Any help would be appreciated. I have only cashed out once and I am still new here so I have to ask this. I went to try and cash out and went to look up my wallet address. The cash out last time was successful. This time though, the address showing was NOT mine. I double checked. I did not cash out yet because of this. I was also not able to erase this new address and type my actual one in. Has this happened to anyone else? I can't really understand this being normal but as I said, I am new. I have sent an email but, I'm not sure how long a response will take if I get one at all.

I am not sure what you mean. This is how I did the transfer. I click on the button "send my money" A screen pops up. I fill out the amount I give my bitcoincash..... address. That's it. Both fields are empty. I do not use a wallet to have a look at my earnings. I see what I have here on my account and use the "send my money" option (click on the $ or menu) If that bitcoin cash address isn't yours I wouldn't use it. Sounds like a hack to me.

  Thank you. It actually just went through. I'm not sure what happened honestly. Maybe I went to the wrong spot without realizing? Or a glitch.

    Can be a bug, be careful especially if bugs are active or your connection isn't stable. Was the wrong address gone or could you delete it? Good to hear you managed it.

      When I tried again it was gone. Both boxes were empty.
