19 buildings have been constructed in the first phase for 700 families. Each building has 5 floors. A total of 139 buildings will be constructed. -A total of about four and a half thousand families The people who lost their land after the catastrophic cyclone in 1991 live in Kutubdia Para adjacent Cox's Bazar Sadar Airport. Even though they have taken shelter in the place to survive the disaster, the misery is still with these people.Displaced people are dreaming of a new place in the newly built shelter project. There will also be schools, mosques, hospitals and recreational facilities.
