When I am studying I ask some ABM students and the most of them answers this
As an ABM student, we really experienced a lot of stressed when it comes in every aspects of our life.
First, the healthy lifestyle, there are the times that we really felt so tired when we are coming home from school but cannot do rest because there is a lot of school papers that are more important than taking a rest.
Second,over thinking, It is stressing us out because we do not know what would to do first, we do not know if we will going to do it when the deadline comes, even though we are not starting yet to do those school papers it is killing us by thinking it in our mind.
Third, a lot of informations, when there is upcoming recitations, long quizzes, exams and other school activities. We have 9 subjects that we need to review so there is a big chances that the information of those subject could really mix in our mind.
Now this time is online class, do you think there is a decrease of stress or it increases?
