It seems that many of us have noticed a lot more flies buzzing around our homes than normal. The odd fly finding its way into our kitchen when we throw open the windows in summer isn't unusual, but if you're anything like me you'll have found that suddenly there are a number of them invading any room of the house. Not only is their buzzing incredibly annoying, but they're unhygienic and difficult to get rid of. But why are there seemingly so many around at the moment?
