Konra Premier League Fantasy Football Round 22 - Double Fixtures for Double Fun
Round 22 had scheduled a handful of double fixtures for some teams, the right time for managers to use the "Free Hit" or "Wild Card". It started on Saturday and finished on Thursday, giving little time for me to adapt the tactics to the new round.
Demola Abodunrin looks unstoppable while @merurial9 lost a bit of the stellar inspiration he had in the first part of the season. Arthur Boys on the 3rd place and @Gaiom coming strong from behind in the last rounds. This four are the only managers that passed 1300 points.
This round we can talk about Bruno! I finally chosen the right captain! Finally! I used my free hit card and filled the team with players from Chelsea, Tottenham, Man. United and Watford, as all had two games scheduled in this round. I was debating between Harry Kane and Bruno Fernandes and I made the right choice by picking Bruno!
The team came back to my standard selection after last week free hit and I wasn't sure if to chose King or Dennis as captain. Went for Dennis and that was a bad choice as he was sent off.
Round 23 started today with Norwich unexpected win at Watford, and will continue on Saturday with 5 games. The rest of the round will be played on Sunday, including the Chelsea v Spurs derby. The round has an extra game scheduled on the 5th of February, the relegation battle between Burnley and Watford.
