You gotta love how AI works and produces your imagination... Anyone here owns a Tesla? I want to know your experience. I also want to know how it will drive thru streets of India and Phil. Curious kid here. Happy sunday aftie!

@Pichi28

Can't believe Saturday is over and Sunday just started. I still want to do a lot of things but I am also now getting sleepy and tired. Leaving the cyberworld for now into dream land. And I am taking this picture with me ... This is two of the views when you walk around Ponte Vecchio in Firenze Italy. it popped in one of my random hard drive searches and boy it was fun checking out Google Timelines . Memories flashback and excitement was triggered. Goodnight for now! P.s. I am so happy the noise.app is now allowing copy-pasting of images instead of having to search/browse for it.. woohoop !! P.P.S. I hope editing posts will come next woohooo... © Pichi28 All Original Content Unless specified otherwise...

Ahh. So Maya is still not able to "receive" transfers yeah? With GCash crypto still in "coming soon", i am curious how you convert your crypto to fiat? Specially friends from the Phil? Still coins.ph?

Contemplating on This Ooh fun! I just saw @LykeLyca post something about the movie " Doll House" starring Baron Geisler. Just to note, at the moment of typing, I have ***not yet*** read Lyka's article. I am curious as to whether we would have the same thoughts or not. I opted to read that later and pour in my thoughts first here before jumping there. I am going to edit this one and lead you to her story after I read hers though. Hehe. https://read.cash/@LykeLyca/some-thoughts-about-doll-house-618f8d1f That Netflix Filipino movie somehow "flooded" my facebook feed from posts of friends. Brewing curiosity I first read about it when a former colleague posted about it in her page. I am currently not sure of what she is doing recently but she has been posting a lot of Netflix movies and series that are "mad good" according to her. I think I watched The Cabin because of her recommendation that I saw on her page. So I did take note of the Doll House when she recommended the it. I also took note of how she praised Baron's acting there and then I forgot about it after some time. Curiosity Rekindled After some time of forgetting about it, I started seeing it in Netflix it "sounded" familiar but I was not yet into it as there are other series I was curious about. Then I saw my friends again starting to rave about how good the movie was. How they got teary-eyed about it. Or how it was that first Filipino movie that made them cry, etcetera. And these friends were mostly guys! So I got curious. I was like, "what is in this Baron Geisler movie that made my guy friends admit that They watched a local movie The movie made them cry?" Or that it pulled heart strings. After reading those, I prepped and asked myself if I am ready to cry buckets? Fidgeting with the remote button, I finally pressed on play and I started watching it. Head Tilt... And a Head Shake I had a lot of mixed emotions all throughout the movie and none of it was ever close to get me to tear up. It did give me a lot of "wait.. what?" moments instead. I am not sure if the progression was just too fast for my liking or that the story has some weird wiring in it that in a sense made me say, "Dude, that is just so wrong". Overall? I am still torn and mincing at which part of the movie should I be applauding. Even to this day. But I gotta say, that piece may have touched my friends who are fathers mostly. I got reminded of this one friend of mine who commented in one of my videos. I posted one video of my dad riding on a bike and I was behind him and taking a video of him. I was pretty much stalking my dad then. He was just relaxing and biking. He did not even know I was behind him until I posted the video. My video caption was: "Stalking my old man who taught me how to ride a bike". Or something like that. Then my friend commented "i hope my daughter remembers me like that as well." That comment kind of showed a glimpse of the soft part of my male friends when it comes to "fatherhood". I guess that is one thing in the Doll House that they felt they can relate to. That part where they try their very best to be a good dad the best way they know hoping that any wrongdoings they may have done will not overshadow the times they have tried. Or at least they try to make up for it. A big but still is that I find it shocking to see "lying" to be ok. "Kidnapping" even for a day is ok. It is a little twisted in some areas. That leaves me still not being able how to rate the movie. Still rubbing my chin and really tossing thoughts whenever I think about it. Is it good? Yes it has a story. The desperation was clearly portrayed. The pain even. It may leave a thought-provoking musings to most specially any parent. There is a factor on drugs, rehabilitation, handling, and falling on and off the wagon. There a factor on being an overseas worker. Take one story from an OFW on how they live abroad and somehow you see a whole new world out there. Have you seen the movie? Maybe I should slice the movie scene by scene. Maybe it is that good considering that it taps a part of me saying "maybe there is that part of the story that I cannot accept but that crap happens". Or maybe because I have that strict bias on how a reconciliation should look like when it comes to making peace with your past? I have multiple real-life scenarios that I am comparing side by side with the movie and still here I sit.. shaking my head. Curious? Go watch it and let me know your take! © Pichi28 | #ClubBrokeBCH All Original Content Unless specified otherwise... See you here! https://noise.app/invite/epzvbq9f

