Fairy Tale Lies Fairy tales are all about damsels in distress waiting for 'prince charming' to save them. My story was no different but it was so twisted from the truth. There's a difference between preference and prejudice. Prejudice: preconceived opinion that is not based on reason or actual experience. Preference: a greater liking for one alternative over another or others. Just because I prefer oranges to apples doesn't mean I'm prejudice against apples.
