The weather was so nice today, so I thought I would take a walk in the nearby forest and there is a park not far from where I live, where you can see wildlife.

As I watched the animals from the distance, I was reminded of how survivors they are. What I meam by this is, that no one cares about them, no one feeds them, no one takes them to a warmer place, when they are cold and they have no roof over their heads, when the wind blows, when it rains and when it snows and yet they can keep themselves afloat to stay alive.

We Are Spoiled Rotten

We human beings are the crown of creation, wearing clothes made by our fellow human beings, eating food prepared by our fellow human beings, but what would happen to us, if we were born to live out there in the nature just like those animals. Would we be able to manage? Would we be able to survive? Could we find out how would we feed ourselves every day?

I think that at one point this issue has been messed up somewhere along the line. Think about it. If we are hungry we get fed and that is a big problem. Don't get me wrong it's not a problem that we eat. Of course we have to eat in order to stay alive. The problem is that we get it. It is put in front of us.

Let me give you an example. If a fisherman gives you enough fish to feed you for a day, then the food issue is solved for that day. But if he teaches you to fish, your food problem is solved for the rest of your life.

I believe, that we live a fast-paced, money-grubbing life, but I think it's a bit much to expect to be able to buy pre-washed and cut fruit and vegetables in the supermarket. If I had the opportunity, I would grow it myself, if not, I would at least buy them from a farmer. In addition, we often spend our hard-earned money on things we don't need.

Fashion Is Going In The Wrong Direction

On my way home I have to pass a college and I walked past it just as the students were finishing for the day and were pouring out of the building.

I don't think I need to go into too much details, those young girls are wearing false eyelashes, their pants are so short, that their ankles are bare and their pants are split at their knees. Moreover, even in cold weather they go about without hats and with bare waists. Unfortunately they do not yet know, that they will have kidney and joint problems or they know, but they do not care.

The problem is that advertising has a strong influence on people and we almost feel we need unnecessary things. I think we waste a lot of money on things, that we don't need and that don't benefit our health. On the contrary, they destroy it.

We are Only As Valuable As We Can Help Our Fellow Human Beings

I am sure you have helped or tried to help someone in your life. Help alone is not always enough. Let's talk about health, for example, since we talked about it earlier. If a person suffering from some illness and needs help, their contribution to their recovery is also necessary.

Suppose I am a doctor and I tell my patient what to do at home and when to do it, I am helping, but if my patient does not follow my instructions, I am trying to help in vain. No-one should expect, that a couple of medicines for a lifetime of illnesses will solve their problems overnight. Some medicines do not cure, they treat. They can alleviate certain symptoms, but if treated in time, they can prevent illness.

The other thing for example, that is topical to talk about right now is viruses. Viruses have never been and most probably never will be cured. No virus can be treated. The human body is so perfect, that it can fight viral diseases.

Simplicity Or Complexity

I am a man of simplicity. I like simple things and I don't like to overcomplicate anything. It just makes my job harder. Modern technology was created to make things easier for people. Sometimes it succeeds sometimes it doesn't and it's evolving so fast, that we can't keep up.

Many developers think, that the more complex something is, the more perfect it is. I don't think that's true. The more complex something is, the more complicated it is, the harder it is to understand and the easier it is to break.

Today, unfortunately, things are no longer made to serve you for many years. We're lucky if our phone lasts three or four years. Our washing machine can last five or six years, and I could go on. Unfortunately, manufacturers are trying to sell as many products as possible in as little time as possible.

Are We Enjoying Our Job

Happiness is not just about money. Of course, money is a prerequisite for creating what we need. And money takes work. But do we enjoy our job? The question is legitimate.

How do we go to work in the morning, with what thoughts in mind? Do we have to be here again for eight to ten hours just to cover our expenses or do we indulge in our hobby, enjoy what we do and get paid for it?

But that's no longer work. You don't have to go too far. Like us, I do what I love. I like writing, sharing my thoughts, my opinions and writing about anything that interests me.

Escape From Complainers

Nobody likes negative people. They drain our energy. They're like energy vampires. They don't help us move forward at all. All you hear from them is that failure is failure. They're the ones that we're not going to get any positivity from. They are always going on about their past, how bad it was and what they should have done.

What we can do is to avoid them in a big arc. We need to keep in touch with people who exude positivity towards us, so that we can be uplifted and pass it on to other people. It will make even the most difficult grey days easier to see. Our friends and acquaintances will be more willing to talk about us to others.

A positive attitude also makes you funnier. When it rains, for example, I don't say that it's grey outside again and I can't go out because of it. Instead, I make a funny comment, that it's liquid sunshine. We all have a good laugh about it and all is well.

I close my article Reflections Of The Life Of Human Beings Today with these lines.

Thank you for this. It's 5:08 am here and I feel so attacked, hehe, but I relate much to your words. I even had a screenshot abput the 'enjoying your work' part. I honestly have my main job as a means of covering up my expenses, nd I am happier being in read.cash. However, I just can't switch jobs, it's not that easy to do it with life.

I love how you stressed some point in the technology field. Unfortunately, people now use technology as something that 'we realy and can't live without' instead of something 'that helps us'. Technology is supposed to make life more convenient; then why do these things have a very short useful life? Beats the real purpose.

I can make a novel on how I umderstood this article. A must-read one. Thank you so much.

OMG it is so early at your place. You must have gotten up from bed to be ready to go to work or do something and you still took time to read my article. I really appreciate it. Also thanks for your meaningful comment. I think this is one of the topics that could be discussed for long hours. I am sure there would be more sub headlines. I would be looking forward to reading your novel. Interesting.
