Today we are living in a age o science and technology . The science and technology isolated us in home. today spend much of their time indoors, playing games on their tablets or watching television. Children have a great need for physical exercise and activity and a chance to use their muscles to run, skate and riding, and to be out in the fresh air and sunshine. It is needed to use their whole body when they play outdoors, and such physical activities are interesting and challenging. One way to combat obesity is to allow children plenty of outdoor playtimes. Outdoor play gives children the opportunity to run, jump, climb and more, all of which provide aerobic exercise and strength training. Outdoor physical activity also strengthens the immune system and improves vitamin D levels, which can provide protection from osteoporosis and health conditions, such as heart disease and diabetes.
Outdoor games play an important role in the overall development of mind and body of a child, a teenager, and even an adult. The advantages of playing outdoor games are mentioned below:
Physical fitness: Outdoor games played in the open air exercise all the limbs of the body and make us physically fit.
Pleasure: Every one taking part in an outdoor game tries his best to show his skill. These games benefit our health and give us pleasure.
Learn to obey rules: All the players are to obey the rules of the outdoor games and sports that they play. If any player plays foul game, the referee at once pulls him up. In this way, they learn to play clean game according to rules.☺☺☺

Indoor games make us dull and lazy...
They decrease our energy. We lost out fitness and mental ability.we suffer in depression. We increase our virtual friend but using technology we decrease our real friend......
For enjoyable and chill life u need to emphasis to outdoor games..