Before Midnight Ah, this is the life! How are you spending your Friday night? It is almost 11pm. I was supposed to take a nap or some sleep right after shift and hopefully that will help keep me awake for the 11pm-ish support for work. But I have something else in my head. We had an issue a while ago that I cannot get off my head. I must have missed something to not be able to get what I want. And just like writing, if the brain itches, words have to be written else it will be unbearable. So it is with what I was trying to find out. But first... Coffee.. and a little reading and a little writing. Because why not? This is part of me waking myself up, preventing myself from launching Mobile Legends just yet. That should be done later while waiting for results. For now, I am lookig for "other things to do" than what I would normally do. Anyway, this is the part that I love about being a tester. No, no, no not this midnight support thing. See I came from the software engineer stream. I have had glorious days of achievements in launching projects and that was fun. The tough part would be getting it pass through the metrics of our testers, and then our users and then hopefully, nothing spills when it is already live in production. When it does, we sure do hope saying, "it's not a bug! It's a feature!" will calm people down. Fun flip of life, I crossed over to the other side of the fence. I am working as a tester. Finally, whatever "feature" I encounter is no longer for me to "de-feature". I meant "fix". Upside of coming from the developers' side I can give them guide as to where the bugs could have come from. Makes their lives easier no doubt. If they listen. But I miss the crunch time. The deadlines, etcetera. Until today. Hah! I found a freak bug in one of the applications we will be launching tonight. I felt sorry for the devs, they need to rush things at the last minute. But I and our team would be the sorry resources if I ignored it. Had it not been raised our team will be facing the raised brows. So now, everyone will be on their toes. Because while the thing is resolved in the test environment, we would need to be watchful of what can happen in the production. Fun time ahead . In like few more hours. I hope all goes smoothly so we can declare sleep the moment our duty is done. Care to join me? Let us ramble on a Friday night! © Pichi28 | #ClubBrokeBCH All Original Content Unless specified otherwise... Midjourneying my images! Oh see yah here too! https://noise.app/invite/epzvbq9f

Something about lights that cheer me up. It is calming but only when it is not too bright. Specially now that people are starting to put up their decors. Happy afternoon.

I was hoping to grab a salad for dinner. But going to Wendy's to get their waldorf salad will challenge my traffic patience. I ended up getting this salmon dill instead. I am so hungryyy...what did you have for dinner?

@Pichi28

"five more minutes" . This snooze line is not only applicable for when we need to wake up in the morning. It is also applicable when we are bound to do something we'd rather not do just yet because lying down and making noise is more fun. Do the laundry? "Five more minutes" Do the dishes? "Give me five more minutes and I will be doing that after this... " ..... Hello ... Me.. procrastinating... Dinner tayo?

Ordinary Hump Day | Outlining I figured it is about time to will myself to write. Hah! I noticed I break the rusty visit streak if I keep my writeup interval too far apart. So I gotta find a way to find the momentum again. The thing is I am quite lazy these days. There are lots of topic I can think of to write about but I just don't want to pull my brain cells to put in much effort in them. Top of my head that I may want to further write about: Intriguing Contents that gone Viral : Joyce Pring and Wil Dasovich The past few days, an intriguing interview between Joyce Pring and Wil Dasovich - two well-known content creators. I'm surprised that somehow the *noise* and the *read* are quiet about it. I guess people are just trying not to get into the topic to not get into unnecessary heated discussions. Or I am just not hanging out too long on either platform to catch a single scent of discussion. You think the election was a great sword that cuts relationship ropes? This one ignites and burns bridges far faster! My quick brain piece : *the gospel has to be put out there. And yes, it will offend some. It was not hundred per cent embraced in the old days, it will not be hundred per cent embraced even to this day and even until Jesus Christ comes.* We can all try to fool ourselves with the "good vibes" mindset or we can boldly try to face up with our humanity and our need for God - and this too, will be branching out to an even deeper interesting discussions. I do not have the podcast link of part 1 from Joyce just yet and too lazy to dig up some so I will leave that hanging. But in case you would want go dive into it, a google search I guess will lead you there. Or better pick it up straight from Joyce's channel, yeah? Intriguing wit-filled response on framing the inverse proportionality of dollar-peso strength Depending on which side you are, you would find his statement either nonsensical or with sense. People are reactive these days. Memes are out and every "wiser-than-thou" is out to shut you down. But, of course, if you only let them. I propose open floor for discussion without the element of ridicule. Intriguing senate proposal of banning K-dramas in exchange for having local entertainment getting better patrons Do you find it insane? Waste of time? Senseless? I find it interesting and a part of me would agree. Again, an opportunity for an open floor for discussion without the element of ridicule. But then again people these days have become brutal with their freedom to type in their thoughts. And just as very swift they are in sputtering their thoughts, they are also very quick to say "ouch" when people, who I assume also have the same equal right to sputter out their thoughts, start saying something that is opposite of their conviction. Snowflake, much? What I have observed though, in any scenario, the contribution of our triggers come from "who" we are hearing the news from. Had it been someone else who talked about the economy - one you are looking up to or one you "respect" - you would agree and find the statement as one with wisdom. Had it not come out from a certain controversial senator, the thought of encouraging people "to love our own produce" will come as "patriotic" rather than weird. Damn if you do. Damn if you don't. We are living in the time when every minute thing is something that pisses everyone off depending on which polar side you are. Which makes me amused about our humanity. We sputter "be kind" and appeal to everyone and yet we loose it just as quickly. We call our hatred justifiable just because the past horrors entitles us to it. So what happened to kindness? Is kindness only given if it is agreeable or sweet to our palate? Would you look at that? I started this with an intention to touch on "initiation". Which I am now unable to steer the flow to. I think I can leave this here for now. Let me go back go my Netflixing and battling whether I would want to eat dinner or not. *'sup? How is your week going?* © Pichi28 | #ClubBrokeBCH All Original Content Unless specified otherwise...

