Number of fears around the world is probably as much as the population of the world itself. It may vary from as simple as fear of insects, animals or certain events, into mind boggling kinds of fears such as fear of having fears or fear of your own reflection. But since almost everyone are low key egocentric, lets talk about you. What is your greatest fear?

Lets start of with a story. A story of a random young boy who thought that life is just made of rainbows and candies, and everything would go his way as long as he is good and respectful to others. Everything went well for that boy, not until he realized all his fantasies and romantic endeavor for a perfect life ended in one fell swoop. He grew up and found out that he is not the main character of this life, he ain't even a side character to begin with. He realized that everyone is just actually a part of a system that has been long established. An expendable tiny gear of a clockwork system that can be any time replaced as soon as he gets broken. "Then, what is my value to this system? To this world that I live in?" the boy asked to himself or to someone he thought that actually listens. Simple questions turned into doubts, doubts grew into fear, fears that slowly ate him and became his way of life. Everyday he thought "If I die, the world wouldn't even notice that I was gone". This is the fear of actually not existing. So my question now is are you actually living? Or are you just alive because you are still breathing and that heart is still beating.

Fear is the embodiment of our collective thoughts and knowledge that we gained through the years. Anyone can easily say that the more you know is actually the more that you are afraid. That the bravest living things in this world are the newborns that have zero information or knowledge about anything at all. Even men that holds a gun or trained their bodies for years are actually afraid of a lot of things. Humans are naturally afraid of something, it can range from the simplest things into something very complex. Others might consider it as a sign of weakness, but some would consider it as strength. If you know what your fear is, you can actually use it so that no one can ever use it against you.

So what is your greatest fear? Well keep it to yourself, cherish it and try to use it. The more you know what your fears are, the more you know who or what you truly are. Being afraid is not being weak; having fears is actually being human.
