"You are loved when you were born and you will be loved when you die. In between, you have to manage."
Death, as with most things in life, is conducive to reflection. The notion of death is simple until one actually dies. Death is a simple and unassailable fact of life. It comes to all that has life. As such, when death befalls one we should accept it get over with it. But truth is, that is much easier said than done. For when we lost a loved one it is a pierce to the heart. It cast a wound that leaves a lifetime scar.
The abject uncertainty of death should be a constant memento that every breath you take matters. And has to be nurtured and cared for. Of course, enjoying your life should not mean forsaking the inevitability of death. Muster enough comfort you can take from the fact that everybody dies and so shall you when your time comes. C'est La Vie!