Staged Things Ever wanted to get a "space" of your own? Or a "place" of your own? Ultimately a "house" of your own? No. I am not selling. But for a real long time, it has been a dream to own one. For space's sake. That one cube you have a command and full control of what is on the wall and what should not be on the floor. Ultimately, again, you have a command as well of what to give away, let go , or throw away. I think it would feel nice, yeah? To have a say and to let out your creativity that way or even your non-creativity (if you'd want it bear) as long as it is comfortable. You know? "Breathing 100%" my brain says. When I was a lot younger and still brewing the idea. I mean it started when I was younger but it was not really urgent. I mean I am going to have it some day. Not until my dad asked what I plan to do with my life. Hahaha. I knew "traveling" would not be the favorable answer to that question. My dad's old school and careful wisdom is always "security". Which is not bad considering the changing times and tides and who knows what else would happen in the future. Right? So I had to draft something quick. I blurted out that I want a place of my own someday. To which my dad got excited about. It was fun scouting with him and scowling at prices. Fast forward. In my head, save up, and push the project. Getting the block is one thing, putting stuff in it is another. And my, oh my! Looking into a lot of things will really pump up your eagerness to finally have everything in place. These days, people check out Pinterest to get ideas. We check out YouTube for other DIY things. Heck, even the simplest commercial and series that shows a clean living room, an on-point kitchen layout, etc., it really feeds you with ideas. I love going to show rooms even. Now that it's said, I am having that thought of maybe checking IKEA later. But then again mayne not I am feeling a little lazy today. Come when the time I started to try build, I started feeling the "work" you put in to it. And you feel every gash of spending as well. I laughed at my younger self in amusement. Somehow, the things we see in the soc med or even in the regular media - magazines, just a series, pamphlet, etcetera, may get us thinking that making that dream come true is as easy as dreaming it. We forget the factor that these things we see that are beautiful to the eyes are staged. They have to be placed and angled in a matter that is appealing to the eyes. To grab audience and score on a market. I just watched a man pull out a loan from a bank, get off from his very comfortable bed and had his grand piano delivered to their door step. All in a span of three minutes. Despite the fact that they just "moved in" they seem to have a fairly clean place and still manage to look fresh. I laughed. Morning (or afternoon) weekend humor for me. Not everything we see is the whole picture. Gotta remind myself of that one. Let me sip my last drop of caffeine and get back to laughing at my younger self and proceed with dreaming. All is good still. Just also good to remind ourselves that what we see should only be ideas for what we can have for ourselves. Dreaming but all the while being thankful and grateful to whatever God is giving us as opportunity/opportunities to carry on. Grind for those dreams but also learning in the process that what is "for them" does not mean it is "for us" as well. Live loved. Smile bright. Love hard. Caffeinated and anti-histaminated.. Starting the day with a series that made me laugh at my thoughts and a bagel with lotsa cream cheese. It is a good Saturday! © Pichi28 | #ClubBrokeBCH All Original Content Unless specified otherwise...

