Finlandia Garlic Butter Wings

INGREDIENTS
β 2 lbs chicken wings, tips removed, and the drumettes and flat section separated with a pair of kitchen scissors
β 1/4 + 1/3 cup Finlandia butter*, melted
β Kosher salt & fresh ground pepper
β 3 cloves garlic, minced
β 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
β ΒΌ cup shredded Parmesan
β ΒΌ cup finely chopped curly parsley
DIRECTIONS
1)Preheat oven to 400
2)Put wings in a large bowl, add the ΒΌ cup melted butter, toss well and place on a baking sheet β bake for 20 minutes
3)Flip over and bake another 15 minutes
4)When they are almost done, add garlic & red pepper flakes to the remaining butter in a small pot over medium/low heat β stir well and let simmer about 30 seconds
5)Remove, place wings in a bowl and add the butter, parmesan and parsley with carrots beside it- mix and serve.
