direction, taking our tranquility and satisfaction in the Lord. We let him murder our declaration and bring devastation into our marriage and family. How grievous!

Jesus came that we may have life—endless, bountiful, and triumphant. He needs us to encounter the endowments of our salvation. So how about we guarantee what the Lord has obviously expressed that He needs us to have. We should stand firm against the demon and ask him to take a hike! The product of the Spirit (love, bliss, harmony, tolerance, consideration, goodness, dependability, delicacy, and poise) is our own to appreciate as we "stroll by the Spirit", deny the substance, and shut the entryway despite the cheat!.