Undecided : 100% Mental Circus It is wild enough that I have a tendency to overthink things. And madness even that I am a middle child. I am not entirely charging my being indecisive or my inclination to be one to my birth rank or birth order. But yes, it may have a contribution to that. If we are going to stretch it far, though, my being an *unica hija* makes me a first born and a last born as well. So that would make me having a lot of cliche personality of any birth rank. Don't be thinking into it too much. I am, after all, in the middle of my ***overthinking***. I have been mostly "quiet" these days. I've had thinking a lot of controlling my thoughts. It would be easy to sit right in front of the laptop and type in all things I am feeling and all things I am thinking. Because , after all , I am a fan of the thought that writing is therapeutic. But I am also an advocate of the thought that not everything you think of or that you have an opinion about should be posted in social media. We are, still, after all, dealing with handling words here. I had a whole seven plus days to battle with my thoughts. Catching the virus is totally a mental battle far more than it is a physical one. Specially when you have been very careful. ***But being careful does not guarantee that others are as careful.*** *Remember that the line, "do not do unto others what you do not want them to do to you"... ? It does not guarantee that they won't do to you what you won't want to be done to you. Yes, I am looping you in with my brain loop.* No worries I did not experience any symptoms. Matter of fact, I was negative with the antigen. But I had the urge to do PCR because I have to make sure I am not a carrier to my old folks who, at the time before I got the corona, was bound to see my grandmother in the province. And now that I am hundred per cent well. Praising Abba for covering me well while I isolate and not allowing any symptoms at all to show up. I can finally say I got *angry*. I find it funny. I am not usually the type of person who gets angry. I would get irritated, maybe short-fused even some times. But angry? Not really. For the most part of the isolation process, I was wrestling with my thoughts. Tracing and re-tracing how I landed to where I was. It was one group call with my college constants that got me blurting my thoughts at the time. I told them the story and my suspicions. My suspicions may be unfounded that is one of the reasons why I cannot hundred per cent let myself be angry. I said, "I am half angry..." And before I could finish my sentence, my genuine friend corrected me. "No, you *are* angry. You cannot be half angry. And it it is valid." And my heart felt relieved . My heart wanted to conk me in my head and my heart wanted to cross the barrier of the physical absence of my friend and hug her that time. It was amusingly funny and wonderfully relieving at the same time. Now that I am ok and looking back at the past week and now really feeling and thinking better I laugh at myself. I shake my head at being not able to let myself feel what I am feeling and charging that to my being indecisive. Another incident a while ago got me laughing at myself even. Grass cutters roared a while back. The park at the back of my house is getting some grooming. The smell of the freshly cut grass sashayed its way under my nostrils and tickled my senses. I smiled. It made me smile. And then... I found myself slowly getting annoyed with the same smell of freshness. Because at the same time, it left that faint bitter smell and taste. I was again.. in a 100% mental battle of whether I like the smell of freshly cut grass or not. Hahaha. Yes. Some glimpse of some days I am a nutcase. Cheerio people! October is Mental Health Awareness month. I think the exact day was the 10th. Do check on yourself, do check on your friends and family. If you know Hello Shayne, she shares her story here. It is a long watch but might be informative. https://fb.watch/g4VBpkWOoH/ Live loved. Smile bright. Love hard. © Pichi28 | #ClubBrokeBCH All Original Content Unless specified otherwise...

