Mental health refers to cognitive, behavioral, and emotional well-being. It is all about how people think, feel, and behave. People sometimes use the term “mental health” to mean the absence of a mental disorder.
There are two types of mental health conditions the first one is anxiety disorder and the other one is mood disorder. Anxiety is a normal emotion. It’s your brain’s way of reacting to stress and alerting you of potential danger ahead.

A mood disorder is a mental health problem that primarily affects a person’s emotional state. It is a disorder in which a person experiences long periods of extreme happiness, extreme sadness, or both. It is normal that we change our mood in some situations but, if we change our mood in several time and long weeks or longer than that.
The two types of most common mood disorders are Depression (major or clinical depression) and Bipolar disorder (manic-depressive disorder).
Mental health can affect our daily living. We should take care of our health both physical and mental. And for those who have mental illness we should also take card for them and give them love and support.
