I have the same issue but throughout the years na sinubukan kong gamutin ang acne ko, etong dalawang set ng products lang ang gumana sakin. (Not sponsored tho, well I wish!  )

If narinig nyo na 'tong combination na 'to, isa lang ang masasabi ko. Eto ang pinaka mura yet effective na natry ko!

Ointment: BIODERM Ointment 15g (P32.75)