Where's Hope? There are two stories that happened lately. Both bothered and saddened me. There is that side of humanity where desperation makes us pick up certain things that causes harm to people. If not, to ourselves. "Harm" would put it lightly as sometimes the chosen weapon is one that ends life. And as I write, a lot of other past scenarios come flying through my memory and reminds me these two weren't the only ones that are happening. They just happen to make it to the news. Let me repeat that, *They just happened to make it to the news;* Some other things of equal horrendous effect do not. One news was that of a former police officer who pulled a knife, stabbed mostly children, pulled a gun and open-fired. The scene he created did not calm him down instead he shot at bystanders on his way home. When he got home, he killed his family and then himself. This happened in Thailand. More info can be found here : https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/oct/07/thailand-in-mourning-after-children-killed-in-mass-stabbing-and-shooting The second news I happened to stumble on while scrolling through instagram the other night. I was fighting off sleep but I do remember taking a shot of the news just in case I remember when I wake up. And I did remember just now. Let me try to pull up the news link here. https://www.instagram.com/reel/CjZ8NtojIrM/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= It had a real attention-seeking video headline with : *Bank Robbers Stealing Their Own Cash.* I never thought of it as being a big news. I thought it was some rubbish content which is rampant in reels nowadays, but still, admittedly, entertaining still. It was only at the end of the clip did I realize that the story behind was out of desperation to save a loved ones' life who is critical in the hospital. Apparently, Lebanon banks these days are in a crisis and are not allowing depositors to withdraw money over a certain amount. An amount which is not enough to take care of a procedure/continuous care for the robbers' loved ones in the hospital. They did not care if they hurt other people. It is heartbreaking. Some would say government's at fault, others would say other country's at fault. But we can swing our bats in dire attempt to hit whose fault it is but clearly on our own human ability we are obviously not entirely in control. Pushed to a spot where hope is fading, we lose the will to fight the evil within. Whether people implode or explode we see the pain and harm it causes. While the decaying world is obviously on point in doing the devil's agenda, *"A thief comes only to steal and to kill and to destroy...."* *John 10:10a HCSB* https://bible.com/bible/72/jhn.10.10.HCSB Christ's agenda is also still at work... *" I have come so that they may have life and have it in abundance. "* *John 10:10b HCSB* https://bible.com/bible/72/jhn.10.10.HCSB And this abundance He is willing to give *includes hope even in this chaotic world*. We may have a lunchbox full of positive thoughts and hopeful outcome but unless we open our eyes and reach out to the One who is giving this abundance one might find himself lost in the middle of the chaos. There is hope... In Christ, there is a lot of it... How is your heart, lately? https://youtu.be/1TTFdlBlNMY *Hmmm....* © Pichi28 | #ClubBrokeBCH All Original Content Unless specified otherwise...

Space Walkin' What was the best thing you learned when you were in school? That was a crazy question we toyed around with when we were doing our On-the-job training (OJT) to complete our final terms in our academic lives. I, a school mate, a friendly tech guy employed in the company we were doing or OJT in, and another tech lady friend were seated in one row of the hall. It must have been a week already since we first landed in the space where I call "god - central". We made fast friends with these two employees - well I made fast friends considering that the schoolmate was not someone I am friends with in school. We all had answers, and I forgot mine. But we all liked the quick-witted answer of the lady friend. She said, *pakikisama.* The easy english translation of this word would be "trying to get along with everyone". Other translations, as Google would put it: Companionship Comradeship No english word will really hit the spot, though, when we use it. Spoken or said in a different manner *pakikisama* can easily be understood as going along with everybody specially when they are doing bad things. We laughed and then when the truth of that word hit us we were smiling quietly and agreeing. At some point, that thing really got us through enjoying and surviving college. It does not mean you are friends with everyone it just means you can go through school life and be socially fine and some leverage that "connections" whether for simple company or a brief exchange of thoughts. Specially when thesis term came up and you are no longer with your regular block. Oh memories come flooding in. Look at that? I think I just stared off into space with silly smile on my face. Good thing it is just me here. Shout out to my spons....!! Keep putting up your writeups you never know who ends up reading them and needing those words. Getting along with everyone does not mean also that you cannot assert your boundaries. Sometimes, with the way you say it, you can get away with getting respected for sticking up to your principles. If they do not then show then you are fine without them either but you are ok to show up for them when needs be (of course antenna up for people if they start taking advantage of that). *What I Have Been Learning Since I started Working?* Though that word still lingers, you learn more "hacks", words of wisdom, words to ponder on, wise things to take with you, etcetera even as you start working. Heck, if you do not position yourself to "learning" everyday I say you will lose or miss out some things. Things will easily be boring or useless. May be applicable to some or maybe not. But here is one thing that got me saying, "Oh yes, that!" While I was watching Quantum Leap. The character goes, "*You have trained for every possibility except for the one you are about to encounter. When you're up here for real, it is not about following flow charts and checklists it's about trusting your guts.*" I love that element of surprise, mystery and suspense in those lines. She goes on with, "*Stay fluid, stay open, stay safe.*" Quote taken from a character in Quantum Leap Season 1 Episode 2 A lot of times, at work, you would be encountering scenarios you have not encountered before. People with eccentricities beyond yours even. A lot of unexpected things. No book or previous trainings could even cover for. It does pay to trust your gut sometimes. But if I may add to this awesome line, I'd add, stay focused on God. I think that line will keep your gut in line and in check somehow. I am currently from time to time staring at my paused series on my wall. The dude was about to do a walk on the space. He needs to manually close a stuck up door in space. Yes. He is supposed to be an astronaut. I know they have trained to walk and keep their balance in a vacuumed space to simulate zero gravity. But a controlled space with controlled variables is still different from actual. "Stay fluid, stay open, stay safe." ...above all, stay focused on God. *What have you been learning so far now that you've reached where you are now?* Are you a new mom/dad? did you move to a new place? I have been loving my donkeys in space suit images! Thank you again, Midjourney. *What is your story?* © Pichi28 | #ClubBrokeBCH All Original Content Unless specified otherwise...

