Coordinape is the Web3 platform used by DAOs to easily and fairly distribute resources to contributors. The tools cam be used to manage grants, salaries, and projects so that everyone involved can participate in rewarding and incentivizing each contribution. I first used Coordinape with CRE8R DAO, and the payments from the clients were fairly shared to all the contributors. The budget was shared to the CRE8Rs after a round of "GIVE" sharing, and everyone received a payment that matched the work. The process was innovative because users can transparently reward the value they see created in an organization. The reward-giving process is lean and allows anyone to quickly weight-in. What are Gives? GIVE is the token that represents a portion of the set budget. The allocation of capital throughout various Epochs will be determined by the amount of GIVE a member receives.

Voila! Here's the CoSoul I minted in July 2023! I love the kaleidoscope effect and the spider web created by my blockchain activity. It's amazing to see how art can be created from on-chain data. It reminded me of Proof Of Beauty NFTs but cooler!
