Problem with invisible sponshorship

Any reason my @scottcbusiness sponsorship is not visible? I don't know is there someone to contact about this? Seems to be bugged, and I see there is another sponsorship in the same profile not showing. My sponsorship should have been the second one.

I am currently sponsoring 22 read.cash users and I didn't have any kind of problem with any of them.

In the list of sponsored users, it is the only account I am having this problem.

Maybe an administrator needs to take a look at this. Anyone knows how to contact one?