This is Puma. Hard to believe he has grown this big. This is Puma number 2 by the way. Puma numero uno passed away around last year. I never thought i will get a new one. But circumstances had me deciding to find it a better home with my aunt. Oh he did grow big and fat there. Wah! Thanks to my aunt's pics I get to see his fluffy tail. Morning routine I guess includes looking out to see what the neighbors are doing... Good Wednesday morning peeps!

@Pichi28

Escape! Escape! What is your daily routine like? *If you can get away with doing anything you want for today, what would you be doing?* Ah cool. Let us do that. Thank you sponsors!! Thank you sponsors!! Thank you sponsors!! Thank you sponsors!! For one day you have only yourself to think of. What would you be doing? My normal routine in a day depends whether I am working from home (99.9% of the time) or if I will need to report to the office ( the remaining .1%). But suppose it is a regular day that I would need to work in the office. I will be waking up (hopefully not late). Musing and trying to get my senses up. Stare at the ceiling. Then get up and hit the shower. Grab a breakfast if there is. Rush to the car and beat the traffic to get to the office. Mind you, even if I live around less than ten kilometers from my work now, I need still to get out of bed early and be out of the house and already on the road for a certain time. Rush hour even in our area is nasty. At around before 7am, no vehicles will be blocking the village entrance/exit towards the main road. But come 7:01-ish the place will be at a stand still. I needed to rush, too, else I would not have enough time to park. Or the line to park your car will insanely take an hour to get a slot. Hoping most of those who got to park first were only there in the area for a quick nearby banking errand. *What I would change or how I'd "escape" it....* How? Now that would be pretty much the same thing. Wake up. Hit the showers. Get on the car before traffic rush hour. BUT instead of taking the exit towards where the the work area is, I'd go further down the road. Exit somewhere in Batangas, most likely San Juan. I will escape to the beach. I will find that spot where there is good food to do food trip or some. I will probably call up some friends for this ideal escape to push through. Influence them to break the normal, too. Have you thought about your escape plans? Have you ever thought of, if only I have myself to think of, I'd be doing this and that. Now give yourself a pat on the shoulder. Most of us, if not all of us, are doing all these adult things because we have other lives relying on us. Doing those responsible things when you can do something else, in one angle is a selfless expression of love. ...And 1! Did i just miss one day of putting up an article? But it seems that I have always been missing a day or two. And here I thought I was posting articles every day! Hah! I cannot keep up with following days these days. It was just like few days ago I was musing how my August ended and what are the images and videos worth making a reel about to match with Taylor Swift's August. I decided against it after a gallery review and seeing that most of the things in my gallery for August has been food. I do not think September went and ended differently. Though I did start and end with sushi. I think. Yum and happy tummy for two months now. You'd think I'd write about a basketball game where one player gets an amazing, stadium-standing-ovation worthy of an "and 1" but no. I am just referring to "and 1 day again of missing an article post". I have always told myself to post at least an article a day everytime I think about read. Or whenever I take time to check on everyone else's article. But I guess I end up thinking about it, reading through articles, interacting and then forgetting I have not posted mine! I had two kiddie parties last month. For which I pushed flu vac skeds for. I do not usually get fever after a flu shot. But I do not want to get paranoid just in case some sniffles manifest. So my paranoia on being paranoid had me moving the jab to yesterday. The safest sked since I projected the following days to be mostly uneventful. I had a September-ender birthday celeb of one dear friend. We just used her birthday as an excuse to pig out. So yes more food sesh for me and an amazing life-shared moments with my dear friends. I learned to order "one hot caramel macchiato *sub breve*". Sub breve meaning substituting the usual milk to a half and half. I enjoyed that cup of macchiato which is more creamy. And we got our drinks in time for when starbucks is offering thrice a star I think. So August was a travel month though my gallery is still full of its feast. September is no different. And I wonder if October will be the same. They say Octoberfest will be a blast this time since we are a lot less stringent with the protocols but I do not go to October fest gigs or celebrations. As for read and noise and noise app and hive adventure. I, again, am setting no goal except for "write and post some more". Does not matter if I write everyday. Because I already missed one day haha. I live for no pressure while earning. I am not doing my accounting and I have never done the monthly report like everyone else. Besides I am really having trouble keeping track of the days like for real. And every day it seems time is not enough. Busy is real. I am very grateful and thankful to God and for everyone anyway. So far read is still enjoyable. Meanwhile, I am getting back to the non-cyber world busy-ness. Catcha later.... The First Part of Your Mornings One time I want far away. Into the mountains but not exactly secluded. It is a monthly thing. It used to be a quarterly thing but then again it started feeling like it is a monthly need - to get out of the city's hustle and bustle. I needed to recharge. Unplug they say. Which is a funny way of saying it. We know that when we "recharge" things these days, we'd need to have it plugged. ** Anyway. I'm referring to my social batteries. For that type of battery, "unplugging" or disconnecting is how it is getting charged. And for when solemnity is needed, it is not entirely without human contact. *** Stranger is a better company for such cases.* No bias. No walls. No second-guessing if their pitch was something you'd need to be witty about. Not all the time, but most of the time. It was my first time visiting this place. I also make it a point to pick a different place each time. Like I said, *stranger is better*. To get that chance of seeing some same people I saw from the previous month, I have to pick a different place. Seeing same people would breed familiarity and along with familiarity cultivates bonds. That is not my aim for each unplugging. The point of unplugging myself is to make sure I still have my "me" together. In tact. And not yet shredded into a thousand of other identities just because of each adjustment to each social interactions. Not that I do no have my own splits. You know what I mean if you know. But this particular getaway is remarkable as it changed how I start my mornings. There are few people booked in that place. And I happened to have a healthy interaction with one old man. It was breakfast time. I was going to grab my plate and my coffee from the claim area and I saw him. He was having tea, sort of looked like nodding off but he was reading a book. Sipping his tea every once in a while and then forking a berry or a slice of his pancake and eating them. He was also smiling every once in a while more to himself or more like he is talking to someone else. Was I weirded out? Not really. Instead there is this serene thing about the old man that is quite inviting and enticing. I think I was staring at him for too long that the person next to me at that time waiting in line had to call my attention. But his attention, too, was caught by the old man. We decided to share tables with him. He was welcoming and indeed did not mind our presence or our barging in in his seemingly intimate moment with the self. We found out later on though that it was what he calls his quiet time. He says, it is the key thing for his every morning. It sets his mind and his heart to walk in the direction of what is pleasing to God. Makes sense. I kinda know how that goes. But in my busy everyday life, I sometimes forget. The conversation with him was enriching but he ended with questions for us to ponder on: *If you would choose love* .. how would you go about it today? *If you would choose joy ..* how would you do it? *If you would choose peace..* how would you do it? *If you would choose patience..* how would you do it? *If you would choose kindness..* how would you do it? *If you would choose goodness..* how would you do it? *If you would choose faithfulness..* how would you do it? *If you would choose gentleness ...* how would you do it? *If you would choose self-control ..* how would you do it? And why would you only choose one path when you can choose for today and every day from the start of your morning to set your mind to these things. Yes. Not all the time it is easy. That's why in the first part of the morning, as you choose these things, also ask for His grace to get you through... Ah that talk with mister Miyagi, I mean, the old wise stranger is refreshing indeed. Indeed. *hey! what's up everyone. Mixing a fictional story here. How I DO WISH my unplug sessions would be a different place monthly. Do you unplug, too? or find time to move away from the usual crowd? If so, did you or were you able to share some stories with some strangers? Has a stranger touched your life in the process, even?* *What is your story?* © Pichi28 | `#ClubBrokeBCH` All Original Content Unless specified otherwise...

