I made this meal I thought to share with you guys. It's fried rice and vegetable stew. It's pretty easy to make. It's the slicing of the vegetables that usually take a bit of time.
Ingredients include :
Carrots
Green beans
Green pepper
Sweet corn.
Preparation
Per boil your rice and add all necessary ingredients to taste. Then slice your vegetables and fry after which you can mix it up.
Maybe not as easy as I sound lol but it's not that difficult as well.
I love fried rice and vegetable Stew because of the good amount of vegetables in it and its very tasty too. I will recommend you give it a try if you have not eaten it before.
