Over the years, despite the challenges faced in different parts of the world, especially in developing nations, the Child Right Act has been a success in defending the children.

Having discovered the unwillingness of some individuals or government to observe all these rights, UNESCO in 2015 released the CHILD RIGHTS PROTECTION ACT. In this document, signed almost two hundred nations around the world, the child rights became entrusted in the government of those nations. Hence, the states are to ensure the safety and respect for these rights using the following models.
√ Human Rights Committee. This committee is saddled with the responsibility to take up matters on abuse of the children rights by collaborating with states and support from the international comity.
√ Non-Governmental Organizations. Liaising with nations and internal affairs ministries or as using where necessary to uphold child rights to safeguard the child from suffering any humiliation.
√ The media. Here recording on electronic and prints happens that support the child and speak hugely against any such behaviour that undermines the person of the child. The media plays a vital roles in maintaining and preserving the rights of the child as their spoke mouth.
Today is indeed a great day for every child around the world. We hope that the child be respected in all ramification of the world. Hence, abuses that are recorded around should be guarded against to be able to have an all-round development for these children as they prepare to take on the baton for the next generation.