Another way to Choose A Q Hah! Okay. I like it that people are spreading Q&A's and everyone else is picking up from there. Hence, we all have articles to write about, get to know each other from, share and, hey, earn, too! So I have answered some from the questions bmjc and fantagira picked out about writing which I also saw with ruffa and articlee. I have now just seen the traveler's questionnaire which started I think from sis jean a.k.a. @Momentswithmatti and then I saw Jane's so why not visit the full set of Q's right? So the questions are here. https://www.thecareerbreaksite.com/blog/100-questions-to-ask-a-traveller Jane's answers are here. https://read.cash/@Jane/ask-a-traveler-f67b475c Jean's two-part answers are here and here. https://read.cash/@Momentswithmatti/20-things-to-ask-a-traveler-part-1-e842c976 https://read.cash/@Momentswithmatti/20-things-to-ask-a-traveler-part-2-c3ec954f Since some of the questions I already saw in their writeups I quickly scrolled down to the bottom thinking maybe I should start from the bottom. I started answering the last question. Which was... Who would win in a fight: me or you?! Of course, loving myself, I would always say ***me***. But rethinking and recalling all the possibly competitive fights I have found myself tangled in, I give up simply. Except, of course, if it is a fight against my siblings. Hahahah. But fight can be a lot of things, right? I can further expound this fighting thing as it branches out and tapping that memory stream that can be part of another article so I let it go. Reading further down the article, yes, yes I read further down even though I already reached the last question. I read the "fun game" the author added in. Turns out there is another way of answering the questions. It will make you answer just one question though. The risk in that is if the question is not something you would want to answer. But for fun's sake I followed the rules/instructions. *Took my age added my birth day and I landed on number fifty two.* Number 52, asks.. What do you miss on TV? Then I realized I have been TV-less for a real long time! I guess when I started being able to watch in Netflix, I figured I do not need the regular TV shows. So the image above is a projection of what is on the smartbox I have been using for some time. My gear : projector + smartbox. But yes I miss some things from TV and local stations. When we used to have the local antenna and the cable, and I wake up earlier than usual, I mostly catch the morning news. When I am on business travel or abroad, I tune in, upon waking up, to their local news, as well, to check on the local time and the weather. So I guess that is one thing. I certainly do not miss the commercials. I guess the things to "miss" having the regular TV plus local antenna or reception are: Channel surfing Waiting on the clock for that certain show to air. Hmmm. I think this question has the potential to linger in my head for a while. Oh, well! that's 2 questions out of the hundred. I have 98 to go! *Did you know that it really was not the Wright brothers who first flew an aircraft?* Just a trivia. Let's all keep typing people! *What's your story?* © Pichi28 | #ClubBrokeBCH All Original Content Unless specified otherwise...

