As of now we know One Piece is reaching it's climax the manga is reaching its one thousand chapter and as the Author Oda said that it will finish in the upcoming 5 years. Let's talk about the latest spoiler on One Piece.
In the latest spoiler it revealed Kaido Mythical Zoan type of Devil Fruit but what it is?
The spoiler on chapter 999 was released last night and the one of the info on the spoiler was the Devil Fruit of Kaido it is called "Uo Uo No Mi" Mythical Type in English (Fish Fish Fruit). I research about it and then I found "Ogopogo/Naitaka" it is a mythical creature in Canada (North America), why I specific the country? It is because the devil's fruit of the Kaido's All Stars Three Disaster, Pteranodon (King), Brachiosaurus (Queen) and Mammoth (Jack) was once lived in North America as well as the Flying Six or known as Tobiroppo, so I assumed it same as Kaido. When I researching more info about Kaido's Devil fruit, I encounter a book entitled Naitak -KODIAK Books, by Lee Murphy it is also about a mythical creature "Ogopogo/Naitaka" so one thing that comes in my head since it is a Kodiak Book , Oda Sensei just shuffle it and remove the letter k. But something was off when Kaido was transforming into Dragon Form he has 4 horns while a Naitaka illustrate in the book has only 2. Some of the fan said that the human form of Kaido was base on an "Oni" it is a demon, yokai or ogre that had 2 or more horns.
I'm still not convinced on this theory of mine because kaido looks had a red and orange scale on his left hand which resembles to a Koi fish. We have seen that there's a lot of carp in Wano and some also said that it looks like Magickarp that Evolves into Gyarados (Pokemon for reference) but it would be different case since Oda was not that kind of writer.
For now I know a lot was excited and can't wait till the next chapter will release that includes me as well, this is just my theory and opinion you can believe it or not 😊 Thanks for reading.
