Yesterday I went to the small town of Pehuen-Co to bring some medicine to my parents and a digital camera to my father so that his stay in this small place would be easier for him.
About 800 meters before entering the town, I observed that on the left side of the road there was a large owl that caught my attention due to its large size, so I decided to stop, take my father's camera and try to take some shots.
As I approached the place, the owl moved a few meters into the field, for which I decided to follow it, since it seemed to me that it had landed near the place.
After moving a few meters in the field I was able to see a well of considerable size where two small owls appeared.
Quickly the female approached the place and together with the father they began to emit threatening sounds wanting me to move away from the place
After taking a few shots I decided to withdraw and let this owl family go on with its life as before.
I got in the car, traveled the 2 kilometers that separated me from my parents' house, I left the camera and the medicine at a safe distance since they are high-risk people from the Covid-19.
We couldn't kiss or hug, but at least we could make eye contact without a camera.
The times of reunions will come.

El día de ayer me acerqué hasta el pequeño pueblo de Pehuen-Co a llevarle unos medicamentos a mis padres y la cámara digital a mi padre para que se le haga más llevadera su estadía en este pequeño lugar
Unos 800 metros antes de ingresar al pueblo observé que sobre el lado izquierdo de la carretera hábia una gran lechuza que llamó mi atención por su gran tamaño por lo cual decidí frenar, tomar la cámara de mi padre e intentar hacer algunas tomas.
Al acercarme al lugar la lechuza se desplazo unos metros dentro del campo, para lo cual decidí seguirla, ya que me parecía que había aterrizado cerca del lugar.
Después de desplazarme unos metros campo adentro pude observar pozo de tamaño considerable por donde se asomaban dos pequeñas lechuzas.
Rápidamente la hembra se aproximó al lugar y junto con el padre comenzaron a emitir sonidos amenazantes queriendo que me alejara del lugar.
Después de hacer algunos disparos decidí retirarme y dejar que esta familia de lechuzas siguiera con su vida como hasta el momento.
Me subí al auto, recorrí los 2 kilómetros que me separaban de la casa de mis padres, les deje la cámara y el medicamento a una distancia prudencial ya que ellos son personas de alto riesgo del Covid-19.
No nos pudimos dar un beso, ni abrazar, pero al menos pudimos hacer contacto visual sin una cámara de por medio.
Ya llegarán los tiempos de los reencuentros.
