how do you define distractions matter in a relationship and how do you think the couple would be able to deal certain circumstances that each needs to be distracted. Okay let me get to my point...lol...(anyhow this was a real convo and for some reasons I found this very strategic especially on the girl's/woman's perspective... So as you can see the guy seemed to be very swamped with work and he doesn't want to be "distracted" whatsoever due to the volume of work per se, which was logical enough! Now if you're the girl/woman in this situation, how you retort to prolong the conversation needed strategic words, so when he replied with the "distractions" she used it on her advantage by saying, "yes that's right, don't get distracted." Simple but with substance, hence the guy felt like sharing his hang ups of the situation wherein he's really swamped with work. For girls/ women don't hang on to "distractions" but be more rational with the situation. Remember that relationship is a two-way process. Girls/Guys what do you think? In a relationship, both parties have to understand each other and set some limitations if needed like during work, please don't call me, just send message and i will call you during my break. This is one example of how we handle it so no one will be called a distraction. Lots of other cases there. It really depends on how you set things up with your partner especially if the job really calls for much attention.
hello Heidz, very well said dear and I agree on the thought that distractions can still be used on someone's advantage in a way that it would be profitable for both. Most relationships are broken due to "distractions" ( in a bad way) however if it's fully utilized to make the relationship grow, I think it has good implication somehow.