Plot Twist : The Best is Yet to Come Go through your old stuff before disposing them and see what you can share (or make some bitcoin cash from). I have been writing in my head with all these clutter. And thank you Read.cash for being a good outlet for decluttering thoughts. Even clutters are prompts. Boxes of memories were opened and memories (both good and bad) came flooding in like fresh cold water. The beauty of looking back is when you are able to reflect on the things God allowed to happen - both good and bad and see that His promise of "all things working together for good." was at work and still IS. We may not always feel it or see it happening specially when things deviate from our original plan. At times, we would even feel and think that things are going out of control. I opened one of my old planners. I loot planners whenever I can. Not that I am a planner. I just like seeing my calendar getting filled with activities. See now? I have something to look back on and smile at how far I've come and what a crazy ride it was! **Points to the image Maybe no big deal for everyone who has flown to Hong Kong a lot of times or maybe stayed. But that memory of how I landed on that deal was a story of endless surprises. I remember my world started down the path of a roller coaster when I started out for college applications (But of course even before that there were mini rides already). You can read a portion of that here. It started the road to my dreams but in order to get there I have to be equipped. https://read.cash/@Pichi28/i-dreamed-once-fddebb76 I landed on taking a course I thought I would just breeze through and I had to make a huge and pride-pricking decision to re direct midway. The last thing I wanted was to cause my parents that disappointment. And I never felt so disappointed with myself, either. Eventually, I graduated. But landed not on the dream job, not the dream company, and not exactly how I pictured my earning would be. Life sucks! Or so I thought. Dozens of prayer nights and mornings of laughing at and musing on how my path turned out to be. But also a lot of comfort and learning about the God I spend time with and the God I poured out my plans to and on. Then I realized while I was busy too focused on working on my dream things, and in parallel praying for God to make His will through me be done, He was actually working with me. Life, after all, is a character building course. And life WITH God is not entirely having a genie grant you all your wishes. When I slowly eased my controlling self to be comfortable where He led me, I slowly felt peace and joy and satisfaction and the element of surprise each day was more visible. "Lord, surprise me!" The prayer that always makes waking up each morning paint a nervous and excited smile for me. I landed on a project where a client face to face is needed. I was trained by a really good and cool mentor and even before I got my regularization in the company, I was picked to fly to Hong Kong with my manager because cool mentor handed in his resignation. And that went on for years in the company. His words to me, "Think about it like this : my moving out is your opportunity". My eyes widened and I still have that awe in my heart for when I look back and see how my past worked out from "most things not according to plan" to "everything is falling to their proper fit and places in their proper time." And no. You won't see it all at once. But it is in the every day. Every gruelling (or exciting.. depends on how you want to face your day. Pick your player.) day you wake up, show up and .... well, live! Live loved. Just when you think tough times ahead is your doom ... Wait for the plot twist. Look forward even. The best is YET TO COME. Take it one day at a time. You think you are already having a great time? The best is YET TO COME. Take it one day at a time.
